Yunano grew into a fine young woman, I recall how timid she was once she had just joined the group..

Ayami has announced that she's going on hiatus, I'm actually really sad about that :(

She announced it on LoGiRL http://www.dailymotion.com/video/k2LCLifaDByIRUemg3Q

(I haven't watched it yet because I wasn't home and now I don't dare)

Anyways, after a lot of support on twitter she replied on her blog http://www.mutoayami.jp/voice/201512/16214816/

To the people who always support me

I have something I would like to tell you.

I decided to stop my showbiz activities for a while, with playing the Akasaka Blitz solo-concert on December 23 for the last time -- for now.

I'm sorry for making a sudden notice.

It's not an easy decision. I took long serious deliberations.

Finally, I've sorted out my feelings and now I inform you of this.

On April 29, I could stand on the stage on Shibuya Koukaido as a solo singer, the place I had long been admiring.

The fans who've supported me might think I have still long way to go.

But I've been in showbiz world since I was a child,

and honestly, I feel I'm here just because I've been here.

Of course, I've been trying my best, but I find myself having no future prospects -- how I would like to be.

And I think it's hard to go ahead without hard resolution on my future.

In this showbiz world, it's impossible to go ahead just because I love to sing.

I need to have a strong will of myself.

There are fans who've been supporting me, and there are staffs who help me.

Because of that, I must not be unaware of a clear vision on what I aim to be.

I must be more confident in leading all of you to a wonderful place.

I might have been in too favorable surroundings.

Now I want to have a time to foster my heart -- to raise my sweet hope into a strong determination.

I'll leave a place where pampered me, where I've take as granted.

And I want to see several new worlds.

And when I get a determination, a hard confidence that I am a singer.

I'll be back.

You will find a new Ayami.

And. I have best mates. I heartily hope their dreams come true.

If there would be a guy who is up against the wall which I've hit,

I wanna be one who can say 'It's no problem. You can overcome!'

In order to be so, I shall face myself, and proceed forward.

I'll learn and absorb new things,

with the faith that I can send you better singing some time.

I've been given a lot of power from your warm cheers.

I love you.

Thank you for your support!!

Look forward to seeing new Muto Ayami!!

Muto Ayami

I'm going to see her at what is for now her last concert on the 23'rd - I will need many tissues

Strange, I had the impression she was pretty succesful.

Her determination to Discover a Deeper
Sense of Self was well expressed in her message...

Will be cheering for Ayami as she
follows her path

Unfortunately not, frankly I think Amuse was hoping for her to land a deal with a major label and when it didn't happen they said stop (they have been releasing her stuff so far) she simply wasn't profitable for them.

Also she's been at this since she was 8-9 years old or so with only one short break just after SG so it's probably time for her to re-evaluate her future.

But it seems like she's already saying that she WILL be back just as an artist and not an idol, in my opinion everything about her was kinda artist like already aside from her not writing her own material.

Frankly this news has really upset me, I'm kinda beside myself right now :(

Being solo is tough. The news made me do a doubletake on how Inoue Sonoko is doing.

As expected it was a touching experience, my eyes looked a bit like Hinata's do in this pic at times

Also happy 17'th birthday to Hinata, I think it was nice of her to spend the evening watching Ayami's show.

Several other idols were there, Yuika ofc, Ayaka from Lyrical School, 2 girls from GEM, Yunano a graduated SG girl was there and at least one current SG girl was there Saki S.

So the 2015 Nendo CD tracklist has been announced.... and it's frankly very disappointing.

6 old re-recorded songs + the intro song (Mezase! Super Lady) that has been on the last 2 cds as well, and then finally 5 new songs.

Not sure what Amuse is doing here!!!

So apparently none of the three graduates this year will be continuing in the entertainment industry for now, they will all be focusing on school.
