Since my last fic was such a fail :banghead:, I decided to make another story..
This time pairing will be...................... JUST READ! :twothumbs
But still Acchan will be in there :cow: She's my oshi after all :on GJ:

Chapter 1
6 months ago I was officially being the 3rd year student at this junior high school, and some months forward I will have final test. Now I have to decide where I should continue my study… Teacher has given me list of schools, and I may choose more than one, then attend the entrance exam…
I feel so lazy to study… My friends always ask me to go out, karaoke, go to manga café, and so on, and how could I study at home? My parents trust me and I may freely choose which school I want to attend.
“Hey, Acchan…. Let’s go for goukon!” Suuchan asks me to accompany her for goukon. [Goukon = Group Dating]
“Goukon?”
“Yes! Tomorrow evening… Please Acchan! We need one girl and we are complete!” she sits in front of me and gives me that puppy eyes.
“Ehm…who are going?”
“Me, Komorin, and Robutan…”
“Hmm….” I give her my doubt response. I don’t think I will go tomorrow… I prefer to stay at home, watch my tv, and read comics.
“Please Acchan! This time is from Higashi Senior High School and they are 4 in total, we lack of one girl! Please Acchan!” she keeps begging me. Sigh. Alright, guess I don’t have any choice.
“Alright.”
“Ah! Arigatoo Acchan! I will pick you up tomorrow, okay?” she says and she leaves me as I say “Okay” to her.
Huh… I don’t even think I will go tomorrow. You know, I don’t like going for goukon. They will ask for my phone number, then send me message, and in some days they won’t care about us anymore. Maybe they attend another goukon?! What a waste. But this is my first time having a goukon with senior high students, and from Higashi… I have a plan to attend this school… I heard that this school is good in subject and sport. That’s why I feel interested to attend this school.
Tomorrow at café…
“Hello cutie~” one of the boy greets us and please us to sit in front of these 3 guys. Eh? Three? Where is another one? We sit on the chair.
Hmm… They don’t look like a nerd, they are cool… One of them is wearing glasses and also a good looking…
“You guys look so cute! I am Kumi, pleased to meet you!” the guy on the right is standing and winking at Suuchan. She blushes. Then he sits, and guy in the middle who wears glasses stand up.
“Yo… I am Koji. Yoroshiku…” and the last guy stands up.
“Hey yo girl, my name is Take. Nice to meet you…” he sits down…
“Woo ikemen!! Hello my name is Sumire. Nice to meet you all!”
“Oh…Suuchan desu ne!” said Kumi as he winks again at her. Blushed again.
“Hai, Mika desu, yoroshiku…”
“Aika desu… yoroshiku…”
“I am Atsuko… nice to meet you all…”
“Atsuko-chan, you are so cute…” said Koji… He smiles at me.
“Thanks…” I am answering him coldly. Okay he is cool, good looking even in glasses, but I am not interested in him… Hmm… What I look for is not in him.
“Ah, by the way, you are supposed to be 4 right?” Suuchan asks.
“Ah yeah… I have called him to come here, he said he had something to do first, so he might be coming late.” Kumi answered.
Ugh… please, I don’t think I will enjoy this goukon. I feel so bored and I wanna go home. They are talking about something that I don’t understand. I just drink my tomato juice without saying a word.
“Hey, why don’t you talk? We have to enjoy for today right?” Koji looks at me with his cool smile on his lips. I just give him a small smile.
And then not long after, a guy comes…
“Sorry I am late!” I look at this guy who just come…. I stare at him down and up… He looks so messy…. He fixes his hair and his shirt then sits beside Take.
“Tomo, where have you been? You are late for 20 minutes.” said Take.
“Yeah I am sorry guys… I have something to do…..Hmm…” he looks at 4 of us and smile.
“Hi, my name is Tomo. Nice to meet you…” he introduces himself as I hear “KYAAAA!!” from my friends. Yeah… He is cool and handsome. But, he looks like a player to me. Maybe he has so many girlfriends…. I have to be careful.
“You sound so nervous! Relax Tomo… I know this is your first time…”said Take as he nods.
Hmm? His first time? Hontou ka?
“You are so cute, Tomo-tan!” shout Robutan and Komorin.
“Ah, sankyuu… You girls are cute too…” he says as he smiles. Now they are melted.
We have talked for some hours and now it’s time to us to go home. But outside is raining. Damn. I don’t even bring umbrella.
“Robutan, let me accompany you home…” said Take as he winks at her. Then she is easily nodding. “Hey guys, I am going first! Bye…”says him and holds Robutan hands. Disappeared.
“Looks like Suuchan have to be accompanied as well…” Kumi gives his cool looking at her. Okay they disappeared too…
“Acchan?” Koji looks at me. Ugh, never. I will prefer going home alone.
“Nope, thanks…”
“Are you sure?” asks him and I nod.
“Hmm…. Alright then… Mika-chan, how?” she holds Koji’s hands and starts leaving.
Now it’s only me and him….
“Do you want to stay here?” ask Tomo.
“I am going home of course…” I start walking and leaving him.
I look at my watch and it points 8 pm.
“Geh! Dad must be mad! I have to quick…” I walk as fast as I can… The street is so dark here… I feel little scared but I have to walk… I have to reach home before 9. But then a group of men block my way.
“Hello cuttie! Where will you go at this time?” said one of them… He looks so scary. I feel my self is in danger now.
“What do you want from me?”
“Wow easy little girl! Uncle just want to play with you… Hahaha…”they laugh and I am scared here…. Oh god, this is the end of my life now. I’m not even 17th yet, I don’t even in love! Dareka, tatsukette!!
They approach me as they walk slowly… They keep teasing me and I step backward. I feel my tears are falling.
“Please! Leave me alone!”
“Whoaa how cute you are… We won’t hurt you, we will go easy on you… Hehehe…” Pervert! I don’t want to end here! I don’t wanna die here! please someone!
DAK! A stone has been thrown right on his head.
“Auch! Who is that!” he turns back…. I also look at the direction where the stone were thrown.
“Leave her alone, you jerk!” said this guy. I can’t see his face since the street is so dark.
“You! How dare you to shout at me! Kill him!” he asks his friends to kill that person. 3 of them are running toward him and trying to punch him. But he is too fast. They don’t even hit him once… He dodges smoothly.
BAK! BUK! BAK! 3 people have down.
“Now you just have yourselves. Come here, jerk…”
“Die!!!” shout him as he is running and trying to kick him… Again he dodges and kicks his butt. He falls. “Don’t underestimate me!!” he rises again and tries to fly a punch on his face but fail. This mysterious person have kicked his face first, he falls and can’t get up… Over.
He walks to me and helps me to get up.
“Your fault to go home alone…” He is Tomo? But….But how?!
“To-Tomo? How could you be here?” I ask him. He smiles.
“I was worried you go home alone, then I decied to follow you…”
“You have saved my life, thank you…” I smile at him. I think his face is redder? I can’t see it, its too dark here.
“Okay, I will walk you home.” I nod and we leave that place.
“You are 2nd year?”
“Yes… Acchan?”
“I am 3rd year now… You know I think I will attend Higashi High School.”
“Woa! Really? That’s cool!”
“But I think the entrance exam will be so difficult. I don’t think I can pass…”
“Oh come on Acchan…. You have me, I will help you to study…” He smiles.
I don’t know why heart is beating so fast by just looking at his smile… I can’t tell my feeling but it’s fact… I try to ignore it…
“I don’t think you can help me…” I tease him.
“Eh? What do you mean?”
“Hmm… I think you are not good in subject. Hehehe….” I laugh….
“Ah…ehm… Alright… Sorry for not being smart.”
“Hahaha…. You don’t need to apologize.”
“Just let me know if you need my help… I will help you to pass the test…” he keeps smiling at me…. Ugh! Why he should smile at me like that? He must be player! Okay, don’t you think you can get me that easily…
“We have arrived. I am going in…” as I open the door I turn around. He is still there, tilting his head.
“Thanks, Tomo…” I smile at her… He replies me and waves at me…
“Good night, Acchan…”
“Good night, Tomo….”
At school, I keep thinking about Tomo even in my dream! He was a prince with white horse and proposing me! What a weird dream it was. I have to get him off my mind… I know yesterday was his first time attending a goukon, but why I always think that he is a player? His face and attitude can’t lie! I bet he is a player!
“You went home with whom yesterday?” suddenly Suuchan sits in front of me.
“Tomo…”
“Wah! Are you sure?” I look at Suuchan… What’s wrong with that?
“Yes, what’s wrong?”
“Yesterday Kumi told me that Tomo is really shy with girl. He is good in subject and always ranked 1st in whole. He also joins karate club and he wears black belt… He is also known as Wild Wolf by his opponents. Hmm…. He is shy in fact, but when he is in the middle of fighting, he turns so wild…”
I blink. Is that true?? Maybe some of them are true like good in fighting and wild, but he is good in subject? He is shy with girl?? Hontou??
“You are lucky Acchan…”
“I am not…” I read my book...
“Ehm?” She takes my book. “You are….studying?” she seems so surprised.
“Yes… I decide to attend Higashi High…” Suu looks at me with sharp looking.
“Wow…wow wait! It is not because of him! I decided it myself long before!” I explain to her as I take back my book.
“I don’t even say a word…” she keeps looking at me.
“Mou~ okay Suu… I want to study...”
“Alright Acchan… I won’t forgive you if you hide something from me….” she leaves me alone… I don’t hide anything from you, Suu…
Today I call Tomo to teach me some lessons… We had exchanged phone number last night so we can easily talk to each other. We go to the national library and study there… I am shocked! He is so amazing! Math, engligh, biology, he is really good! I was wrong, I thought he was just a player and only knew how to fight… I keep looking at him and he is explaining about math and I don’t even listen to it… He looks so cool and I blush… Maybe I like him?
Today is the entrance exam’s day… I have prepared my self and ready to go to the Higashi High. Wow the school building is so high and so many students here… I know Higashi is one of the favorite schools and I must compete with all of these students. Yosh! I have to pass the test! I can see Tomo is running toward me as he is waving his hand.
“Are you ready?” ask him
“I am nervous…” and then he holds my hand. Blush.
“It’s okay… Do your best…” I nod… Suu said that he is shy with girl? But why he was so easily holding my hands? We pause for so long and he realizes that he is holding my hand and quickly releasing it.
“I-I am sorry… I-I….” his face gotten redden. He looks away try to hide his red face.
“Ganbatte, Acchan….” he walks away and how cute!! I blush too much now… Maybe my face is redder than his. I am shy and my heart is beating… I never feel this way to someone before…
I have done for today and Tomo has waited for me in front of school gate.
“How was the test?” he asked.
“So difficult… I wonder if I could pass…”
“I am sure you will pass the test…”
“Thanks for supporting me…”
“No problem… Do you want to have some teas?”
“Alright. Let’s go…” We go to the café near the school. I trust Tomo, I think he is not dangerous. We have tea together and after that he walks me to the station.
“Be careful Acchan….” I smile at him. “Are you sure you will go home alone?”
“Yes… Don’t worry about me. I’m okay…” I say and then the door has closed, the train starts moving. I can’t see Tomo anymore… I sit and this platform looks so quite… It’s only with 1,2 persons…. I feel so sleepy now. I fall asleep.
“So you are with him, huh?” a voice comes closer. He moves his face closer to the sleeping Acchan……
“Your sleeping face looks so beautiful and cute…” said him as he kisses Acchan on her lips.

Chapter 2
The day has come… Today is the announcement of the entrance exam of Higashi High…
Uwaa….. doki-doki suru….
I am in front of school gate now, but I am too scared to move my feet… What if I don’t pass?? I know I still have another chance to attend the other’s school entrance exam, but I want to study here…. I want to be a student here…. I don’t know why I have this feeling….
“Acchan….”someone puts his hand on my shoulder, I suddenly turn around.
“Ohayoo….” he greets me with his smile.
“Ah, Tomo…O-ohayoo…”
“Hmm? Why? Are you not feeling good today?” he puts his hand on my forehead… I am shaking my head…
“No… I….I wonder if I could pass the exam…”
“I know you will pass the exam, Acchan… You have studied hard… Be optimist.”
“Un…. Thanks Tomo….” I smile at him… Then he pulls me to the white board no far from where we stand….
So many people here!! They are searching for their names and by looking at their uniforms, I am sure they are from fav schools in Tokyo…. and I am just nothing… My school is not the popular and not one of favorite, I doubt I can pass….
“Phew….too crowded….” he jumps for many times to get opportunity reading the announcement…
“Your exam number?” he asks me….
“2029.”
“Okay… I will look for it…” but before he leaves, I grab his hand…
“Please…. Let me look for it….” It doesn’t matter if he looks for my name, but how if I don’t pass? I can’t face Tomo… He was really kind to me…. He had sacrificed his time just for me, to teach me the subjects. I can’t even imagine how if I make him disappointed….
“I understand….” he answers… Then I breakthrough the large amount of people there and finally I get myself in the front…. I look for my name…
“2029…2029….2029….” I keep looking but I can’t find it… My heart is beating as I can’t find my name….
OMG! What should I do If didn’t pass? Tomo will feel very disappointed…. He might think that I am stupid, useless girl… I don’t want he thinks about me like that… God please help me!
I keep praying inside of my heart and keep searching my name…. Then my finger stops right on the number 2029. Yey! I passed the exam!!!
“How? You passed the exam?” asked Tomo when I run to him…
“Yes Tomo!! I have passed!!!” I answer as I hug him tightly…
“Thank you very much Tomo! I don’t know I could get pass if you didn’t teach me!”
“You are welcome, Acchan…. I am glad you pass and we are now studying at same place…” he said…. Not long after, I feel the atmosphere awkward and release my hug. He looks at me and I do too…. Then I feel my face is red and I look away…. Seems he does too…
What is it feeling? I suppose to be happy because I can get pass, right? But why I feel…. why I feel… I place my hand on my chest and feel its beating… so fast.
“Are? Atsuko-chan?” a familiar voice comes toward us. Thanks god, you save me from this situation…
“Hi Koji…” I smile at him… And then he starts starring at Tomo… His look is different… I don’t know I just can feel it… It’s different from when we met yesterday.
“Why are you here? Looking for me huh? Uh… I am so happy!” he puts his hand around my shoulder. I feel uncomfortable with his acting… I try to take his hands off, but its too tight.
“Koji, easy… You may hurt her…” Tomo then separates us and I heard “Ck…” from Koji’s mouth.
“I didn’t do anything…” said him.
“Yes you did. She came here to see the announcement of the entrance exam.”
“Eh? You attended this school’s entrance exam?” he looks surprised. “Did you pass?”
I nod.
“Wow nice!! We are at the same school now! Uwah I can meet you everyday, everytime, and……will date you one day!”
Oh damn… I know this guy is dangerous. His naughty face is so clearly seen… Don’t hope I will date you.
“Date? No thanks….”
“Why? Am I not handsome? Look, I am cool… Many girls are interested in me… I have money, I have everything that girls needed.”
“You maybe perfect as a guy, but that’s not what I want…”
“Okay enough… Koji, you should be meeting Mr. Ishida right?” said Tomo… “It’s time…”
He is looking at Tomo for some sec and then leaving us….
“Don’t worry Acchan… I will protect you from him…”
“Is he always like that to the girl?”
“Yes… He’s player and he has so many girlfriends… some of them are pregnant, and with his money he asked them to abort it…”
Omg… is Koji that kind of guy? I think he is someone who likes to study - Though he’s wearing glasses….
“Please don’t get too close to him…” Tomo looks at me… and holds my hand tight… I know he is worried… He is so kind….
“Acchan you have passed? Omedetoo!!” Suuchan shakes my hand…
“Thanks Suu….”
“So it means we will be separated, right?” Komorin wipe the tears that fall from her eyes.
“We can still meet and play together….” I answered.
“But we can’t be together like this….” Robutan hugs Komorin…
“Well…the person who you guys will probably miss is right here….”Suu said as she points at me.
They just laugh.
“So guys which school you will attend?”
“We are going to attend to the same school, St. Lucia High…” answered Suu.
“St. Lucia? This one is all girls school right? It has dormitory too, right?”
“Yes…. That school also teaches us how to be a good woman in the future… That’s so interesting, right minna?” Robutan asked as Suuchan and Komorin are nodding….
“Ah… I see… It means that we can meet in the weekend, right? I will miss you guys!” I start hugging three of them…

