- Itano Tomomi: Increased popularity and consequently a higher rank in the elections, a fashion icon for plenty of girls across Japan.
- Oshima Yuko: #1 in the 2010 elections, led the line very well in 2010 to show her worthiness of the coveted center position. Great performances in dramas in 2010.
- Sashihara Rino: Most amusing blogs of 2010 in my opinion (100 blogs in a day was epic), receiving an almighty push but is proving to be up to the task .
- Takajo Aki: Made senbatsu in all singles in 2010, part of new sub-unit "French Kiss", also achieved top-15 in the elections.
- Maeda Atsuko: (bias? lol) Despite losing the #1 rank, she remained ever popular with 3 photobooks, 2 lead-drama-roles (Q10/Majisuka) and kept her senbatsu streak alive in Chance no Junban. Also owns Ameblo's #1 blog of 2010.

Top 5 members of the year: Watanabe Mayu, Hirajima Natsumi, Miyazaki Myao, Sashihara Rino, Kitahara Rie
Breakthrough star of the year: Sashihara Rino, Yokoyama Yui is a pretty close second. Sashihara is self explanator lol. Yui, in my opinion, is gonna hit big. She's being slightly pushed, what with her part in the ALIVE PV. I think that Nemousu SP garnered some fans, and she seems like such a sweet girl overall.

Kenkyuusei of the year: Yamauchi Suzuran. IDK but she's such a cutie XD
Best Team: I think all the teams have been pretty even out. A still has an advantage over the number of front girls and K has less, but I think they're all pretty solid. The new bonds seem to have become stronger too. I prefer Team B because most of my oshi's are there but in terms of team work and such, I think Team K wins it.

Best pairing: ALL! I know I seem like a crazy hardcore shipper (especially JeTi, as my TLIST can attest too lol) it's all fun and  games. I think every and all pairings are adorable.

Best sub-group: no3b hands down. Until management starts to evenly distribute lines to Watarirouka Hashiritai, then I'll think about. Honestly though, no3b has great release and they're gonna get their own show soon!
Best album: .....Watarirouka Hashiritai's? LMAO what album came out this year? The single's album? oh w/e B5 and K6 ALL THE WAY.
Best single: Music wise, it's Ponytail To Shushu. That song struck more to me than Beginner. However, impact wise it'd be Beginner. It beat so many records and is Oricon's #1 right?

Best PV: Kurumi no Dialogue. It was pretty neat. Beginner was too.
Best stage: K6. I think it had a good balance between the units (as opposed to the solos and duets in A6 and B5) and I quite enjoyed many of the songs.

Best stage song: Arashi no Yori and Seifuku Resistance. I adore Arashi no Yori to death. Sexy and a great song overall. Komori surprised me with her vocals (albeit studio wise, but I still didn't think she'd have such a deep voice). Seifuku Resistance a a great song to dance too and I enjoy both Erepyon and Yui in it.

Best concert: Yokohama Arena, possibly Tokyo Matsuri if we could at least see the entire thing. Yokohama had old and new team performances and the Majisuka touch on the third day was pretty awesome. And this time there were happy announcements :D

Best performance:
Best solo performance/song: Yuki singing Mushi No Ballad at that one concert (Yoyogi?).
Best TV-show: Shukan!
Top 3 AKBINGO episodes: Oh man this is hard. Well one is definitely the one where the less popular girls played games for a spot on the show. Next would be the Muchaburi Dodgeball episode with Miichan eating a lizard and Tomo~mi eating the rice+pudding. Other would be that hilarious race with iNaBa in that basketball get up.

Best photobook: --------- Surpisingly, I haven't really seen any of them. I don't own a hard copy and I'm not interested in the scans lol
Best IV: I don't watch much, but the new Natsumi + Misato one is pretty cute. WH's was too.
Best release: Money making wise, the PSP game. Something I cherish, the Visual Books <3
Best actress:.....I guess Acchan? IDK I don't watch dramas
Best agency: Watanabe, Ohta, HoriPro
Waifu of the year: Acchan <3

-Yokoyama Yui - I think this girl is a total superstar. I've been thoroughly impressed with her and she rocks in Team K.
-Maeda Ami - She's getting a good push and definitely deserves it. I think as she gets older, she's going to be one of if not the best looking girl in AKB48.
-Oshima Yuko - Beat Acchan and pwned in Heavy Rotation
-Ishida Haruka - She's a goofball, and was one of the few interesting things that came out of the janken senbatsu.

IwaKomo was entertaining  :lol: and more classy than I expected. Even the 'under the sheets' scene was funny because of Komori's unique type of appeal.
