And I have to confess - "Ocean Girl", I loaded that australian teen-drama for my sister. The series is not bad, I watched the first two episodes, I kinda like it.

well, I'm finishing Hanayome to Papa and Watashitachi no kyoukasho and kodoku no kake and Kuitan....Liar Game....Jodan ja nai...and Proposal Daisakusen ...... Bambino and Seito Shokun gosh I think I watch tooooooooo much but I wasn't really disappointed!

I'm watching Erai Tokoro ni Totsuide Shimatta! starring Yukie Nakama, the teacher from Gokusen. Yukie's character just got married and she keeps having to go to the country to deal with her husband's family. It kind of reminds me of Hanayome wa Yakudoshi except the mother isn't seen as mean. She is really kind she just misunderstands everything. Even though I feel sorry for Yukie's character all the time its a really funny show.

Life - another student bullying drama, bring it on! Why does every character look either sad or crazy/evil~

Papa to Musume no Nanokakan - Liking it so far. It has the weird factor for sure~

My mom was watching "Hakusen Nagashi" on some streaming site (Crunchyroll?) but they didn't have the last three episodes. I taped this off cable a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away and the VHS was playable so I recorded it to the DVD recorder.

Boy, talk about your time warps! The drama aired in 1996 and Nagase looks like a teenager here. I'm not sure what happened to the rest of the cast, including Kashiwabara Takeshi (who I saw on "Pokkapoka" later that year) and Sakai Miki (what a cutie!). I saw Kyono Kotomi in "Shomuni" a few years later. And that's that.

What happened to everyone else? I know they had reunions for this drama a couple times; were those ever fansubbed?

My list for summer dramas so far, in order of importance.

Must watch:
LIFE (ep3) - school bullying, dark themes, i felt pain/scared when watching the end of ep3!
Tantei Gakuen Q (ep3) - watched the anime series. I'm a sucker for kid detective stuff.
Yamada Taro Monogatari (ep3) - lotsa funny and touching moments

Nobuta wo Produce (ep3) - hehe. No, I haven't watched it before. Maybe I'll do a nobuta-marathon and finish it coming weekend.

Good stuff. All Comedies :
Yama Onna Kabe Onna (ep3) - I'd choose Misaki any day.

Papa to Musume no Nanokakan (ep2) - You've turned my favourite drama girl into an old guy...
Hotaru no Hikari (ep1) - Guy and girl sharing one house = mess
Hanazakari no Kimitachi e (ep3) - Too many cute guys in one drama, cannot compute~
(Toma's

and singing bit in ep3 is the funniest drama moment for me this year!)

To fill time:
Ushi ni Negai wo: Love & Farm (ep2) - Erika Toda milking cows. That's love right there.

Jotei (ep2) - She will rule the world... ok....um
Katagoshi no Koibito (ep2) - The relationship chart in this drama must be very complicated.
First Kiss (ep1) - The story feels like it was made in the 90's... e.g. the bro's

Just got done watching Kurosagi. Great series. Everyone should watch it =)