Some weeks ago I had graduated and now I am ready to be a senior high student. My uniform,check. Necktie, check. Skirt, check. Bag, check. Everything is ready! Yosh! I am ready to go my new school!
“Acchan are you ready for the opening ceremony?”
“More than ready…” I eat one toast and ready to go…
“Eh? You have finished?”
“Yea~ Ittekimasu!!”
“Itterashai~”

I walk to the biggest building inside the school. This supposes to be the gymnasium always being used as a place to hold an opening ceremony.
There are so many new students there…. They look cool, amazing, and smart… I walk to the front and sit beside glasses girl…
“Hi…” she greets me.
“Oh hi…” I smile at her. I got my first friend…
“Your name?” she asked.
“Maeda Atsuko…. And you?”
“Watanabe Mayu… Call me Mayu…” she smiles…..
“Okay Mayu-chan… And call me Acchan…”
“Un… Acchan…”
A bald man starts walking to the stage… I guess he is the headmaster of this school.
“Good morning to all the new students here…. Welcome. My name is Akimoto Yasushi, Higashi High’s headmaster… Let me give you some words… Bla…bla…bla…”
Okay… an usual speech from head master… I guess this will gonna be so long. That bald man has spent almost half hour for his speech…
“….well that’s all few words from me…” seriously, few? “…please welcome the student who gets the best mark in entrance exam, Takeshi Kai…”
Plok…plok…plok…. Heard everybody’s clapping. I turn back as I see a guy walks to the front (slow motion). He fixes his uniform, his tie, his hair… His hair is little bit blonde… I can see everybody especially girls give some attentions to him… Well, he’s cool after all…
He is clearing his throat before he begins his short speech.
“Hi….” his voice echoed in the building.
“My name is Takeshi Kai, call me Kai…”
siiiiiiing… Silent…
He is rubbing his neck and scratching his hair….
What the hell is he doing? He doesn’t have a good manner, so bad attitude…
“Sorry since I am not good in giving some words, let’s say….. I love making out, I love sex, and I love going to the hotel… Well if everyone is interested, you may come to me… Let’s have fun…”
The audiences start making some noises.
WHAT THE HELL IS HE SAYING?? Sex? Making out? Bloody day, I never that words before?! He is still standing over there as he fixes his long blonde hair. Looks like the teacher is confused too but they can’t do anything as he starts walking away… He is heading out.
I can’t believe it he gets the best mark in entrance exam! Person like him? Impossible!! I hope I am not his classmate!!! Arrghhh….
I am in the classroom now and guess what? I am his classmate!! And he sits next to me! Oh darn… He is so famous now… Every girl wants to know him and becomes his girlfriend. Oh come on guys, after what he said in the opening ceremony? You are still liking him?? I can’t believe it. Ah and Mayu-chan is in the same class as well….
“Acchan….” Tomo appears… He smiles at me and I am happy he comes to see me. I walk to him.
”Where is your class?” I ask him
“On the 2nd floor. Visit me if you feel bored.”
“I won’t! I will have many friends here… hehehe…”
“Oh I see… Okay then… I have to go back. I’ll come back in lunch time.”
“See you!” I wave at him as he walks to the stairs.
I walk to my table as Kai’s eyes are on me. I stop my feet and put a glance on him… He keeps looking at me, though girls are talking to him… I try to ignore him and walk away…
“Acchan!” Mayu is beside me now.
“What’s up Mayu-chan?”
“What club you will join?”
“Club? Hmm…. I don’t know….. How about you?”
“I think I will join karate.”
Karate? Mayu is cute girl, she looks girly and feminine, but she wants to join a karate club????
“Oh…nice…” just a simple word comes out from my mouth.
“Despite from my appearance, I’d love fighting. It is important for us coz we are girls… Boys will think that we are weak, and easily dumped us or harassing us… I don’t want to be one of the victim… I am not weak, and I will show them…”
Nice one Mayu-chan… Her statement is true… Maybe I will join karate as well?
“Why you don’t join karate together with me?”
“I don’t know… I will think about it first…” I smile to her… Then she heads back to her sit coz the teacher has come.
After School
Tomo has invited me to see him in doing his activity… He keeps it as a secret as I ask him what it is….
I have arrived in front of a dojo… Karate? He takes me in and introduces me to the members. They are nice and friendly….. I like it. Ah… I remember that Suuchan said Tomo is wearing black belt and called as Wild Wolf by his rivals. It’s connected now….
“Acchan, Tomo is our leader… He looks cool, handsome, and really strong!” said one of members.
“Yeahh… I respect Tomo-san… He is so strong.”
“And then I envy Tomo-san, he has beautiful girlfriend like you…”
BLUSH. My face is red….. I act strange and I can see Tomo’s face is red too…
“We….we are not dating! Bakayaro!!” he punches slowly to that members. He just laughed…
When I heard it I feel little bit disappointed…
BRAKK!! The dojo’s door is opened harshly. Everyone looks at it… There is standing a guy that had got the best mark…. He walks slowly to the Tomo.
“My name is Kai, I’d like to join this club.” he smiles.

“My name is Kai, I’d like to join in this club.”

“Today is recruiting day right?”
This pervert would like to join karate’s club? No…no….no…. It must not be happened. I have become his classmate and sat next to him are enough, but now? Maybe I am not one of the member, but I will come here everyday to watch Tomo…. And that means I have to meet him everyday? Are you kidding?
“Oh I heard you from my friends. Seems you get easily to become popular here….” Tomo replies him…
“Yeah… I admit that, since I am charming, good in lessons, and I can do anything…” He smiles….
Puh! I wanna puke!! He praised himself…. Hmm… I think no one will like him here…
“KAWAII!!!!” shouts the girl members in dojo..
What? Kawaii?????? He is kawaii??? Come on guys…
”Let him in, Tomo-san!! Let him in!” Then it is starting little bit noisy here…
Guess what? He is new here, but he has already had some fans!! He’s sure so popular.

“Shut up little guy! Hyaaahhh!!!” Shibuya forms a double hammer and heading Kai’s face, and Kai’s defend himself with her arm…… They are shaking….
“Hiaahh!!!” with full power Kai kicks Shibuya’s stomach and makes him stepping back. He is holding his stomach… I think it’s hurt.
“You are nothing!” Kai then gives Shibuya a spinning kick right on his head and then finally Shibuya is defeated. He fixes his hair and his uniform….
The girls start shouting his name and approaching him…….

The same questions are asked by them and Kai replies it with that uncool smile…
Tomo then walks closer to Kai…
“Now you are officially our new member…..” after saying that Tomo walks to me and say something…

As usual after recruiting, we are going to celebrate it… In order to know each other, from kouhei to senpai… Usually we are going to the family restaurant and then karaoke. I am happy I can go since I can be with Tomo, but this person is going as well… He really ruins my mood for today.

Then Kai stands up and passes Tomo.

“Okay everyone, let’s continue!” Shout Tomo and I start choosing the next song.

Kai sits on the long bench outside the Karaoke’s building. He’s all alone…
“Why are you here?” someone approaches Kai.

He could see the girl is blushing as she puts her hands on her cheeks…

I am sitting on the chair in classroom… My eyes are straightly looking to the window, the sky is so blue. Birds are flying over there, and over here and they are so many. I start reading my book and then I remember what happened yesterday. I put my hands on my cheek I know I am blushing. I still can’t believe Tomo is my boyfriend now. I can’t concentrate to my book as my mind is thinking the other things. I still can feel yesterday’s kiss on my lips. I touch my lips and my face is redder… I am shaking my head…No…no…. I must not think about this. I have to concentrate…
TEET…TEET…. Well our lesson has finished. Everybody starts going outside and takes rests… I am staying in the classroom as Mayu approaches me.
“Acchan….” she is sitting in front of me.
“Don’t you want to have a lunch together with me?”
“Ehm… Sorry Mayu, I have appointment today so I can’t accompany you…Sorry…”
“Ah, no problem….” then this annoying guy is passing us, and he just passes without seeing at us.
“Ah…” Mayu tries to say something to him then he stops and turns his back.
He looks at me and I give her my hate expression… I know he will tease me like before, buh…I never see you as my friend, smart boy… Just do as you like!
But then he looks away without any expression on his face.
Eh? Are you serious? He doesn’t say anything? What’s wrong with him? It’s not him like usual…
He then looks at Mayu. Oh, you think you can play with Mayu? Come on, I know Mayu is not that type of girl who likes guy like you… I think she’s too smart to decide someone that is suitable for her friend… And you are absolutely out of her list, yeah considering your last speech…
He is still looking at Mayu, waiting for Mayu’s response.
“Did you call me?” asked him.
“Eh?” Mayu looks little bit confused.
“Do I know you?”
“You….you don’t know me?”
“Why should I know you? Stupid girl…. I am leaving.” when he is about to leave, Mayu grabs his hand and Kai turns around.

“Don’t you remember about last night?”
Eh? Last night? You mean when we were going to karaoke? Eh? EH?? What happened??
“Last night?” Kai is more confused.
“You don’t remember anything?” Mayu bites her lower lip.
Kai tries to remember but he gives up, he didn’t remember what happened last night.
“I don’t know what you are talking about… Let me go.”
“Bu…but….” Kai then takes Mayu’s hand harshly. I can’t stay quite, I stand up and push him.
“What are you doing?” Kai steps closer to me. I just look his face.
“Who do you think you are? Baka onna!” he shouts at me.
“What did you just say? Who is “BAKA”, baka?” I reply his words.
“You! You are really an idiot!”
“Oh, how dare you say that? After what you do to Mayu, you shout right at my face? Oh, you are truly a gentleman!”
“What?” he pulls my shirt closer to him. Suddenly Kai looks so scary. With his big eyes are straightly looking at me, I am frozen.
“Wh-what are you going to do?” I am lower my tone.
“Huh, just now you shouted at me and after I do this to you, you suddenly low your tone? Stupid girl….” a small smile appears on his face, but still his aura is not like the first we meet… He’s different.
“I hate you.” I widen my eyes. Hey! I am the one who should say that!
“I am interested in every girls in this school, except…. YOU!”
“Hoi!!!” we are looking at the door, Tomo is there.
“Let her go!” he is running to us and separating Kai from me.
“How dare you touch my girl? Let us settle this just both of us!”
“Your girl was the one who looked for trouble here….” he is sharpen his looking to me….
“What?” Tomo walks closer to him.
“Yeah… I didn’t have any business with her, but she pushed me first…”
Tomo then tries to punch right on Kai’s face, but smoothly Kai can catch his hand…. He looks at us with that calm smile.
“Is it what you’ve got? I am different now…” then he backs Tomo’s fist. Kai gets his in inside his trouser.
“I won’t fight you here. Let us meet in the future competition. But if you ever think I am scared with you, you are totally wrong boy. I am not afraid with anything, I am not afraid with anyone.” he turns around and grabs Mayu’s hand. They are leaving now.
“Mayu!” I shout but they keep walking.
“Are you okay, Acchan?” Tomo looks worry… He holds my hands.
“I am okay, Tomo… Don’t worry me.” I smile.
“Thanks god I can come at right time….” he hugs me….
“Thank you Tomo….” then he releases his hug.
“Okay, let’s have our lunch.” he grabs my hand.
Tomo is like my angel… I feel safe if he is around. I hope Kai won’t hurt Mayu….

“Why are you crying?” Kai shouts to Mayu. Mayu just looks down and covers her mouth.
“Could you please stop? I can’t see a girl cry!!”
“So-sorry…Bu-but I can’t…”
“Arrghhh!!!” Kai looks so confused and uneasy.
“Just tell me who you are… I don’t know you…. And what happened last night???”
“You….you kissed me….”
“What??? Did I??” she nods.
Now Kai is trying to remember it…. Then,
“Oh…” Looks like he has already remembered. Mayu still look down, can’t face Kai.

Mayu doesn’t give a response….

As usual, after school I have activities at dojo as the new manager. I make schedule and prepare everything that we need…. I can see Tomo is practicing with the other member, he looks so cool. I smile to myself, how cool my boyfriend is….

“Oh hi…. long time no see….”

“Then, what is your business?” Kai had cut my sentences.
Tomo comes to us.
“Please Kai, don’t look for trouble here.” He stands in front of me.
“So this is the boy who recently becomes the top gossip at our school huh?” Kumi comes closer and stares at Kai. The situation is full of tense now.
“I don’t know that I am that popular….”
“What???” Tomo holds Kumi to do something that unwanted.
“Please Kai… I respect you as the member here, but please don’t look for any trouble.”
“Wait, I didn’t. She was the first who pointed and shouted at me? Why do you always put the blame on me?”

“Protect her friend? Huh, then ask her now, is she in trouble now? Did I do something bad to her? Ask her now!” Kai shouts to Tomo as he points at Mayu….

“Please….” the situation is quite and everybody is silent.
“Kai didn’t hurt me, he didn’t do anything bad to me… I asked him to go out with me… He is not the one to be at fault.”
“See?” said Kai.
“Okay, we are sorry…” Then Tomo apologizes.
“Bu-but…..” I have not finished my words yet but Tomo is pulling me…..
We finish practicing at 5pm, and Tomo wants to announce something so that members have to gather.
“Well everyone… As this is one of our routine activity every year, next week our club will be practicing outdoor for a week. The place is near Fuji-san… That’s all…. Club dismissed.” then everyone starts spreading… When I take my bag and ready to go home, I see Kai is over there with 3 girls… They are members in karate club too… I can’t believe what I see…. How if Mayu sees this? She will be hurt, won’t she? I have to meet Mayu before she sees that! But I am too late, Mayu has seen them… I walk closer to her and hold her shoulder.
“Mayu….”
“Yeah I am fine, Acchan….”her body is shaking.
“I know you are not…”
“He had told me…. He said he had played with so many girls before.”
What? Did he say that? I can’t forgive him to make Mayu suffers…

“What?” he turns around and PLAK! I have slapped him right on his cheek.
“Wha-what are you doing?! How dare you slap me!!” Kai grabs my shirt as his face is close from mine. Everyone is watching….
“Ka-Kai….” Mayu still stands there and can’t do anything.
“What? Do you want to punch me? Alright, punch me, you punk.” I say.
“What did you say??? Who did you call a punk???” he is tighten his grabbing.
Ukh, I can’t breathe… He moves his head closer to me, I can look at his eyes clearly, but I don’t know why, I can tell a pain on his eyes…..
He starts speaking in slow tone.
“Why did I have to receive your bad words every time? Am I that bad to you? You have hurt me, I am always being hurt by you… Please just for once, just for once Atsuko, I want to feel your warmness….”
Kai…. I know I hate him very much, and those words probably one of his trick to attract woman’s attention, but I don’t understand, I could tell that comes from his deep feeling, deep inside of his heart, and I can see honesty in it. I can’t be angry. He is loosen his grabbing as he closes his eyes, then open it again.
“I hate you, Atsuko….” he said with low tone.

I can see Mayu is in pain as she always puts a glance of him… I don’t know what to do… If I talk to him like some times ago, that would be more problem, and Mayu would be the one who hurt… I just hold myself as seeing my friend like that…

I am waiting for Tomo in front of fountain. It’s 3.55 pm, woaa I arrived early… The feeling of waiting for our boyfriend in first date is like this. Heart is beating and cute smile formed on my lips.
“Acchan!” I turn back as I see Tomo is running to me. He is waving his hand, I smile.
“Tomo!” I call him back.
“Sorry, I keep you waiting.”
“Ah, no. I just arrived.”
“Sou ka… Okay, let’s go!” he holds my hand,

“Okay my princess, where would you like to go?”
“Ehm…. I want to go to amusement park, my prince.” I wink at him.

