Well, so far this year has seen the most PBs being released. Here's a chart that shows us how many PBs were released each year, 2004 and 2006 were the years with most PBs, 17 each, but so far in 2007 there are 19 (counting this new one by Takahashi)

It's so obvious that 6gen members are the PB queens of MM.
And konno released 3 pb 's last year ! That's one record that can't be beaten,yeah!
