I mean, during the jump rope festival and everything before she seemed like the cute silent type, but lately she seems like the new Harugon. Like, sorta loud and annoying, but in a good way

Nah, she has been the loudest/most talkative kenkyuusei for quite some time. But of course she acts a bit differently when she's with older members.
