ok to answer your guys questions, well for it to work you first need to wait until they get released from the team before you can retire them. 

@Sev your player will be at that level when the season ends, but for the team right now you need to retire your players then build them on Day 41, which is Saturday for all of us (Deft sed he will take the season off for school so saturday would be suffice) 

@Shura well i think for now, what type of work you want to do? you want to pass, run, catch, tackle, punt, or block?

Here's my own opinionated view of Easy to hard

Easy: OG, OT, C, P, K
Medium: DE, DT, LB, CB, FS, SS, FB, TE?
Hard: WR, HB, QB, TE?

Now, I have built all different types of players and to be honest many are headaches and from others I will tell you from a honest perspective, many take on specialties so this is the approach I am going to take to next season, I will explain more in the IRC to this approach, if you guys see me in there, join #GLB room

Something new that came up for this season, when creating a player you have to choose an archetype (If you are not sure on what you want ask in the IRC or PM me)



After choosing an archetype, select a special ability (this is not really important here say but whatever you choose would help you later on.  In addition with the selection of an archetype you can follow the major attributes to help you build your player

Okay whoever  had their players made yesterday will get their contracts, those who make it today, you will have to wait until I get back home because I have to go to a wedding, so if there is any questions, do not make your player and wait until I come back because the new system has been fucking people over so please take this advice and do not make it unless you are confident

I checked out the Depth Chart after our loss. We're not starting our best players on many positions. Not according to the indicator things at least. Maybe we need to update the depth chart so our best players start? There's no reason not to right, coz we want to win, don't we?