Here we are now… At amusement park. I really want to go here on my first date, and yatta!!! I am here now!!
We are playing so many rides here… I am so happy! Together with Tomo here, riding roller coaster and I can hug him at that time.
We head to the bench near park and sit there.
“Here …” he gives me juices, on the way here we have already bought it.
“Thanks…” I drink it…
“Are you hungry?”
“Not yet….”
“Well then, shall we continue?”
“Ah, please wait… I can’t feel my feet… Hehe…” I am little bit tired, and I need some rests.
“Oh, alright then…” then he rubs my foot. He is really taking care of me. Tomo is such a kind guy I’ve ever met.
When he is rubbing my foot, I look to someone familiar over there.
I widen my eyes as I see Kai’s over there! He is with a girl? Who is she? She is not Mayu… Grhhh….. Kai! How long you will hurt Mayu like this? I stand up and Tomo is looking at me.
“What’s wrong?”
“I will go there….” I walk and leave Tomo there.
“Hei! Wait, Acchan!” he stands up and chasing me.
As those 2 persons are in front of me, I grab Kai’s hand and now he is facing me.
“What are you doing here?”
“I should be the one who is asking, why did you grab me like that?” then his eyes are on Tomo who just approached me. “Are you following me?” Kai ask to me.
“Hah? Sorry I am not! I am on a date now!!”
“Oh…” short response from him.
“Nee Kai, who is she? Are you cheating on me again????” the girls are hugging Kai and that is so annoying! That Kai also! He has Mayu, but then he is going out with another girl??
“He is my friend’s boyfriend!” I shout to her.
“Ah! Really? Are you serious Kai?”
“No, no… Just don’t trust this crazy girl. I don’t even know her…”
WHAT???
PLAK!! This is for the 2nd time I slap him. He puts his hand on his cheek that red because of me…
“What the hell are you doing!!!” he looks so angry.
“That’s for Mayu, you jerk!”
“Ah you!!” Kai moves closer to me but then Tomo blocks his way.
“Don’t dare you to touch her….”
“You are not even qualified to be her body guard or her boyfriend!! You are weak!” Shouts Kai…
“What are you saying?! Tomo is strong, he is karate’s club leader after all, it means that he’s not weak! He is the strongest!!”
Kai looks straightly at me… No anger on his eyes again….
“Do you really love him?” he says with slow tone.
“Yes of course! He’s my boyfriend! So what??” Kai then looks at Tomo, then at me again…. He smiles back but not long…… He then pulls the girl and leaves me and Tomo.
“What’s wrong with him? Weird.” Tomo says as he looks Kai is walking away…
Somehow I can feel he’s in pain… But how come he is in pain? He is here with his girl, yeah might be going on date, and how come he is in pain? Okay, this is my second time thinking about him like this. What’s wrong with me? Am I sick? No. Okay, I hate Kai, no more than it.
Today’s date is not successful… It’s all because of Kai. I asked Tomo to walk me home….
“Good night, Acchan…” he waves at me, we have already been in front of my house.
“Good night, Tomo….” I smile and when I turn back, he calls me again.
“Yes?”
“Come here….” he says. I walk to him,
“Closer…” I walk closer and now we are in close distance.
“What is it Tomo? Do you want to ask me about something?” I ask.
“Hmm….Not really but, I want to…..” then he kisses me on my right cheek. I am surprised…
“Hehe…. I really want to do that.” he smiles and at the same time he is blushing. I am blushing too, as I don’t expect something like this will be happened. But little bit disappointed it’s not on my lips. I smile to him…. And then, Tomo keeps looking at me as his hand holds my hand…. He moves his face closer again and kisses my lips. It’s not a long kiss, because he breaks it….
“Good night, Acchan….” he says as he strokes my head.
“Okay, I am going in. Be careful Tomo….” I walk to the door and get inside of my house. Oh god, I receive Tomo’s kiss on my first date, I am so happy… This is my dream, have nice date, and kiss….. I blush again, I can feel Tomo’s soft lips for the second time.
This day has come. We will have a club practice outside for a week…….. Now we are already on a bus. I sit with Tomo and glad that Kai is sitting with Mayu. But I see Kai is always looking out the window and Mayu is sleeping… Her head can’t stop moving, Kai should lend his shoulder to her as her pillow…..I hope for the best for their relationship though I want they to break up… I just can’t see Mayu is always the one who suffers. Then I see Kai is moving Mayu’s head slowly on his shoulder. Now Mayu’s head is on it. Kai smiles to the sleeping Mayu and looks to the outside again.
The first time I see him smiling… That is pure smile from his heart, and without I realize it I smile too…… Maybe Kai is kind guy, caring and daring, but bad he’s a player.
“Okay guys! please gather!!” Tomo is in front of us right now.
“We have already arrived to our practice area… Here we are now!” We look around as we see so many trees and beautiful lake. Far away we can see a place, I bet that is our place to sleep, eat, and take a bath.
“We will start practicing today and place your belongings at that house!” he points to that house.
We are heading to that house and taking the key. I am Mayu’s room mate.
“Glad that we share room…” Mayu smiles. I smile too as I unlock the door.
The room is not too large but it suits for 2 persons… I sit on the right bed as Mayu sits on the other. We take out our shirts and places it in wardrobe.
“Okay, let’s go!” I ask her, she nods.
We are watching the boys practicing… And of course I watch over Tomo… He’s so cool…..I can’t believe he is my boyfriend. Not far away I can see Kai….. He is practicing with the other members and they lose so fast… Kai movements are wild, not even smooth like Tomo’s. I bet he didn’t learn the technique and just follow his instinct to move. But yeah…. I admit that he’s strong.
The practice is over, now its alread 5 pm and everybody starts looking for wood that we will use tonight. I and Mayu are separating, she looks over there and I look over here. I don’t see any of wood here, and I go inside to the forest… The sun is setting, it’s already dark…. I don’t get any wood then I decide to go back to base camp…. Shimatta. I am lost… All directions look so dark and look same. Where should I go now? I don’t know the direction and I am totally lost here. Then I sit under a big tree and take out my handphone.
Oh good… low battery and in any second it will…. OFF already. Phew… It’s cold and I don’t wear jacket on me. I have to calm down…. Tomo will save me, Tomo will come for me…. I must wait here and remain calm. Okay, calm….
SREK…. a sound. It comes from behind those trees…. and no sounds again. I am in fear now… Is that a wild animal??
SREK….SREK….SREK…..SREK….
That sounds repeat rapidly and I close my eyes as I am screaming so loud.
“What are you doing here?!”
I realize that is a human not wild animal, I slowly open my eyes and there he is…. Standing beside that tree with a flash light.

“Do you see Acchan?” Tomo asks Mayu.
”Eh? She should be here, shouldn’t she?”
“Eh? What do you mean? Didn’t you go together?”
“No we didn’t.” Tomo looks panic.
“Acchan has not come back yet?” Mayu looks panic too…
“Yeah… Okay I will look for her….” Tomo then runs and goes in to the forest to look for Acchan. Yet there Mayu is waiting for Tomo to find her friend in full of hope. Mayu then looks around her and looks for someone….
“Hmm……Where’s Kai?”

I still sit under the tree and I see that guy is standing beside that tree with flash light…. He comes closer.
“What are you doing here?” he crouches near me.
“Don’t you understand, I am lost!”
“Hee???? How come?” he chuckles.
“No more talk. Lead me to the camp.”
“Hmm…” he bites his lower lip.
“What?” I narrowed my eyebrow.
“Actually, I am lost too….” he rubs his neck.
“WHAT????” I sigh… No way I can get out of here. and Yet this guy is here with me…
“You are useless…” I say as I don’t see him….
“What are you saying? It’s lucky you can meet me here, idiot!” he stands up.
What? Idiot? I stand up too as we are facing each other.
“Lucky? You are lost too and you call it lucky?! Idiot!” I shout at him….
“FINE! You stay here, I will go back alone!!” he turns around and starts walk away…. I am standing there, and……..hoping for him to ask her to go together to the camp. Then Kai turns back as a small smile appear on my face. You should not leave a girl alone, Kai.
“Don’t follow me!!” he walks away. What? Unbelievable!! He really leaves me here alone!! How if a wild animal eats me alive? How if….I can’t go back forever and be a tarzan??
“What?! He really means it?! Okay! FINE!!!” I go back to where I sat and sit there alone. Waiting for Tomo.
“I wish you save there, KAI!” I keep praying to the god soon there will be a help coming. The air is so cold, and I can’t hold it anymore…..I hold my self, rub my arm, as I can feel little bit warmer….
Not long after, I can feel something warm cover my body… I look up as I see Kai is standing there still with his cool style.
“Kai?”
He supposes to go back, right? Why is he still here?
“Yo…”he says still doesn’t look at me.
“Why are you here?”
“Yea….. I can’t leave you alone.”he sits beside me…. I don’t know but I smile to him. I know he is kind guy and really care….
‘Don’t you feel cold? You gave your jacket to me…”
“Nope.... You need it more than me.”
See? He is so kind…. But sometime he is really annoying and yea I had slapped him twice….
“You are stupid. You went inside a forest until dark and got yourself lost. You’d better stay at camp….”
Just now I said he was so kind, and now he annoys me again….
“Why are you calling me stupid? I want to help because I am also the manager here!!” I pout.
“I have not done yet….I prefer you stay, and…… I was worried when I knew you had not come back…”
I look at him…. This feeling again…. He worried about me? And he came here just wanted to find me? Eh…. it means he know the way right?
“So you know the way to the camp?” Then he rolls his eyes….
“Err… no-no! Ho-how could I? I was lost and now its already dark. Too hard to find the way back….Hehe..” he stutters.
Hmm….. He maybe look for me before the sun was set, yeah… We don’t have any choice, we have to stay until tomorrow….

“Don’t move!! I just want to help you to feel warm. Don’t you remember I said I hate you? Don’t worry, I won’t do anything to you…..” he hugs me tighter now…. Warm. It’s so warm…. Kai’s body is warmer than Tomo…. And I feel more save if I were with Kai…. It feels so peaceful and I have faith in him…. But Why I feel sad when I heard that he hated me? No…no…. It must not be! I hate him too…. Maybe this time I let him hug me…. Just for once.
“Kai…..”I call him and I am still in his embrace.
“Hm?”
“Why did you play around with every girl?”
“No reasons.”
“Seriously?”
“Yes.”
“Why did you do that to Mayu? She is nice girl….”
“I know.”
“So? Why did you still do that to her?”
“Why did you ask?”

“It happened when I was in junior high school. I couldn’t fight, I was not smart, and I could not do anything well….”
I keep listening to him…
“I met Chihiro senpai and I fell for her. She accepted me and we dated for 3 months.”

“One day, we had appointment to meet in a park for our date…. I saw her with her ex and they kissed in front of me. I was shocked at that time. I felt betrayed as I ran to them and separated her from her ex. But……she shouted at me and asked me to stay away from them and did not ever disturb senpai again. I asked her, what it was these 3 months and….said love me?! Then she just said, she never felt for me, she said she loved me because she was so lonely…She still loved her ex. I couldn’t say anything as I straight looking to her…. Then her ex pushed me and punched me….I couldn’t defense myself coz I didn’t know how to fight. His body was bigger than me….And from that time, I promised myself to not ever fall in love again….”
So sad. I am so sorry about his story…. I understand his feeling so much…. If I were him, I might do the same…. I also could feel from his voice, it was so lonely and need love and care….I never see Kai this weak.
“Eh? Why did I tell you this?” he looks at me.
“It’s okay…. I am glad I can be your place for you to share all about your past and can take out your burden. Feel better?” I ask him….
He smiles.
“Thank you…..I feel better now….”
After that long story, we fall into deep sleep as now is already morning.
I open my eyes as I heard somebody’s calling my name.
“Tomo?” I get up and see Kai is still sleeping. And he still hugs me….I move his hand and I stand up.
“Tomo!!! Tomo!!!” I scream loudly and hope he can hear my voice and find me here.
“Acchan!!!” he is there and he hugs me.
“Are you okay? Are you hurt?”
“No Tomo… I am okay….” he releases his hug.
“Okay, let’s go back…” he pulls my hand as I stop him.
“Kai is over there… We have to wake him up.” then Tomo looks at the sleeping Kai.
“Were you with him last night?”
“Yes.”
“Did he do something to you, Acchan?” Tomo sounds panic,
“No, I am okay… He didn’t do anything….”
Then Kai opens his eyes….. He then stands up and walks closer to us.
“Good morning….” he said.
“Good morning, Kai…” I smile to him…
“Why did you say that to him? I know there was something happened last night! Don’t lie Acchan!”
“Wow easy! We didn’t do anything.” said Kai.
“Yes Tomo… Trust me, we didn’t do anything….”
Tomo still looks at Kai and suddenly Kai grabs my waist and pulls myself closer to him, and he kisses on lips… I am surprised… Why did kiss me so sudden? And…..Kai is watching us. Tomo releases his kiss and sees Kai again.
“Understand?! Okay, Acchan…Let’s go back…” he grabs my hand and leaves Kai alone there. I see Kai there, he’s looking down and smiling.
It has been 7 days we practice outside and I felt Kai is avoiding me…. We never meet in a person…. Somehow I feel lonely…. But I’m glad that Kai spends his more time with Mayu….This evening we will go back to our home and we are ready to get in to the bus.
A small, cute girl is walking inside the school. Her hair is long, she wears glasses and looks modish. Every couple eyes are on this girl. As she walks everybody starts to follow her.
“Wow she looks so beautiful!”
“And sexy!” said those guy.
The girl is just smiling after hearing those statements. She keeps walking…. She is at the school corridor now and she puts her glasses off.
“So…this is Tomo’s school.” a cute smile is forming on her red lips.

Today Tomo can’t pick me up because he has something to do at club, so I walk to school alone. Arriving in front of my class, I see Kai has come… Wow it’s so rare he comes earlier than me. I walk inside and sit on the chair… I put my bag on the table and take out my book…Suddenly Kai comes closer.
“How was yesterday?” he asked. I look up at him.
“What do you mean?”
“That guy can’t kiss you….”
I narrowed my eyebrows… “What are you talking about? Don’t look for any trouble. It’s still morning.”
“Ow… I am not looking for any trouble here… Hmm… I saw you two were kissing in front of me, and his kissing was really sucks. He couldn’t even do a kiss. He is still a kid.” he laughs…
I stand up as I slap him on his cheek.
“That is not your business!! Can you please not insult anyone?? Every single thing you say is annoying!!” he still holds his red cheek and doesn’t look at me.
“I think you are good guy after what happened yesterday… But actually, I was wrong. One question, why do you hate Tomo? Did he make something to you??”
He doesn’t answer me… Then the teacher comes and I back to sit as he slowly moves to his chair.
Should I once punch him right on his face?? Until he is bleeding?? So that he can’t badmouthing Tomo??
After school I come to the club as well and Tomo has already there. He smiles at me. I approach him…
“Tomo I miss you….” I give him a small hug.
“I miss you too Acchan….” he smiles as he replies my hug. Not long, he releases my hug.
“Sorry couldn’t pick you up this morning.”
“Ah, don’t worry… I know Tomo was busy…” I smile and he pokes my cheeks…
“Well, I am going to change…. Sit there…” I nod and he disappears.
I come to the bench and sit there…. While I am waiting for Tomo, I see Kai is coming with Mayu. Mayu is holding Kai’s hand. I feel happy for Mayu, I hope Kai will be always with her…. Then my eyes and Kai’s are meeting… He is looking at me straightly and I can’t control my feeling as I look away. I still mad at him though, and I hope this time someone will beat him down… I really want to see he loses.
“Acchan….” Mayu approaches me and she sits beside me.
“Oh, Hi Mayu!” she smiles.
“You don’t practice?” I ask her.
“No… I want to see Kai….”
“You really like him, don’t you?”
“Yes. I like Kai… I don’t care for how many times he hurts me, but I still like him…. This is the first time I feel this way to boy.”
“I wish you happy, Mayu….”
When I have a small chat with Mayu, then I see Kai is appearing. He is with his karate’s outfits and ready to practice… I see him to the arena and a member has already waited for him. I hope he will beat Kai this time. The fight has been begun and Kai starts his move. Damn! He is so fast!!! He sends his elbow to the opponent and he’s down. Can’t stand up. My eyes wider as I see he can’t stand up. Kai has finished him with one move… He’s so strong….
Another member comes closer to Kai as his last opponent has taken to the side of arena. This one is bigger than before…. He starts his move and Kai can dodge his kick and quickly sliding his kick. He falls, but he can stand…
Good! Get him! that is in my mind. I don’t want this big guy loses.
Before the big guy can punch Kai, Kai hurriedly launches counter attack and punches his stomach…. He then falls as he holds his stomach… Can’t move.
I blink. How come Kai wins that easily???? I can see a smile on his face, victory’s smile. He is not long celebrating his victory as Tomo comes.
Yes!! Tomo!! I know you can beat him! Beat him!!
“Kai….” Tomo stands in front of Kai.
“What?”
“Be my opponent….” Tomo is ready. My heart is tapping, hoping Tomo will win… Then Kai turns around.
“I pass….” he walks away.
“Are you running away!!!!!” Tomo shouts at Kai and it makes him stop. He turns around again.
“Sorry, Tomo… No word “run away” in my dictionary. I want to smack you down this time, but…..the timing is not now.” he smiles.

