I misread the title as "Akicha to kaeru" meaning "Akicha and the frog"

As for "豪華フォト付きレコードＬＰサイズ特別パッケージ" maybe they mean those big cases that some Liverpool produced dvds come with? LP = Liverpool? Like this yuki one:
