It is more likely her bf's blog I think.
And it's all kinda scary tbh

After the whole thing became popular on 2ch someone called the blog owner and he deleted all entries and posted a new entry saying that he didn't date "her".
Now there are some other kind of mobile blogs with that username and all ... doh.
I hope this is going to end well.

As Nouciel said, Hikaru was a Hinoi Team member (some jpop group) and that other girl is another "idol". They are together with Saki on a picture and there is another (older) picture too with only saki and Hikaru maybe.

The main purikura (with saki and three other girls) we are talking about was posted on a blog of some person, and that person is probably a boyfriend of saki or some other close person at least.
The gaijins are trying not to push the whole thing too much I guess, that's why the pics are removed here for now (even though, it's probably not much helping since everything is spread around in the Japanese fanworld).