“In championship… I will beat you and make you embarrass in front of many people. Just wait, Tomo…..” Kai then walks away and sits on the bench not far from the arena.

“Okay guys…Let us-” before he can finish his word, someone has put hands and closed his eyes….

Tomo is laughing and he totally forgets about my existence. I step backward and feel so jealous. How come this girl get near Tomo so easy? Is she his ex? But Koji said Tomo has not ever dated any girl before….
“Ah!” Tomo then realizes I get too far from them.
“Tomomi, she is Acchan…. My girlfriend.” I smile to Tomo… I think he has forgotten me… I relieve now…. Then that Tomomi girl is looking at me. She is not happy and rolling her eyes.

“Is that your girl friend??” she blinks.

Okay, nightmare. She will be manager here and I am sure my time with Tomo will decrease. Hmm…. No. I won’t lose to this girl. Tomo is my boyfriend and I must win him for sure!
A week has been passed and I will take back my words before. Tomomi never gives any single seconds for me and Tomo. She monopolies him…. Omg, Tomo can’t say no to her and I feel so jealous… When I talk to Tomo, she then appears and drags him away. Huh?! Guess what?! She never does any single works! Mopping, sweeping, everything is done by me!! She just hangs around with Tomo and chats with other members. His time is only for Tomomi…. He never walks me home like before coz Tomomi asks him first to do so…. Should I stay like this? If I don’t do anything, Tomo will be hers! Tomomi will steal Tomo from me!! I have to do something!!
I place the mop back and look for Tomo. I have to tell him about my jealousy and ask him to choose between me and her. He must be firm, he is man after all. Now I arrive at back yard of dojo…. Where is Tomo? I can’t find him… Tomomi too… She is not at dojo…. Okay, I am sure they are together now… I keep walking and then I see them both under a tree….. I walk slowly and hide behind a big rock.
“After this, please accompany me to the mall Tomo!”
Tomo nods. I can see Tomo forcely nods his head… I know he doesn’t want to, but for some reasons he has to… Yosh! So Tomo doesn’t have any feeling to her.
“You know Tomo, when I was in America, there were so many handsome man there. Even my classmate confessed to me….”
“Wow… sounds cool. You must be famous Tomomi. You are pretty after all…”

Yappari……….. I bite my lower lips as my heart continue beating.

Tomo then laughs.. “Me? Come on, Tomomi… don’t joke around.”
“I am not joking!! My feeling to you is not a joke… I really love you, and I missed you so much Tomo….” Tomomi then hugs Tomo.
“Tomomi…..please…..”Tomo wants to release Tomomi’s hugs but she stops him.
“Please Tomo! Let me hug you….” Tomo then can’t do anything. He lets her hugs him.
I am shocked. What will Tomo do after this? Will he accept Tomomi’s feeling and dump me? Is that so? I feel my eyes teary….. but I hold it… I have to trust Tomo. Nothing gonna happened.
”Tomomi…..I have girlfriend and you know that.”
Tomomi is shaking her head.
“I will make you love me and forget her….”
“My love to her is real. No one can change it, even you Tomomi… I am sorry.” Tomo then pushes Tomomi slowly and smiles to her.
Tomo…. I know I must trust you. Thank you Tomo…..
“I am not good for you… and I am sure you will find better person than me.” Tomo then walks away and leaves Tomomi there.
“Tomo!!” she screams, Tomo then turns around.
“Me too! No one can replace you in my heart! You have to understand me!!” Tomomi then runs to Tomo and kisses Tomo on his lips.
I feel like a knife stabs my heart already. I am freezing. I can’t move…. I don’t want to see this view, I want to run and………..cry. But my body won’t move… My tears are about to fall but then a hand is closing my eyes. This person helps me to stand up and drag me away from that place.
This person takes me somewhere and slowly he pulls his hand… I open my eyes. Then I see Kai is standing in front of me.
“Ka-Kai?”
“Yo…”
“What are you doing?”
“I followed you from dojo and I saw everything.”
“Why you drag me here? You don’t have any right to do that!!”
“I can’t see a girl cry.”
“I didn’t cry!”
“Almost did.”
“What?! Stay away from me! I hate you!!” I push him so hard. Why I said I hate him? He’s so kind to me, he even helped me just now…. I don’t understand myself, those things that just happened drove me crazy!
“Why you didn’t understand!!!” suddenly he shouts. He walks closer…
“Atsuko….why you didn’t understand me little bit?!”
I keep looking into his eyes…
“You know how hurt my heart is when I see you with him? You know how hard I hold my self to not touch you? You know how much I want to talk to you? You know how I much I want to protect you? Make you smile???? You know that?”
Kai….this is the first time I see him like this. He is bad player but….this time is honest. I can’t see a lie behind his sentences.

Kai closes his eyes and looks down. I understand his feeling and I am sorry, I can’t accept your feeling. I know its hard to resist our true feeling but….I am sorry….
Kai opens his eyes.

“I will break my promise… I will win you for sure.”
“Kai, please…. I don’t want to hurt you…”
“Don’t mind me Atsuko. I will wait for you…. Even for 10 years, 20 years, I will keep waiting.”
“Kai please…I don’t want to hurt you any further...”
“This feeling I have is the strongest. Past is past, now is now…. And this time is the most important and I don’t want to lose…… I love you Atsuko, and that’s real. I am not lying. Please, let me have this feeling.” he smiles. The brightest smile that I’ve ever seen.
“You don’t need to give me the answer now. I will wait.” then he walks away.
Kai… So many things happened. I don’t know what I should do. I don’t want to hurt Kai, coz I know his past was hurting him so much, but he can’t be stopped now. A playboy like him, is falling for someone like me. I am sorry Kai, I guess I can’t accept your love.

Yesterday, Kai confessed his love to me. Many things happened yesterday… Tomo got kissed by Tomomi, and then Kai’s confession. I am so confused now. My feeling is mixed. I don’t know what to do… I can’t cry, but my heart cries. Deep inside, it does. I can’t let it out, I am so confused right now. I hate Tomo, I don’t want to see him right now… The other side, I can’t hate Kai, but I don’t want to hurt him. His past had turned him into bad person, and I don’t want to do the same like what his senpai did. Okay I know I must not hurt him, but I can’t accept his love. I still love Tomo after what he did yesterday, it still can be talked just both of us. I worry about Kai, what if I say no to him? Will he turn bad again? Oh god… What do I suppose to do?
“Good morning, Atsuko….” when I walk in the corridor, a voice from person that I am thinking about right now calls me.
“Ehm… Morning, Kai…” I don’t know what to say next. Is greeting enough?
“Come on, relax Atsuko. Don’t think about what I said yesterday, okay? I didn’t mean to leave you a burden.” he puts his hand on my shoulder and then leave.
I am sorry, Kai. I make you say those words. I know that is really painful, I am sorry. I wish the person I love is you…. You won’t be suffering like now.
I sit on my chair and I see Kai is looking outside the window. Looks like he is thinking about something.
Should I give the answer right now? I can’t love him, as my heart is still for Tomo. Is it okay I say that? Will he be mad? Disappointed? I will feel guilty if I make him like that then…
But…. If I don’t give the answer right away, he must be feeling more suffer right? Okay. I should give the answer now. I stand up and walk to the Kai’s chair.
“Uhm…Kai….” Kai then gains his conscious and realizes I am standing in front of him now.
“Oh, Atsuko… What happened?”
“I….uhm…..so…..” I bit my lower lips. That words won’t come out. Hurry Acchan, he’s in front of you right now!!
“Listen….about yesterday…”
“Acchan?! What’s wrong?” then Mayu comes to both of us. She looks curious coz its not usual I talk to Kai in the morning.
DEG! How could I forget Mayu’s existence?? She is Kai’s girlfriend, right? Why do I always think about myself? Just myself and Kai?? How come I forget about Mayu? Oh god… I am so egoist! But yeah…. It will help me to reject Kai. He has better person, and that is Mayu.
“Oh, morning Mayu. No…. I just want to say ‘Hi’ to Kai. I am leaving now.” then I walk away.
“Wa-wait!” I heard Kai calls me, but I ignore it. I come back sit on my chair.
Some minutes later, I take a look to Mayu and Kai. There I see them talk happily and Kai is smiling even laughing. They should be supposed to be together, but Kai just confessed to me…. Mayu is better than me, and she loves Kai so much. Being close to her, will make Kai fall for her slowly….
A lesson just started…. I can’t concentrate. Hmm…. I want to go home and I will skip today’s club activities. I don’t want to meet Tomo and Tomomi. I have to calm myself alone….
Break time and I walk to the canteen. On the way, I see Tomo runs to me. I turn around and walk away. Yeah… Avoiding him.
“Wait!!” he grabs my hand. “Why do you avoid me?”
“Let off…”
“Why Acchan? Something wrong?”
How could he ask ‘something wrong’??! He doesn’t care about my feeling anymore!! Just go and be with Tomomi!! I am fine!
“I am okay.”
“You sound not okay! You even don’t look at me. What’s wrong?”
Then I face him, “I am okay!”
“Why your eyes are teary??? Acchan, please… Did I do something?”

“Its not what I mean! It’s hard to explain but please….. I miss you Acchan….”
“Bullshit! I can’t trust you Tomo!!”
“Why? We have been together until this time, how come you could not trust me?”

“You……saw it?” he loosen his hand.

So yeah…. Tomo must love her. Who am I? I am not someone who worth you, Tomo. Not worth for anybody else….
BLAM! I heard a door closed. I raise my face and take a look who it is. EH??? That’s Mayu and Kai?! What are they doing in here?
Kai is pulling Mayu to the middle and they are facing to each other.
“What is it Kai? What do you want to tell me?”
“Ehm…Mayu….” he rubs his neck. “Gomen!” then he bows his head.
“Eh? Kai?? What are you doing?”
“Gomen…..gomen….”
“Why do you keep saying sorry?? You didn’t do anything wrong…. Please raise your head.”
“No, I can’t. I want to apology. I have made mistakes. Gomen.”
“What mistakes Kai? I don’t understand.”
Kai……he keeps bowing his head to Mayu… What is it on his mind right now?

“Using me?” Mayu looks even more confuse.

Finally. Finally my name…. I keep listening and I still can’t see tears from Mayu’s eyes. Maybe she is still in shock.
“Kai…..” a simple word comes out from Mayu’s mouth.
“I love Atsuko, Mayu. Please don’t blame her, I am the one who will responsible to all of this.”
Then, Mayu helps Kai to raise his head.
“Please…..don’t bow your head again. I understand.”
Eh?? Mayu??
“So….you….are not mad?”
She is shaking her head.
“How come? I have already known it long before.” I blink. Eh? How come she knows?? Long before??
“How…..how do you know?” ask Kai.

“Thank you, Mayu. We can be best friend from now.”
“Yeah…. I will support you to win Acchan’s heart. Let me know, and I will help you.”
“Thank you, Mayu.” Kai then hugs Mayu.
Suddenly my tears are falling. I cover my face and wipe my tears. Why I feel the same just like Mayu feels before?? Sometime I can feel Kai is so kind, honest, and care… So that’s because of me? Because he loves me?? I feel sin since I always shout at him even slap him for many times. But Kai’s feeling to me never change. He still loves me. I am sorry Kai. I was so cruel to you…. Now, I don’t know how I should face you….. I can’t be the usual Acchan to you after what I heard just know.

“Sorry, Tomomi. I can’t be with you. I have Acchan. She saw us yesterday, and misunderstood that.”

“Yeah I am weak!! I know I am weak!! I can’t choose the girl I love. I end up making her sad!! I am so weak!!”
“Don’t say anything again, or I will kill you right away….”

PLAK!!! I slap Tomo, and Kai stops his move.
“I just know you are this weak, Tomo…” Tomo puts his hand on his cheek.
“You just embarrassed yourself. I am disappointed….” I walk away as I grab Kai’s hand….
I pull Kai to somewhere far away from school. This place is pretty quite..
“Atsuko…..” he calls my name as we arrive there.
My body begins to shake….
“Thanks Kai, you can leave now.”
“No I won’t. I will stay here…..”
Kai then decides to turn my face as I don’t give him any response. He finds me crying.
“So-Sorry, Kai… I am crying….”
“Atsuko…Don’t cry...” he wipes my tears away.
“I……I love him, Kai. I don’t want to break up….” I keep crying, then I feel a warm hand on my hair. He strokes my hair softly.
“It’s okay Atsuko. I know it… I will be here…. I will lend you my chest….”
Then Kai hugs me. I bury my head into his chest and cry louder on it. I feel better when he hugs me…..His body is really warm.
Nee, Kai…….why its not you whom I love? I must be happy then…..

I could not forget the time when he hugged me… The way he stroked my hair, the warmness of his hand, her body, I felt so safe in his embrace. He wiped my tears gently, his smile encouraged me, and he kept saying, “I am here and I won’t leave you.”.

My status with Tomo was so complicated and I already said broken up to him though, but my heart needed time to recover from this ache, and I felt guilty to Kai… My feeling to him was not more than a friend, ah I had never said we are friends in front of him... When we saw back, we always fight and I hated him because he always says something bad about Tomo and me.
“Where is your house? I’ll take you home.” He says gently to me. I know he is worried about me… and he won’t let me walk alone right now.
“It’s okay. Don’t trouble yourself.”
“No, I don’t. I can’t let you be alone at this time. Let me walk you home, please….”
Those eyes again. I have seen it for so many times. It shows his honesty, his warmness, softness, no lies on those eyes.

It must be a hand from hentai ojiichan! I scream inside my heart, asking for a help but my mouth is locked. I can’t even say one word. I see Kai is backing me, I guess he doesn’t know I am in trouble here.
Yikes! He moves his hand higher and reaches my shirt. Then he moves it lower again to my skirt. I don’t even see his face, but I am pretty sure he is just an old man just like news on TV. I look at Kai’s back. Please, please Kai turns around! Help me please!!
Then he pinches my butt because I don’t make any reaction of resisting his move. Spontaneously I look back and I am surprised when I see an old man looks so happy while his hand is playing on my butt. When he raises his head to look at me, suddenly a hand is pulling this hentai-ojiichan away. I turn back and see Kai is already facing me. He looks so angry and that ojiichan moan slowly coz his hand hurt.

