This song is gonna be another slow ballad for C-ute!

Anyone who watched their YouTube concert the other night should have heard what their version is like...a stark contrast from the energetic, upbeat original, C-ute is going the soft, slow route again. I kinda like it, though, since it has a bit of a late '90s R&B-pop feel. I'm looking forward to a studio version preview for further judgment.

Following in Momusu's footsteps with the green screen city backgrounds, though doing it for the whole video would've made more sense here...the plain blank setting seems like a waste. At least the girls still look good with some nice closeups.

The sudden addition of the guitars is a bit of a nice touch, though I think the song would've benefitted more from a more prominent drum beat with extra kicks and hi-hats. I'm still digging the song, though I can understand if other people might find it a bit too relaxing.

Unlike "Kono Machi", this one sticks closer to the original sound/style. But like "Kono Machi", I like the newer version more. I think Maimi's voice fits well with this song.

^ Whoa, that dance groove version is a pretty damn intense contrast from the normal version.

Sales aren't doing so hot for this single; they've so far failed to crack the top three on what seems to be a low selling week for everyone. Going with yet another slow song for H!P's most athletic group was indeed a risky venture.

Maybe this explains the stripped-down nature of the music video: C-ute wants us to submit photos of our own hometowns to use in a newer version of the video!
