i love me some gangster flicks. Donnie Brasco is one of my faves.

i really dig korean gangster flicks too, there's a really good one called Sunflower about this ex-gangter trying to reform his life and gets sucked back in and stuff

Epic bump, but relevant~!

GoodFellas is my absolute favourite gangster flick. And 2010 marks its 20th anniversary! GQ has an epic article about GoodFellas, that is well worth the read. There are quotes from pretty much everyone involved, and you'll learn lots of trivia about what went into making the film.

Getting Made The Scorsese Way

Truefax; I've never been able to listen through the "Cop and Crook" commentary track on my DVD. I guess it just creeps me out to think that Henry Hill is a real person? 8D;; hahaha.