“I am sorry, I….”my tears rolling down in to my cheek. No doubt I am crying now. This is my first experience meeting a hentai-ojiichan inside a train. I wipe my tears as my body keeps shaking. And then suddenly Kai’s body presses mine. But its not because of Kai, but people behind us push us so hard.
He raises his head to look at me, and suddenly my cheek turns into pink.
It’s really embarrassing!
“O-oi…you don’t need to be shy.” He looks away.
I feel people come to push us again, now his body is really close to me. His head is on my shoulder.
“Atsuko, just hang in there. We will arrive soon….”
I nod. I could feel his hard breathe on my neck. It’s so clear. Now my face turns pinker, more than before.
Then, we arrive at the next station. We get out of the train,
“Ah! Finally I can feel the air!!” Kai screams.
I just smile…
“Now where is your house?”
“Not so far from here, Kai.”
“Well… you go first. I will follow you from behind.”
Then I do what he said. I walk first and he follows me from behind. Somehow I don’t like it. I want him to walk beside me, not behind me. I keep walking and he also doesn’t say anything. Then finally we arrive.
“This is my house.”
He keeps looking at my house as he nods.
“Would you…..want to…”I ask in full doubt, but before I could finish it, he already talks.
“Well then, Atsuko. I am going back.”
“Oh….okay.” I heard disappointment in my voice. He just smiles.
“See you tomorrow, Atsuko.” Then he walks away.
Slowly my eyes follow your figure… The back that I see looks strong… I haven’t even said thanks to you yet.
~At School~
I wish I don’t meet him right now. I don’t know what I should do when that happened. When these feet leads me to the class, I feel relieve I don’t meet him. One side I relieve, but one side I want to know how he is. I still have feeling for Tomo, and I just can’t forget him that easy. I walk to my desk and Mayu-chan approaches me.
“Good morning, Acchan!” she smiles.
I envy her. She could smile even brighter like this. The day when I saw everything between her and Kai, I felt guilty. It was because of me their relation ended. Mayu, she always supports me, even she sometimes tells her feeling toward Kai to me. I know she really loves Kai…But on that day, she could let Kai go because she wanted Kai to be happy. I don’t know I could smile in front of you Mayu.
“What happened Acchan? You don’t feel well?” she puts her hand on my forehead.
“No fever. Are you okay, Acchan?” she really worries about me. How come she speaks normally to me after what happened?
“I am alright, Mayu. Thanks.”
“I think you are uneasy with something Acchan. Is it about Kai?”
How….how come she knows????
“You were together yesterday, weren’t you? Hmm…. Ah!” she then runs to the back. I confuse and I look back. I see her drags Kai to me. Hah?
“Did he do something to you yesterday, Acchan?”
“Eh???” Kai looks confused too. He just arrives.
“Eh?” similar reaction with Kai.
“Haha…. You know Acchan, I am not with this guy anymore. He said he has someone special already.” Mayu chuckles.
“No! Shut up!” I can see Kai’s face blush.
Mayu then smiles, “Nee Acchan… Trust me, first love must not always be until the rest of your life. You may find your love on the 3rd or 5th not only on the first.” She says as she winks at me.
“Mayu….”
“I share my experience to you…” then she looks at Kai, “Kai, Acchan doesn’t feel well today. Take care of her, you idiot.” Then Mayu leaves us alone.
“What a weird girl…” then Kai looks at me as he rubs his neck.
“Are you….okay?” ask him. I nod.
“Hmm…good.” Kai is losing words.
Fufufu…. It is funny when I see Kai likes this. His face when he is shy is really funny.
“Why are you looking at me like that?”
Ups… He realizes it.
“Nothing. And I didn’t see you…..”
“My face….is the most handsome so girls can’t resist it. Haha…” then he back to sit to his chair.
I hold my laugh. Kai is really funny.
The bell is ringing. Now the time for us to take a break. I put my books inside of my bag and decide to stay at class. I don’t bring bento, and too lazy to go to canteen.
“Here…” I see a box is in front of my eyes. Then I look up and I see Kai is standing there.
“Take it….”
“What is it?”
“Your lunch. Horaa….” I blink. He brought me a box of lunch? Really?? I think he never does this thing before.
“For me?????”
He nods. And my hand moves to that box and takes it. I place it on my table and open it.
WOW IT IS SPARKLING!! As not I expected, the meals look so delicious!
“Did you make it by yourself?” I ask him. I don’t believe it he made this food. I mean, he does look like a man who can’t do this thing.
“Why? Who do you think who made this food? I live alone…”
Heee????? I can’t believe it! He cooks??? Really, Kai cooks???
“Hahahahaha!” I can’t hold my laugh anymore.
“Hoi! Why are you laughing?! Nothing funny here!”
“Hahaha…. I am sorry Kai. But hear you cook, it makes me…..bwahahahaha!!” my laugh is harder. He blushed.
“Huh! Okay, I take it back.” When his hand moves to take my box, I stop him.
“Okay…okay… I am kidding. Hmpffhh… Let me try your cook, kay?”
“Ck, okay. But don’t laugh…”
“Itadakimasu…” I take the spoon and eat that omeraisu. Its really delicious!! Even he can cook better than me. I am done as a girl.
“Wow… it’s good! Do you learn it?”
“No. It’s easy, you don’t need to learn….”
“Okay, okay… You are good. Happy?” I say as I eat it again.
“Haha… I am happy you like it, Atsuko. And if you want, I will always make bento for you. Everyday….” He smiles.
This is really touching. He wants to cook again for me? This thing is really embarrassing for men, and he keeps wanting to do it only for me. He just sacrifices his pride….
“No, Kai…Thank you…” I smile.
“Why? I am happy I cook for you, Atsuko. Because when you ate my omeraisu, finally you smiled. And I love your smile just now….”
I blush. Why did he say something that really embarrasses me?? My head is hot, I could feel my blood gathers on it and really hot.
“Hey, don’t just stare on it, eat it….”
I do what he says… I eat the omeraisu and its really good….
“Gochisou….Thank you, Kai. And how about you? Don’t you want to eat?!”
“Ah, honestly, what you just ate was my lunch.”
“Ehhh????? What?? So…why….why did you give me your lunch Kai?? And wht are you going to eat now????”
“Hahahahaha…..” he laughs. I tilt my head. Is there something funny??
“You are panic, Atsuko! Hahaha….. I have eaten my lunch when we are in class! Hahaha…..”
“Hah?? You ate in the middle of lesson? You are insane!”
“Hihihi… Couldn’t help it. I was so hungry, and I couldn’t concentrate to the lesson, so I ate my lunch. Fufufufu….”
Seeing his face right now, I want to laugh with him together. I smile to every parts of his laugh. I am enjoying it, I feel so comfort and save beside him. And then I realize he is so important now. I just don’t want to lose him, his existence is irreplaceable.
After school, I decide to join the club activities. It’s really hard option, but I have to. I can’t leave anything so easily since I am the manager. I have prepared myself when later I meet him. This man was offering himself to accompany me.
“I will go with you, Atsuko.” He said.
He is walking behind me and following me as what he did yesterday. I open the doujo’s door and everybody seems have started their activities.
“Oh Acchan!!” a member approaches me.
“Hi… Sorry I am late.”
“No problem. You know, since Tomomi-chan is hospitalized, nobody does the manager’s job. You also didn’t come…. It’s really difficult for us.”
“I am sorry….”
“Yeaa…. And now Tomo-san is staying at hospital…. We must do the activities as usual.”
What? Tomo is staying at hospital??
“You mean, he always goes to the hospital to visit Tomomi?”
“Hmm…. Or you might say, he is staying there for these days backward. And he doesn’t go to school either. He told us he will come back when Tomomi gets recover….”
It’s hurt. My heart is hurt. This is the reality that I don’t want to hear about. He really loves Tomomi, but why that day he said he loved me?? Why?? He didn’t need to lie by telling me he loved me, though he loved Tomomi.
“Okay, that’s enough. Come on, Atsuko…” Kay then pulls me to the room.
“Atsuko… don’t think about it again…”
“No….I don’t…” I wipe my tears….
“Okay, I trust you. Now I will go to the front and practice with the other. You may do your work as manager, okay?” I nod and he smiles.
“Good. Smile Atsuko…” he pinches my cheek and it makes me smile to him.
He then walks away with his karate’s outfits on him. He looks strong and cool with that outfit.
I do my job as manager. I clean the floor, take a note of member’s illness, and other things. I see Kay is practicing with the other members. He is untouchable. Nobody could hit him. He is really strong.
Suddenly I remember about Tomo. What is Tomo doing right now? Does he eat well? Honestly, I want to hear his voice… But I am afraid if I make Kay sad. Kay is really kind to me. He always supports me when I am down. He is really good man. And I don’t have right to make him sad….. I will feel more guilty then…
Speaking of Tomomi, is it okay If I don’t visit her? I know she probably hate me, but at least she is one of manager here, and it means she is belong to this club…. I just need to come, say hi and get well soon, and then leave. I think that is simple. Okay, that is really simple.
Then I decide to go to hospital after finishing my work here. Of course, I won’t let Kay knows about it. I will leave smoothly so that he doesn’t know I go to hospital.
“Acchan, where are you going?” I meet Mayu in front of doujo.
“Oh hi, Mayu. Hmm… I wanna go to the hospital. My friend is sick. Hehe…”
“Oh, okay. Be careful….” I nod and start walking again.
On my way, I buy a bunch of flower. It’s really beautiful. I arrive at hospital and starts walking…. I ask the reception where the room is. It’s 207. She shows me the direction and I follow it as I say thanks to her. I walk and my heart is beating. What if I meet Tomo here?? No need to be panic, Atsuko. What I should say is greeting him, not more than that. Come on Atsuko. You can do it. He is not your boyfriend anymore, at least you have to act as both of you are friends… Okay… Calm down. Ah, here is the room. The door is bit open as I look from outside. I can see Tomo there alone on the bed. She is reading a magazine and I don’t see any sign of Tomo, he must be out right now. Yosh, my chance to go inside. Greeting here, placing the flower on to the vase, and leaving. Yosh! I open the door slowly, but something stop my move. Tomomi is looking away from her magazine as someone approaches her and sits beside her. That is Tomo. He says something and Tomomi laughs. Not long, Tomomi whispers something to Tomo and he looks surprised. She smiles and closes her eyes. I cover my mouth as I know what will happen next. And that has just happened. Tomo moves to her and kisses her lips. I know that is not a view that I want to see…. I come here to wish her get well soon, but this what I got. I could feel tears falling, I stuck, I freeze, I couldn’t move…. I don’t know what to do if they look at me…. Then, a hand is closing my eyes and slowly pulling me back.
“I know it will be happened… You just have to tell me when you want to go here. I will accompany you…..” he says as he keeps closing my eyes and whispering to my ear.

Chapter 9
“Don’t cry….” Kai whispers to me as he still closes my eyes.
“I am here….”he attaches his body against wall, and he is right behind me. “Please, don’t cry… I can’t see you cry, I can’t see you sad.”he moves his hand down and I open my eyes slowly. Although this heart hurt, but for Kai, I try not to cry. He then puts his hand around my neck from behind, he wraps it so tight…. I can feel his body’s temperature, his arms are warm…. I close my eyes, and without thinking I hold his arms, and won’t release it… I want this gentle arms always hug me tightly like this. I can feel Kai’s heart beat, it’s so fast.
Kai walks me home. I am happy as he is not walking behind me anymore. He walks beside me and…….holds my hand. He asked me, “Are you cold?” when I shook my head, maybe he knew I was lying, then he reached my hand and held it.
“You can’t lie to me. See? Your hand is cold.” He says as he holds my hand and gives his warm temper to me.
I know it’s complicated. I don’t want Kai hopes for something that he might not get, I don’t want to hurt him more than this, but…..honestly, I want him to stay here with me always. I don’t want him to go and leave me alone…. I can’t give love to him, I think. I don’t understand, I am confused…. I need time to think…. Alone.
As he holds my left hand and put it inside his jacket. I feel warm.
“Many times you have come to me….” I break the silence.
“Oh really?”Kai keeps walking and he doesn’t look at me.
“Uhum… I keep telling myself I am such a burden to you….”
“No…” he stops and turning his view to me.
“Do not ever say that. I can do everything for you. Across the ocean, even jump from a mountain I’ll do it for you. As long as you are happy…”
“Hee?? Jumping from a mountain??” His words form a small smile on my face.
“Yes. What’s wrong?”
“No….It’s just…..Hmfphh…” I try to hold my laugh.
“Hey!! Don’t laugh! I am serious with my words…. Ck.”
“Okay, Kai. Sorry….” Then I see his half-annoyed face. Hihihi…. He is very funny. I can feel his warm hand is holding my left hand inside his jacket. The warmness even I can feel it through my body until it reaches my heart. Care that he always shows me makes his presence is so precious to me. His firm body, looks so strong. Then, I rest my head on his arm……
“Thank you so much Kai…..” I close my eyes, feel his scent. I know he is surprised as he doesn’t say anything to me. I smile inside my heart. How funny Kai is right now.
And then we have already arrived in front of my house.
“Thank you…. And sorry If I trouble you….”
“My pleasure and you never trouble me Atsuko….” He smiles. Something gets in to my heart when I see his smile. It’s really confusing and not long my heart starts beating so fast…. I feel my cheek is redden, the smile he gives me even makes me feel more comfortable.
“Good bye Atsuko…. See you tomorrow….” He waves his hand at me and walks away.
WAIT. I scream inside, in part of my heart still need you here. I don’t want you to leave me now… But my body won’t react, won’t move, even my mouth can’t call your name to make you stop…. I bite my lower lips confused with what I should do…. Then my body moves by its own… I grab your hand and you turn back as I am standing behind you right now. You look at me confuse as you raise one of your eyebrow up. When you are about to speak, suddenly……and without thinking I kiss your cheek. A short kiss has planned on your right cheek. You keep looking at me and put your hand on the area that I’ve just kissed on. I can see your surprising look and I am surprised myself too… I don’t understand what bring me to kiss you… But I don’t regret it….
“At-Atsuko….” Kai keeps blinking and those words are the only words coming from your mouth.
“Thank you, Kai for today….” I am so shy as I can’t see his face properly. I look away but for once I look at him…….
“Aaa….Hm….yaa~” stutter Kai. He is really funny today… He keeps rubbing his cheek as he is leaving...
I smile to myself as I see him get farther until I can’t see him anymore.
I put my hand on my lips. Why did I kiss him?? I want to find out the reason but look like I can’t. I come back smile again and walk to the door, open it and have some rests.
“Ohayoo Kai….” I approach Kai. He is sitting on his seat.
“O-ohayoo, Atsuko….” He wants to hide his blush face. Hihi… so funny… I love seeing him like that…
“Ah, have you had your breakfast?”
“W-why?”
“Hmm… I made it for you actually. My mom helped me this morning. Hope you like it….” I smile as I give him a small box. He takes it and puts it on his table.
“San-sankyuu…..” Then he remains quite.
“What happened, Kai? You are not like the usual you….”
“Hee?? I am………….” Then he looks away. I move closer to him and whisper something to him.
“Masaka….you still think about yesterday kiss don’t you??”
“Eh!!” Kai then turns quickly. I laugh by his expression….
“You made my day, Kai. Hahaha….” I laugh as I walk to my desk. Kai is really funny. OMG. I can’t stop saying that in my mind.
Now we are having our break time. I sit in the class while the other are having their lunch. I read my book as Kai approaches me.
“What’s up?” I ask him..
“Hmm…. Thanks for the food.” He hands the box just I gave him.
“Oh, was it good?” I ask him as I take it.
“It was……really good. I doubt if it was made by you…” he chuckles.
“I did!! Ugh….” I pout…. But he still laughs. Without realizing it, I laugh as well.
“Ehm…. Ano….” Kai rubs his neck as he looks away..
“Ehm? What is it??”
“This evening………4pm……..Park Tower…….” Then he walks away. I tilt my head. This evening? 4pm? Park Tower?? What did he mean?? Did he ask me to go out this evening?? Hmpffh…..how funny!! He talked like a robot just know…..
Returning home, I go to my room…. I place my bag on my desk and I open my wardrobe. Looking for good one piece for this evening…. I should wear a cute dress… Chotto matte?? Why am I happy?? The feeling is like when I have my first date…. Speaking about first date, it makes me remind of Tomo. I shake my head… I must not have to think about hi anymore. Don’t let him appear anymore…. Yosh!! I just chose my dress for this evening and place it on my bed. I smile while I am seeing at my dress as I’ll be so cute when I put them on. I go to my bathroom and have myself prepared.
I come right on time at park. I guess, Kai has not been there….. But I am wrong. He’s already there… I smile at myself and look at him from a distance. I think he knows about my existence as he turns his view and looks at me. He smiles to me and he is waving to me. I reply his waving as I run to him.
“Sorry for waiting…” I said.
“No… I just came.”
“Oh really?? I think I am the one who comes on time, but not expected you are already here…..”I pull out my tongue bit.
“No! I just…..I just came!!”
“Ohm….Nerveous?” I chuckle.
“No I am not! Okay…..let’s go!” as he tries to hide his red face, he grabs my hand and leads me somewhere. Kai is so funny. I don’t have idea where he would take me to.
We arrive in front of a big building and its written “Game Center”.
“Yosh!! Let’s have fun here….”
He sounds so happy…. I……can’t believe it he takes me here. It’s game center after all…. I don’t understand what he thinks… He should take me to somewhere as long as it’s not something kiddy like here….
I don’t give any response and he looks at me, “What is it Atsuko? You don’t like it?”
“Ah….no…..I like it. Hehe….” Force myself to lie. I don’t want to make him disappointed. I am sure he has arranged this before and I should make him happy now because he has made me so before.
After I answer he then smiles. He approaches me and holds my hand. “You won’t get lost.” He says as he keeps walking. Kai is so sweet….
We are playing basketball mini, car racing, shooting alien, and so on.
Its really fun. I can feel myself so happy today. I can laugh so hard, smile which is really smile from my heart. Thank you Kai.
Next he takes me to the small park near game center. This place is really crowded, not only family but also young couples. Somehow I get blushed… It’s suddenly becoming so hot around here.
“Ah… It’s really unexpected.” Said Kai. “I am sorry… Lets go to another place.”
I look at Kai. I think he has prepared this long before and I can see his force smile and disappointed face. I admit that this place is really nice. There are some fountains and benches. The scenery is really nice. So many flowers planted here.
“It’s okay Kai. Let’s sit somewhere…”I smile to him. Then he nods and leads me somewhere at park. And then we sit on the nearest bench near fountain.
“Wow..Its my first time coming here.” I say.
“Eh?? Really??”
“Yup… Thanks.”
He then looks away. Fufu…funny. I can see his shy face there. Kai is so funny….
“Nee obachan, look at that neechan… She is really pretty…. I want to be like her…”said a little kid that just passed in front of us. She is holding hands with her grandmother.
“Ah, sou desu ne… Mako-chan wants to be like her?”
“Yes obachan! and have cool boyfriend like she does.” Then they are both laughing and they disappear.
I blink. I can accept when she said, I am pretty, but….having a cool boyfriend? Did he mean, Kai? Maji? We are not even dating…. But somehow I feel happy. I am happy when someone sees us and recognize us as a couple. I don’t know how Kai will response this.
“Haha…what did she talk about? We are just friends, kid….” He said as looking at their backs.
Hmm….somehow I feel little bit disappointed with what Kai just said.
“Can you believe that? They said we were a couple…..hehe….”
I don’t give him any response. Did Kai forget about he liked me? I remember when he said he liked me…. Is it because I dated Tomo once then he didn’t like me anymore?? Buh… Kai is just like the other boys. What a playboy.
“Hey, Atsuko…. Do you listen to me?”
“What?” I say with cold tune.
“Hmm? What is it now? Are you mad?”
“No.”
“See…you are mad. What happened? Did I do anything wrong?”
“I said no…”
“Was it because what that little kid say? Oh please….It’s not funny.”
“Ck….” I get up from bench and walk away.
“Oi, Atsuko! Atsuko!!” He calls my name but I don’t stop my feet. I keep walking as he keeps chasing me then he could catch my arm.
“Why are you mad, Atsuko? Didn’t we want to have fun?”
He’s right. I can’t understand myself why I am mad at him. Duh….what have I done? Why should I be mad at him? Just because of what that little kid said? Does it mean…….I want it for real? I mean….that cool boyfriend’s part? I can’t believe it…
He is tighter his hand on mine…..
“Atsuko, gomen…..” those words make me turn back and face him.
“I make you dissatisfied today. I am sorry, I am useless…” He looks down and loosen his hand….
I bite my lower lips and feel guilty. “Kai…”I put my hand on his shoulder. “You don’t need to say sorry… It’s…..my fault. Sorry….”

