It's weird pieces she puts together but has youthful vibe like youngins from Daikanyama. Even though people say she has no style, I like it. It's fun.

- Why are young girls trying so hard to look mature? I work(ed) at various schools these past years and it keeps getting more extreme. 12~15 old coming to school in revealing outfits and drowned in make-up.

The media etc trying to make girls think they need to look and act a certain way... I guess that's nothing new.

J's case is interesting because she is a role model (in a sense) who appears on TV a lot, but she is also a young girl. As a celebrity, she probably gets told how to look and what to wear, at least to some extent.

edit: I realize I may be a bit hypocritical considering the Fujie and Anna pics I also posted in this tread. I guess it's all part of that grey area.

edit 2: No, it isn't. Fujie is 17 and Anna's outfit was pretty normal. Nevermind  :lol:

From a fashion point of view:
Seira: choi busu, all the variations of purple/red sorta clash, blouse is a bit lumberjack
Akane: choi mote, nice color combi, some frills to accentuate her femininity, tasteful hat... not 100% sure about the pants.
Rina: busu, she looks like a ghost. No color at all and the dead ferret on her head isn't helping either.

My personal point of view:
Rina  :inlove: Those shoes look awesome, the socks are cute, and the dress is subtle  :thumbup She's been growing on me a lot lately.
