Whoever is still interested and is willing to give up some time to do it.
I'm not sure how it'll be done but maybe to perk up the area.
Probably will be something short and sweet and may have a prize with enough able bodies. The thing is to expand people to your work and a promotion to readers.

The first one is using your favorite pairing with a prompt. Four weeks of prompts and must be done within a week. I'll also do it with a thousand word minimum :nervous