We are in long pause…….. “I think…..you……..dontlikemeanymore.”
“Huh?” Kai raises one of his eyebrows. “I can’t hear you…..” as he moves his body closer to me.
“Ck…How come I repeat that sentence, BAKA!” I pout.

“Nothing.” I keep pouting and I turn my body around.
Kai baka!!! How could I repeat those sentences in front of you? No…no…no!! Huh….Kai is really slow! I hate you…
Suddenly I can feel his arms around my waist and he rests his head on my shoulder. I blink and surprised at the same time.
“Ka-Kai?”
“I heard you…..”
I could feel my head is really hot now. It likes the blood is going up and gathering inside my head. My cheek is slowly getting redder….
“I don’t know if my sentences make you angry. Its because all I know that……..my love for you is one sided love and never be replied.”
DEG….DEG….DEG…. Inside, my heart is racing in every sentence he says.
“One thing you should know, Atsuko….My love for you can’t be stopped. You are my everything….”
Why those sentences feel so deep? Deep and touch my heart….. The person that I used to hate so much in my life, now hugging me like this, confessing his true feeling, and becoming so important person now. Slowly I reach his hands on my waist and hold it.
“I won’t leave you alone Atsuko. I won’t make you feel sad, I will make you the happiest girl ever in this world. I am sure….”
“Thank you, Kai….” I smile. This is one of the best moments between me and Kai… I am glad Kai says those things toward me. Being loved by person like him, I must be lucky girl, right?
“So, Atsuko…..Would you be mine?”
He shoots right on my heart…but I think it’s the words that I am waiting for today…. With my heart beats, I slowly nod my head.
Yesterday was like a dream to me. No. Its not a dream. Receiving an email from my boyfriend, really makes my day so cheerful. I smile from I woke up until I am ready to go to school. I miss him already…. I leave for school so early.
In front of school gate I meet with Sakuraba, one of members in Karate Club. He is really nice person.
“Eh? So rare seeing you around this time.” Oh, Sakuraba is one of diligent students here.
“Hehe….I think I should come earlier today.” I smile to him.
“You will come to club after school, right?”
“Yes of course. I miss everybody.”
“Hoho…that’s nice.”
JDAK!!! I am surprised that someone hits Sakuraba’s head with wood. He falls to the ground.

Eh? He looks for Tomo?? What did Tomo do to him??
“A….Atsuko-san. R……run.” Sakuraba said. My body froze. I can’t move and yet he stares at me and holds my hands so tight.
“Araaa…..So you are Atsuko, right????”
“What do you mean from me? Let me off!!” I try to release my hand from his. But he is too strong and I can’t release it.
“Stay still, you stupid girl!!! And you!!” He shouts at the fallen Sakuraba. “Tell Tomo to meet me at the vacant building close here. If he doesn’t come, I’ll make sure he can’t see this girl alive!! You got me!!” He backs punching Sakuraba with wood that he carries along. And then, this person drags me and forces me to get inside his car.

“Wuff….I miss school.” Tomo sits on his chair.
“Wow....how is Tomomi-chan???” his friends approach Tomo’s seat.
“She’s fine. She will be back to school in some days.”
“That’s good! Btw….welco….”
“To….mo…..” everyone stares at the door and sees Sakuraba is there with blood on his head.
Sakuraba walks to the classroom with blood on his face.
“Sakuraba!!” Tomo and the others quickly help him.
“What happened? Who did this to you?? Oi someone, take something in infirmary to cure him!”
“Yosh!!” a boy is running to the infirmary.
“To….mo…..It’s bad.”
“Don’t talk!”
“Atsuko-san….”
“Eh??? Acchan?? What’s wrong with her? Oi, tell me Sakuraba!!!”
“Someone……..took her with him……He….asked me to tell you…..to……meet him.”
“What? Where???” Tomo is panic.
“Vacant building near……near school.”
“Kuso……” Tomo gets up and tells the other to take care of Sakuraba. He is running out of class as he passes Mayu who was standing there from the beginning.

I was taken to somewhere I don’t know…. It’s really dirty and vacant. I feel dizzy..
“Thank you for your hard work, Takeshi.”the other appears as I look at him I am surprised. He was on my first goukon, Koji. What? Is it really him???
“Oh hi, Acchan…..” he approaches me. “Cute as usual.”he pokes my face.
“What do you want from me?”
“Wow….wow….relax girl. I don’t want to hurt you….”
“Why did you want to meet Tomo?”
“Hm…..Should I tell you, Acchan?”
“Answer me!”
“Don’t shout at me!” PLAK. He slaps right on my face. “Don’t you think I can’t slap you because you are a girl. You annoyed me! Tomo did too!!”
“You punk! What did I and Tomo do?” I shout at him as I put my hand on my red cheek.
“You…….chose that guy! You chose him over me!! So that I hate you and him!!”
“What????”
“See Acchan…..Would you like becoming my girlfriend? I will release you now and I am sure you will be happy when you are with me…..” he strokes my hair.
“Never! I can’t imagine myself being with you!”
“How rude!” PLAK. Another slap lands on my cheek.
“Okay! You choose it yourself!! Don’t think I will forgive you, Acchan!! Take this!!”
I close my eyes and its about time he punches me right on my face.
“STOP!!!” Koji stops his move and sees at the entrance. There is Tomo standing there. She has beaten down one guard.
“Koji!! Don’t try to touch her more than that!!! I will kill you!!!”
“Well….well….Let’s see who is here…Oh, my beloved Tomo. Finally you come.”
Tomo baka! Why you come?
“Don’t call me your friend! I am not!!”
“I never recognize you as one!!! You!! You always be the top! You steal every girl attentions! I can’t forgive you for that!!”
“You are so funny, Koji.”
“SHUT UP!! You stole girl whom I love, then you stole Acchan from me!!! I can’t forgive you!!”

“Kai I am waiting for you!” Mayu approaches Kai who just arrives.
“Eh? Oh…I don’t know the news between me and Atsuko spreads……”

“Looks like she was taken by someone this morning. ”
“Eh? Taken by whom?”
“I don’t know, I think he was bad person. I heard it this morning and Tomo was already there. I wonder if they were safe.”
“Okay. Thank you, Mayu.” Kai then runs out of school ignoring the teacher who just comes to teach his class.

“Bastard! Don’t dare to hurt her more!”
“Then come here, you idiot!!!” He then throws me away.

“Acchan!! Teme!!!” Tomo runs to Koji as Takeshi blocks his way. “Stand away!!” Tomo kicks him and hits his stomach. “Aaaaa!!!” he keeps punching Takeshi’s face but he fails to make him fall.
“Don’t think you can beat him down, Tomo!” Koji shouts from far distance.
“Kuso!!!” Tomo tries to punch his face but this time, Takeshi can dodge. “Nani?”
BRUAK. Tomo falls as Takeshi punches his face with a wood.
“Kuso…..”
“Tomo!” I shout to him. I can see Tomo’s head is bleeding… Tomo, you should not come for me. You don’t love me anymore right?? Why you should sacrifice your life for me? And now seeing you lay on the ground really hurt myself. I cry as I see Tomo is laying on the ground.
“Take that, Tomo! Haha…. You are nothing!!” Koji keeps shouting. “This is the moment that I always wait for!! Die!”
Tomo then slowly stands up. His sight is blurry, he can’t see his opponent clearly.
“Take this!” Takeshi comes closer with wood on his hand and hits Tomo’s stomach, then his face. He falls again.
“Tomo!! No!! Please Koji! Stop! Please stop!! I want to be your girlfriend, but please don’t hurt Tomo more than this!” I approach Koji and beg him to stop beating Tomo.
“You………ARE LATE! I will kill him now!! Hahahaa!!!” he says as he punches my face and I fall. This guy is really crazy.
“Let me kill him, Takeshi! Stand back!!” Koji approaches Tomo….Tomo can’t move his body as blood comes from his head.
“Haha….I like seeing you like this. And now, I will send you to the hell. Prepare yourself!!” Tomo takes the wood from Takeshi and ready to hit Tomo once again.
“Don’t play around!!!” Takeshi falls because someone is kicking his back. “DIE!!” He punches Koji and he falls as well.
“How dare you……touch my Atsuko. Do you want me to send you to the HELL?! HUH?!” Kai is there. “And you……That is not your place, Tomo. What a shame. Watch me. This is the true fighting! Aaa!!!” Kai runs to the fall Takeshi and kicks his jaw. Then he kicks his face again and causes him unconscious. “You…….” Kai looks at Koji with killing eyes. The eyes that I have never seen before. Kai is really scary. Koji moves his body to get farther, but Kai successes grabbing his shirt.
“How dare you punch my Atsuko? You wanna die?”
“Ugh…..” Koji tries to hit Kai with wood, but Kai can guess it and grabs his hand.
“What a pathetic. TAKE THIS!” Kai punches his face more than10 times, and the last punch makes Koji unconscious. Kai stands up and approaches me….
“Atsuko, are you alright?!” Kai offers his hand to me, but I stand up as I approach Tomo.
“Tomo! Tomo are you okay?!” I help Tomo to stand up. “Kai, what are you doing? Help me!!”
“Eh, oh…..ok.” Kai helps Tomo to stand up.
At school infirmary.
I take care of Tomo. Put on the bandage and clean his bruises.
“Why were you coming?”
“Because you were in trouble.”
“I don’t need your help.”
Tomo then stares at Kai who is standing there.
“Thanks, Kai…. You can leave.”
“Eh? You don’t have any right to ask me to leave!”
“I want to talk to Acchan. Just the two of us.”
“Atsuko doesn’t want to talk to you anymore! I won’t leave!”
“Kai……..”I calm Kai down. “Tomo, me and Kai is dating.” Tomo froze. I can see his eyes widen a bit.
“Ok, Kai…..There won’t be something between us again. Don’t worry…” likes Kai understand what I mean, he leaves us alone. He goes to the park and meets the school nurse there.
“Kai-kun, please give this antiseptic to Tomo. Thank you.” Kai nods and he is going back to the infirmary.
“You are dating with Kai? Are you sure??” I nod as I keep cleaning his wounds.
“I can’t believe it you have forgotten about me that fast.” I stop my hands as I look at him.
“What do you mean by have forgotten? Wasn’t it you??”
“I didn’t. Did you forget the day when I said I love you?”
“I did, but you lied to me!”
“No, I never lie to you!!”
“You did!! I saw you……”
“Saw what??”
“Kissed Tomomi….”
Long pause between us. “You went to…..hospital?” I nod.
“You must be misunderstanding! I didn’t love her!! I did that because she asked me to. Her heart is weak, so that I must be very careful to her. I didn’t want to hurt her…..”
I look down…. Dunno what to say. “Acchan….” He takes my hand, “Please trust me….”
“Tomo….” I look at him.
“I know you are with him now….. But my heart is really hurt. I can’t see you with somebody else. I just want you to be beside me. I love you…..”
“Tomo, I can’t…..” I cry.
“Why? You don’t love me?”
“I……I do Tomo. But I am with Kai now….” I still have feeling to Tomo, but I am not sure for how many percents… All I know that Kai is the most important now.
“Our feeling is the most important, Acchan! Please…please back to me….” He cups my cheek and wipes my tears away. “I can’t see you cry Acchan…..” Then he plants a kiss on my lips. I am surprised, but I can’t understand why I can’t push his body. The kiss I miss so much, already given by him… I close my eyes and feel Tomo’s kiss. He is kissing me so gently and making my tears roll down my cheek. Something stuck inside my mind, this thing is not right. Kissing Tomo is not the right thing, I realize it…. But…..its already late. When I slowly open my eyes, I see a figure is standing in front of door looking straightly at us. I am surprised as I see Kai is there. Frozen seeing us kissing each other in front of him….. He then closes his eyes and leaves the place immediately. I hate myself now. I have hurt someone that really special to me…

“Please let me go.” I say to Tomo when he holds my hand so that I can’t move my body.
“Don’t go.”
“He saw us!!”
“I don’t care! It’s good thing when he saw it.”
I turn my gaze to him, “What did you say?”
“It’s good thing when he saw it.”
“How come you say that?? Kai is my boyfriend, and he saw everything! I must chase him now!! Let it off!”
“I won’t!!” Tomo then hugs me. “Please, don’t go Acchan. I don’t want to lose you twice. Please….” He hugs me so tight.
I hold myself to not cry… “He……saw us, Tomo. I hurt him.”I can’t help it, my tear is finally rolling down…
“I know you still have feeling to me, I will apology to him. Now, just stay here…..Don’t go Acchan…..”
What should I do? Kai has seen us…. And now Tomo is begging me to stay here with him. What should I do? I have hurt Kai. I…..really hate myself…. I can’t choose between Tomo and Kai…. I can’t understand my feeling…..
Tomorrow…
My mother kept telling me that I would better stay at home because of my condition. I couldn’t sleep last night. I cry in whole night and now my eyes are aching. But I have to meet Kai and explain everything. If he hates me, he has right for it. At least I want to explain to him and apology.
I have arrived but Kai has not. I sit on the chair and walk to back, waiting for Kai.
“Acchan, are you alright?” Mayu approaches me.
“Yeah, I am fine.” I nod.
“You look……..sick. Are you sure? Let me accompany you to infirmary.”
“Ah, thank you Mayu…. I…..”
SREGG! The back door opens and I see Kai has arrived. Then I approach him immediately.
“Kai about yesterday…..” Kai keeps walking and ignoring my existence. He then sits on his chair. I freeze there, can’t move my body. I am shocked coz this is the first time Kai ignores me. And it really hurts. Suddenly I feel so lonely.
“Hey, what’s going on?” Mayu asks me. I don’t give her any response. Knowing I don’t answer, she walks to Kai.
“Kai, what happened? You just ignored Acchan….”
“It’s not your business.”
“Hey! It is! I am your friend, and I want to know what actually happened!”
“Ck….” Kai raises from his seat and heads out without looking at me.
“Kai! Kai!!!” Mayu keeps calling him but he doesn’t stop. I walk to my desk and rest my head on my connected arms on the table. I bury my head in it as I cry for what Kai just did to me.

