Did anyone end up getting that 2013 Ruri calendar or found anymore previews? I'm really close to buying it, but I just wonder a little about the quality of the pictures inside.

That would be great! I'm so torn between getting hers and Maipuru's, but Rurika is just so perfect and calming to look at even though I like Mai a little better as a whole <3

Seems to me there are often times when a certain member or two aren't on the show just for reasons that they didn't need to be there for a certain day of filming or couldn't be there for some reason. I'm pretty sure they end up filming multiple episodes a lot of the time when they come into the studio, so her missing on multiple episodes could've just been from missing one day of filming. Maybe she had a photo shoot or something else to film that day? I think Suu-chan used to miss a number of episodes and events because of that. Ruri is pretty busy in the photo shoot department, she seems to end up in at least a few magazines a month.

I've also noticed Leia being really sick lately on TV performances and Idoling!!! episodes, yet she still shows up to work! I think they just leave her mic off cause you can see her sniffling or doing other things that generally create sound, but you don't hear it.

don't worry about it, just like what AEUGNewtype said they normally record 2-3 episode in one go and sometimes even up to 5 episode in a single day (record would be Maji de Futarikiri-ng!!! about 15 episode in a single day. Normally when a girl misses and episode it is kind of a good sign too, which means that she's busy with other work too like how Suu-chan was. Then again we want to see them on the show

So that's why they wear the same outfits for some episodes, i thought they were repeating it for the audience to easily distinguish them

About the outfits, they have the same outfits for a whole season, they change outfits only twice a year (summer-winter). Some small details may change, but it's overall the same.
Unless it's something physical or sports-related, then they change into some sports gear.