Kai is heading to the back park. He sits on the bench alone. Once he sees up to the sky and closes his eyes. Kai really wants to cry loudly at this time. Betrayed by someone he loves, and it becomes the 2nd time. This hurt feeling, he has promised himself to not feel it twice, but can’t help it. He just felt it once again and he hates himself. The first time he knew Atsuko when she was still in junior high. Coincidentally he saw Atsuko bought books with some friends at book store. Kai had fallen for this girl seriously. He tried to avoid this feeling because of his promise but his strong feeling can’t be stopped. How could it be stopped? They took the same trains every day and Kai always saw her alone in train. Until the day when he decided to kiss Atsuko in train. He thought that the kiss would be farewell kiss because they might be going to different school, but he was shocked Atsuko was one of his classmates. He was really happy and try to take some of her attentions he also didn’t mind being slapped by Atsuko for many times. He was broken heart when he knew Atsuko dated Tomo. First he wanted to forget about her by dating many girls, but he couldn’t. He then kept telling himself that Atsuko is a girl that destined to become his… He decided to not give up for winning her heart….
But this time is really different. Old wounds has opened again and Kai is so hurt. He couldn’t take it anymore. He was so much suffering from the beginning until yesterday. All he needs is being alone all the time to calm himself.
Then someone is coming from his back.
“Oi…” this guy breaks the silent. As if Kai has already known who it is, he keeps looking straight to the front.
“What do you want from me?”
“I know you saw us yesterday and that proved everything.”
Kai remains silent. Waiting for the guy next words,
“Acchan still has feeling to me, and I am glad I know that… I regret myself when I let her go and be with you….”
Then Kai stands up and directly punches Tomo’s face. He falls.
“That……is for making Atsuko cries.”
“Thanks. It feels better.”
Still can’t get enough Kai backs punching Tomo’s face once again.
“That………is for kissing my girl.” Tomo then stands up and smiles to Kai.
“Don’t you think I forgive you for what you did yesterday……” Kai adds. “I can kill you now.”
“That is what I want to hear. I challenge you one by one tomorrow at doujo. If you win, you can have Acchan, but if I lose, I won’t disturb her anymore and she is yours.”
“What? Do you think she is a thing? What the fuck!! I can give her to you if you want!!”
“I can’t just accept her on that way… I want to win her from you. Totally win her from you….”
“What!!”
“I am waiting for you tomorrow….That’s all I wanna say.” Then Tomo walks away.

The first lesson has ended and Kai has not followed it…. Where is he? I must find him.
I walk out of classroom try to find him….. But then I meet Tomo in half way.
“Acchan, what’s wrong with your eyes??” he says as he touches it.
“I am okay…..”
“You couldn’t sleep yesterday, right?” I slowly nod.
“Honestly, there is something I wanna say.”
“What is it?”
“I met Kai this morning……”
“Ah? Kai?? Where did you meet him??” Tomo looks at me with serious looking,
“Is he really important to you now???” I look away… I can’t answer it in front of Tomo….
“Okay, forget it…. I challenged him for a duel.” I am surprised for what Tomo just said. I know Kai is stronger than Tomo… Moreover about yesterday, he might be killing Tomo.
“Are you serious? What for???”
“I want you to come back to me.”
“Eh??”
“I still love you, Acchan. No matter what I have to win you from him.”
“Did he agree?”
“I had left him without giving me the answer.”
This is really bad…. I must meet Kai.
“Acchan, you love me right? Yesterday’s kiss proved everything.”
I can’t give him answer and I leave him to look for Kai.
“I will win for sure Acchan!! I will win tomorrow!!!” Tomo keeps shouting.
This must not be happened. Kai where are you? I have to stop tomorrow duel. I don’t want you two will fight each other because of me. Roof top is my last destination, and thanks god I see Kai is sleeping on his usual place. I slowly approach him,
“What is it now?” Surprised by his sudden words though his eyes are closed.
“Did I wake you up?”
“This morning your boyfriend met me, and now you. Perfect timing. You guys are connected.”
“My boyfriend? You are.”
“Oh you still consider me as one?? Funny.”
“You are still my boyfriend, I didn’t say anything about breaking up.”
“I am your boyfriend, and you kissed another guy? What am I??? I feel like stupid.”
“Kai……Please listen to me…..I can explain.”
“What should I listen about? I have decided not to see your face again. Now go.”
“Kai…..please.”
“Go….”
“I beg you……”
“I said GO!!” Kai then gets up and finally he looks at me. We are looking each other, and I can see he is surprised when he sees my face. Then he looks away.
“Your wound that you had on your lips, already cured well, right?”
I stay quite. And I see Kai forms a smile on his face, “You two were kissing that passionately until the wounds cured. Ow…nice.”
“I can explain…..”
“Enough with that!! I don’t want to hear anything from you!!”
“One thing Kai!! Please cancel tomorrow’s duel!! I don’t want you two fight each other! Please cancel it!!!”
“Huh? Cancel it? Are you afraid that I will kill your boyfriend?” He says still without looking at me….
“Don’t call him as my boyfriend. You are still one, we have not-”
“Let’s break up.” Kai lower his tone.
“Eh?”
“Isn’t it clear enough for you?”
“Kai….Are you serious?”
“Do you think I am joking?”
“But……we…..I…..” confused to reply Kai’s words as tears roll down on my cheek…
“I don’t want to see your face again….”
DEG. I am frozen hearing what Kai has just said. Is he serious with that? I can’t say anything, my mouth is sealed… Kai walks to me and says, “I hate you.” as he keeps walking away.
I close my eyes and feel how hurt Kai’s words just now. Kai that used to be so kind to me, now has changed. His eyes are full with hate even he didn’t want to look at me. Yeah… He has his right to hate me. I should be hated by him… I stand there alone with so much tears on my eyes…

Kai walks to somewhere try to calm himself. He keeps walking as inside his heart he regretted everything that he said to Atsuko. He really didn’t mean it…. He keeps thinking about Atsuko’s eyes, and he is sure that she couldn’t sleep last night and cried so much…. Inside of his heart, he blames himself because he has made Atsuko cried. And Kai didn’t ever for once hating her…. He still looks her as his most important person in his life ever….

Tomo opens the door slowly and sees Tomomi is laying on the bed. She gives Tomo cute smile before Tomo enters the room. With no doubt, Tomo walks inside the room and approaches Tomomi.
“What’s wrong?” ask Tomomi.
“Ehm….Tomomi I….” Tomo pauses for some minutes and it makes Tomomi curious.
“What is it? Something went wrong at school?”
“I am sorry!” Tomo then bows his head. “I am really sorry, Tomomi….”
“Tomo…….”that is just what she can say.
Tomo raises his head. “I…. I can’t be with you anymore.”
“Ee?? What do you mean??”
“Yappari I still in love with Acchan, and I can’t see her with another guy.”
“What??”
“I am sure you will find someone that is better than me, Tomomi…. I am sorry…”
“You promised my dad that you would….”
“Yeah I did…. But I can’t lie to myself. I love Acchan more than anything in this world.”
“How…..how dare you, Tomo….”
“I am sorry… I’ll do everything for you in return.”
“No need!!” she shouts at Tomo. Long pause between them… Then slowly Tomomi is getting up and approaching Tomo.
“Are you alright Tomomi?? You can walk?”Tomo looks worried.
“Stop showing your half hearted! I don’t need it!!”
“Tomomi….. I am not…”
PLAK. Tomomi is slapping right on Tomo’s left cheek. It’s red and hurt.
“How can Tomomi be rejected twice? Do you think I am that low?”
Tomo rubs his cheek and looks at the girl who is standing in front of him.
”I never think that… You are my precious friend, Tomomi….”
“Precious? You’ve just hurt me you know?!”
“I know….. I am sorry….”
Tomomi looks down, tears roll down her cheek…. Then she raises her head and looks at Tomo.
“I am sorry, Tomo…..” Tomo is seriously looking at his precious friend.
“I know I am such an egoist, I want to make you just for me only and I am blind about your true feeling.”
“Tomomi……”
“You may go now. You don’t need to take care of me anymore.”
“But….”
“It’s okay. Find your love. I will support you…..”
Tomo walks closer and wipes his friend’s tears and smiles. “Arigatoo, Tomomi.”
“I am not crying!” Tomomi pushes Tomo’s body slowly. “Now go….Make her yours.”
“Without you tell me to, I will do that.” Tomo then walks out of the room and leaves Tomomi alone who is still crying there.

Today is the day of their duel and I didn’t meet Kai this morning…. Will he come? I walk to the doujo and I see everybody is gathering there. I see Tomo is sitting on the bench with his completed attires, I think he waits for Kai to come. And then our eyes are meeting and Tomo approaching me.
“You come….” He smiles.
I don’t give him any response.
“Listen Acchan… I will win for sure. I will win your heart once again and make you mine….”
“I met Kai yesterday and told him to cancel today’s duel.”
“Eh? Why did you do that???”
“I don’t want you two fight each other. I hate seeing that.”
“That is a man should do, Acchan. I fight for you. For your sake. And that’s because I love you Acchan….”
“You should stop that, Tomo. Kai won’t come.”
“If he is man, he will come….”
“No he won’t….” and I heard the door opens. As I look back I see a figure that I wish not come now. Kai is there with his karate’s uniform ready to duel with Tomo.
“Yosh. He finally comes.” Says Tomo.
Kai walks slowly to the bench and he places his bag there. Everyone starts to whisper.
Kai, why did you come? I said cancel this duel, but you didn’t hear me. You really hate me that much Kai? It’s not because I am afraid you will beat Tomo, it’s because I don’t want you to get hurt. Seeing you like this has hurt my heart that much…. And now I am going to see you fight with Tomo… I am really worried…
Then Kai looks at us with that scary looks again. Tomo realizes it and approaches Kai.
“Are you ready?”
“More than ready….” Kai looks at me then to Tomo again. “Looks like your girlfriend really worry about you. I am sorry, but I am gonna beat you badly in front of her.”
“Sounds good. But one thing, she has not been mine, she’s still yours. But I will win her for sure.”
“I can’t lose to someone who is weaker than me.”
Tomo walks to the fight area and Kai follows him. Every member keeps quite. Like they don’t dare to breathe. I am still standing there and praying for them.
“Let’s begin….” Tomo says.
They are standing in the middle with killing eyes. Tomo starts moving and Kai can dodge it smoothly. He kicks Kai but again he can dodge it.
“Come on. Is that all you’ve got?”
Can’t take those words, Tomo starts another kick and rapid punches to his face, and Kai successfully dodge it. I feel so relieve when Kai can dodge Tomo.
“Why you don’t attack me? All you can do are dodging??”
“You talk too much. I can take you down by just one punch.”
“Show me then!!” Tomo tries to hit Kai’s face, nicely Kai can dodge it and give another back attack to Tomo’s face. Tomo is hit.
“I just used not more than 20% of my strength.”
“Kkh….” Tomo rubs his cheek.
My eyes and Kai’s are meeting. I keep praying that both of them will be just fine, especially Kai. Suddenly I see him sigh and turn his gaze to Tomo.
“You, stand up. Hurry….”said Kai.
“Aaaaaaa!!!!”Tomo runs to Kai and pushes his body down.
I gasp, as that is not one of karate right? Pushing the opponent’s body part.
“Die!!” shout Tomo and tries to hit Kai’s face once more…. Nicely Kai can defend himself as he pins Tomo’s fist.
“You’d really want to win, huh?” Kai is smiling and giving the final movement. First he kicks Tomo’s stomach and punches his face until he falls. As I see that scene, I just can cover my mouth and can’t say anything. Kai stands up and looking at the fallen Tomo.
“See? I know you can’t win from me.” He says as he keeps breathing…. Without waiting his opponent to stand up, he goes to bench and takes his bag. He walks closer to me and stops right there.
“Huh…I know your boyfriend can’t stand, but thinking about keeping you from him will waste my time… You can be with him, though we have already broken up. Let’s pretend we never know each other. Never meet and just forget about what I told you already. This would be our last meeting… Sayonara….” He walks away.
That is really hurt. I can’t believe Kai says such a thing to me… Broken up, pretend not to know each other, last meeting, didn’t he ever think about my feeling? I can’t move my body, I can’t chase him, I am standing there and crying….
“Acchan……”Tomo is already in front of me… He looks so hurt. Blood comes from his mouth and it bruises. “I have not won yet. I will fight him later and before that I have to practice since he is too strong…. Please wait for me and don’t leave me Acchan…..” slowly he moves and hugs me…. I cry on his chest… I am sure he doesn’t know that my tears is for somebody else.

Somehow I don't feel sorry for Acchan; it's her fault for not making up her mind and this is what she gets for not being clear about her feelings. Letting Tomo kiss her when she's already dating Kai? Can't blame Kai for treating her like that, he has his every right to do that.
As for Tomo, doesn't he understand that love isn't something that can be won by fighting? Does he think that because he won, the girl he loves will belong to him? From what I can see he doesn't love Acchan, he just wants to win and even if he does, it's a selfish love.

I keep thinking about Kai’s last sentences. Last meeting. Doesn’t it mean that Kai will probably move to another school? Or what? I don’t want him to leave me like this. There’s something that I have not told him yet. I keep waiting for Kai in classroom… But the time keeps running and Kai has not appeared yet. I really worry about him…. I have not heard anything about Kai’s movement from teacher, yea at least the teacher will tell us about it, but I have not heard it so it means Kai still studies at this school…. While waiting for him, I heard that 2 boys are talking about Kai.
“You saw him yesterday right?”
“Yah I did! Kai was so cool! Sasuga….”
“Hahaha… Yea, I couldn’t believe that he visited the number one hosted club, Ropponggi.”
What?? Kai went to hostess club?? Did he??
“Sugoii ne!! I think that place bans student to come right?”
“Yeah you are right. But from the rumor, he has so many girlfriends there… He’s cool and handsome after all… I think its easy to find girlfriend there.”
“I am with you. Somehow I envy him. I want to go there one day!!”
“Let’s go together later, okay? Ahh…. And my friend also told me that he made out with one of the hostess!! Sasuga our master!!”

Kai…. That is not true, right? You didn’t do any single thing that they talked about right? I know you were playboy before, but I think you have changed. I try to trust you, but why I still worried about you? I feel so uneasy…I have to make sure it by myself…and I hope it was just a gossip!
As I expected Kai didn’t come to school. Is it because he doesn’t want to see me anymore? I will disappear if he wishes me to…… I walk out of classroom, losing my energy… Tomo said that he would wait for me in somewhere and he would send me message….. I look for my handphone but I can’t find it. Eh?? May I leave it in class?? That should be. I go back to my classroom….. Then when I am there, I can’t enter… I heard someone’s voice. And…..It’s Mayu’s. She is with someone and I can’t see that person as I hide myself by crouching outside classroom.
“I think you didn’t come to school…”Mayu says to someone as he turns around.
“Ah, Mayu…..”he gives her a little smile.
Eh?? Kai?? Kai is here???? I decide to keep listening.
“I left my book so I came back here…. And wow….. I meet you here…”said Mayu.
“I am leaving now….”
“Wait…..” Kai stops. “Don’t you want to tell me about you and Acchan?”
“Its not important.”
“Yes it is. She is my best friend, you are too. Remember? I can’t see Acchan like that everyday. What did you do to her?”
“Me? She was the one….”
“Eh? What do you mean?”
Kai sighs, “Okay. I’ll tell you.” Kai sits on one of the nearest chair there. Mayu keeps standing. “The day when you told me about Acchan was taken by someone, she had been my girlfriend.”
“Oh? Really?? Isn’t that good?”
“Yeah, it supposes to be and I am so happy, but……. That was the beginning of everything.”
“What is it Kai?”
“I took Tomo to infirmary because he had injured…. When I left them since they needed to talk about something, I trusted Acchan. I trusted her if they couldn’t be together, since Acchan was my girlfriend.”
Mayu keeps listening. “When I went back to give the antiseptic which was a school nurse asked me to give it to Tomo, I saw them…………kissing in front of me.”
“Ha?? They kissed??? How come??!!! Acchan was not that type of girl!”
“Who knows. I think she pitied me so that she accepted my love. Haha…. I am so pitiful.” A force smile forms on his face.
“Kai…. You aren’t.”
“I tried to calm myself since then…. Maybe she is not destined to become mine…. And you know, I have liked her long time ago before we entered this school.”
“Eh??? Really?? You knew her already?”
“Yea… I knew her, but she didn’t. Its only you who know this. And I also have kissed her once in a train.”
“Wow… Can’t comment. You are playboy after all.”she chuckles.
“Hmm….” Kai smiles. “I was really shocked when I saw her eyes that day. I know she couldn’t sleep well and always think about me and Tomo. Honestly I couldn’t see her like that.”
“Yeah…. I remembered that time. Acchan’s face was like…..um… I can’t tell it.”
“And I know she still loves Tomo so much, and because she pitied me, she couldn’t choose between us. So in order to make her leaves me, I have said something rude to her. I don’t mind if Atsuko backs to Tomo as long as she lives happily. I love seeing her smile, I love seeing her laughing, and although I am hurt here, I don’t mind. And about the duel that I had with Tomo, whether I win or not, still the result is I will let Atsuko be with him. I can’t force Atsuko to love me, right? Hehe… I think its only me who was happy when Atsuko accepted my love. Haa… I am really stupid.”
“Please don’t say that. You are not stupid, you are cool. This is the first time I meet with someone that is so nice like you, Kai. You are the best.”
“When it is about Atsuko, I can do everything. I still regret my words to her… Honestly I didn’t mean it…. But to make her hate me, that should be good way.”
“Kai…..until now, you are still in love with her?”
Kai pauses in some seconds and answers, “Yes. I still love her so much. Maybe I will love her until my heart stops beating.”
“Kai….you are so sweet…. As your and Acchan’s friend, I really support you…. I really want you to have Acchan back, but yea I will support everything that you do. I am with you…..”
“Thanks Mayu…. And…..I decided to move to another school.”
“Eh??? Nande soko made?”
“I am afraid if I am here, Atsuko will hardly reject me. I want her to live happily with Tomo….So I think it would be the best choice for me to leave this school. Don’t you think so?”
Mayu sighs, “I am against this….Honestly I tell you…. But…. It’s your decision after all, all I can do are supporting you. I wish for your happiness.”
“Thank you, Mayu. Hmm…. I think Tomorrow I will have my documents to be prepared and leave this school as soon as possible. Don’t miss me…”
“I will miss you, Kai! If you have time, please visit me, okay?”
“I promise. Well… I am leaving now. Should we walk together?”

They are heading out of the classroom. I heard their footsteps are farther as I hide myself in the next classroom. I am crying there, covering my mouth so I can’t make a loud voice. Sobbing and thinking about Kai, and only Kai is in mind mind right now.
I never pity him for once… I really want to start with him…. I am so stupid! Why did I hurt this precious person?? I should be hated the most…. But why Kai? Why you didn’t hate me?? You still love me, and that makes me wanna cry so loudly!! I am idiot. Such a baka person, I hate myself!!!
I walk to the classroom slowly and reach my handphone right on my chair. There is a message from Tomo. It is written where we should meet right now.
At somewhere.
I can manage to find Tomo easily. He is standing there and waving at me. I approach him.
“Hi Acchan. Glad to see you…. You look pretty as usual.” He smiles.
I have to tell him the truth. It is the time for me to be honest with my own feeling.
“Tomo, I want to tell you something.”
“Yes?? What is it Acchan??”
“I……can’t be your girlfriend. I am sorry…”
Tomo looks so shocked. He can’t say anything out from his mouth.
“Why Acchan?? I think you still love me?”
“I think so at first, but I know I am wrong….. Honto ni gomen nasai!” I bow my head.

I run as fast as possible. Once I look at my watch its already 7pm. After saying sorry to Tomo, hurriedly I run to Kai’s house. I have called one of my friends and asked Kai’s address… Luckily they knew. The lamp is still off, and I am sure Kai hasn’t home yet, so I decided to wait for him in front of the door. I am waiting for him almost 2 hours. Then It reminds me of the boys talked about Kai went to hostess club. Could it be he go there so that he has not home yet?
The air is really cold. I don’t wear any jacket… I keep waiting for Kai until he comes. And finally he shows up. My heart starts beating so fast as he looks at me. I narrowed my eyebrow as I see a bruise on his face.
“Kai, what happened to your lips??” without thinking I touch the edge of his lips. Suddenly he takes my hand away.
“Why are you here?”
“I really want to meet you. Your lips….”
“It’s okay. You can go home now…” he passes as he wants to go inside, but I hold his hand.
“Please Kai… I want to say something….” He pulls his hand.
“Did you forget about what I told you last day? Go home now…” he says as he opens the door and closes right in front of me. I look down and don’t have any courage to knock the door. What should I do now?? This question keeps repeating inside my head. So I decide to sit there, and waiting for him to open the door.
Kai goes to his room as he changes his clothes. Once he thinks about Atsuko. It is already late, and he just can’t let her to go home alone. He worries and takes a look outside of window. And there’s no signal of her. Maybe she has left. Before he looks away, rain is falling. It’s falling so hard, now his mind is full with Atsuko. As he remembers, she doesn’t bring umbrella and wears jacket. And now is raining…. He follows his instinct to chase Atsuko. He goes down to living room, takes his umbrella and chases Atsuko. He is shocked when he sees a figure is sitting outside of his house. From top until foot is wet. He then approaches this figure as he covers her head with umbrella.
“Kai….” I look up as I see Kai is standing there.
“I told you to leave.”
I shake my head…. “There’s something I wanna say…..” Kai helps me to stand up and takes me inside. He places the umbrella to its place and leads me to the living room.
“Sit there. I will look for something that you can wear.” Kai goes to upstairs. I sit on the couch as I rub my arm to help me feel warmer. It’s really cold.
Not long Kai appears and gives me a towel first.
“Here wear these. Dry your body first, then go the toilet over there to change your cloth.” Kai says with such a cold tone. He goes to the kitchen… I follow his order and change the cloths.
I finished changing my cloth and go back to the living room. Kai is there and sitting on the couch. I stand there and can’t look at him.
“Why are you standing there?” he asks without looking at me.
“Ehm…..May I sit?”
“Yes of course.” I walk slowly to the couch and sit beside him, but I keep in a distance.
“I made hot tea for you. Drink it.” I nod as I take the cup. “Thank you, Kai….”
“In the outside is still raining. You may stay here, but when it stops you may go.”
I am in silent. I drink the tea and it really helpful to make my body warmer.
“Are you happy now?” Kai breaks the silence.
“I am not.”
“You’re such a liar.”
“I just met with Tomo…. I said I couldn’t be with him….” Then Kai looks at me.
“Why?” he asks. I put the cup back on the table.
“I realized that he is not the one whom I love right now…… It’s you.” I look at him and our eyes are meeting.
“Don’t joke around.” He looks away.
“I said the truth. I am sorry Kai if I have made you disappointed and hurt. I am really sorry… But it hurts me when you are not around, Kai. You are too precious to me. I am serious saying this….” I hold his hand.
“How can I trust you??” he keeps looking away…
“Please you must trust me. You are the one I love, Kai… I love you…..” I hold his hand tightly….
“You know I have said something bad to you….. Why you-”
“Sorry Kai, I was there when you talked with Mayu. So I know it all….” Slowly Kai looks at me. I can see he is surprised…. And he sighs.
“I was so sad when you said I loved Tomo that much. You were wrong…. He’s my past, and now I am with you… I love you more than him. I can’t imagine you are not in my life anymore...”
“You two, kissed in front of me. Did you understand how I felt?”
“I am really sorry, Kai! I…..I didn’t know either! That was just……so quick. I didn’t even know what I did. Really……..”I cry and look down. Kai must hate me more now. How come he won’t? I kissed with another guy and he saw it….
“Atsuko….” We still look each other and slowly his hand rubs my cheek, strokes my hair. “Please don’t cry, Atsuko….” He wipes my tear so gently, he keeps telling me to not cry anymore…. I miss this gentle voice from him. It makes me little bit relieve and smile. I reply it by touch his bruises. I move slowly to him as I kiss it right on the edge of his lips.
“Did you fight?”
“I met Koji… It reminded me when he hurt you so bad before, so I thought I want to kill him…. He succeed punch my face and run away. It’s really embarrassing.”
“No it’s not, Kai. I am happy you are okay…. The day when you had duel with Tomo, I really worried about you… I didn’t even think about Tomo, coz it was you in my eyes… I was scared when something happened to you…..”
“Really?”
“Yes… And I am sorry for making you suffer. Really sorry….” Suddenly Kai hugs me.
“Don’t apologize. I am glad when I know you are finally in love with me too…..”
“I still can’t believe my first kiss was with you, Kai….”
“Hmppfh… Sorry for stealing it, Atsuko…”
“Not at all…. I am relieved coz my first was with you, Kai….”
Kai releases the hug and immediately sweeps my lips with his…. The sensation is really different when I kissed Tomo…. I close my eyes and feel the softness of his lips. Its really short one as he breaks it.
“I really want to kiss you, Atsuko. Not when you are sleeping…” he chuckles.
“Me too …. Can we start all over again?”
“Hm? Again? We have not begun yet. Today is our beginning, Atsuko….” He smiles as he kisses me again. This one is full with passion. He is so aggressive since he had experienced it before …. His move is so fast and I have to adapt myself to move as fast as him. He’s too strong and he keeps pushing me down, I can’t push him back as I am too weak…. Finally he is successful to push me down and now he is on my top. He starts moving his hand and messing my hair up… I put both of my hands on his shoulder to help me hold his body. The coldness inside my body likes disappearing as our bodies are touching each other. I still can’t believe I kiss Kai likes this… and I am glad I do….
It is hotter as he lifts my shirt a bit up… I can feel my heart beating so hard like wanting to jump out from its place. His hand begins to move upper, before moving any farther, it travels around my stomach… Every single touch of its fingers make me moan a bit… When it starts to move again, suddenly he stops the kiss… I open my eyes and confused why he stops.
“I think…..I can’t do that to you….”
“Why?”
“It’s my first time doing this with someone I love. I feel a bit…..shy. Arrgg!! I am useless!!”
He’s so kawaii!! Really cute when he blushes like this.
“I am fine… As long as its you.”I say.
“I want to treasure you, Atsuko. You are more precious than my own life…”
I rub his cheek as I give a small kiss on it. “I love you.” He smiles so widely and replies it with, “I love you too…” and kisses me again. He moves his lip slowly to my cheek and sucks my neck. Then it comes back to my lips again as he starts sucking it up. After a few seconds he then slides his tongue inside my mouth… His hand continues to lift my shirt up until it reaches my neck. I place my hands behind his neck and keep pulling him closer for another kiss. Slowly he moves down and kisses around my chest. And then he kisses both of my eyes and he says, “Sorry for making you cry…” and goes down, kiss my nose.
Suddenly I remember about something, and I bite his lips.
“Itai!” he touches his lips with his right hand. “Why do you bite me that hard?!”
“Answer me… Did you go to the hostess club?”
“Eh??” he looks confused.
“Tell me honestly. Did you?”
“Who told you?”
“I heard when the boys were talking about you. They said you often went to the Ropponggi.”
“Its misunderstanding I can explain.”said Kai.
“I am waiting for your explanation. I hope you have good reason for this.”
“Of course. I met my friend there. She is working there…. She asked me to help her. Because some of guests are ladies lately, they need a host, must be the handsome one. So she called me last time.”
“Handsome, huh?!” I pinch his cheek.
“Ahaa… you are jealous, right? Funny….”
“Huh?? No!” I pout.

“Aa!! Don’t look at me….” I say to him as I blush at the same time. It’s the first time my boyfriend seeing me half naked like now…
“Why? Did you just say I am yours, right? It means that you are mine too…. So I am allowed to see you even in this condition…” he smiles as he touches my skin… “It’s really soft…”
I keep quite as my head feels like wanting to explode….It’s really embarrassing! I don’t know if it would feel like this….. Kai seals my lips for thousands times as his hand squeezes my breast.
“Flat…”
“What did you say??!!!” even he says that in low tone, I still can hear him…. How rude!
“Eh? Nothing….” He smiles.
“I know you like it which is so big like watermelon. Sorry if I make you disappoint.”
“Haa??? I never want that.. It’s more than enough…. Even it’s flat I….”
“See?? Ugh….”
“Hehe… I am joking, princess.” He plans a short kiss on my lips.
We spend a whole night in living room as outside is still raining and I can’t go home… I will tell my parents that I will stay over at my friend’s house, I can’t tell them I am with Kai… They would be shocked after hearing that… My seifuku is here after all, so tomorrow I will go to school together with Kai.

“Good morning….” I hear a gentle voice in the morning… Slowly I open my eyes and see Kai is already next to me. I give him a smile. “How do you feel?”
“I am still…..tired. I want to sleep until tomorrow….”
“Wow…. We have to go to school. Wake up… Hey…” he is shaking my body, but I can’t open my eyes…. “Okay, If you don’t want to wake up, I will do something like we did last night….”
Quickly I open my eyes and pinch his cheek. “Hentai! Okay, okay. I won’t sleep again…” I say and yawn after that….

After that long kiss, we prepare ourselves and go to school together. Holding hands each other and we are now a lovey dovey couple… And I am so happy Kai is with me now.
In front of gate, I see Tomo is standing there. He looks at us and smiles. I think he is waiting for us.
“Hi there…” he approaches us.
“Hi…..” I give him my usual smile.
“I am glad you are together now…”
“And this time, I will kill you if you try to steal her from me.” Said Kai.
“Wow… I won’t Kai. I know I have lost to you. Both in karate and…….in love.” He said as he looks at me.
“Don’t you look at her like that….You know, we did ‘that’ last night, you know what it means, don’t you?”
“Kai…..you don’t need to say something like that…” I whisper to him…
“Hmm…yeah I know. I just want to say, I won’t bother you guys again. Starting next week, I am going to go to London to continue my study.”
“Ow really? That’s nice.” I say as I feel happy for him. At least he was my 1st love, and now he is supposed to be one of my best friends.
“Tomomi will go with me…” he smiles.
“I am happy you are not around.” Kai says as I snudge his arm with elbow. Tomo chuckles.
“Okay that’s all I want to say. I wish for your happiness, Acchan.” Tomo then leaves us.
“What the hell is that? He just wished you, though you are with me.”
“Don’t think about it, Kai. Okay? I am with you now…”
“Okay……” he still looks angry…. I can’t hold my self not to kiss his cheek….
“You are not handsome if you show that expression at all.” I chuckle.
“Wait for my revenge, Atsuko.” He says as he tickles me. I keep laughing as I run away.
“Don’t run!!” Kai shouts at me.
“Catch me if you can!!” I start to run again as I hear he says, “Okay! Wait!!” and he is running as well…..
This is the best moment ever in my life. With my beloved Kai beside me, it’s more than enough. Thanks god its not late when I have realized my own feeling. And also, I would not forget our moment last night…….

I really love this story. After I read the first chapter, I left the fic cuz I thought it isn't KaixAcchan fic. But then I was curious and continued it. It 's a great story that finally KaixAcchan are together in the end!
