Her strongest H!P connection that I'm aware of is (TV) Abe Natsumi + Yasuda Kei - Folk Days (2005.09.11) - Tomoe-chan Folk Guerrilla Live in Odaiba.avi - concert she setup that had Abe and Yasuda as guests performing songs solo and together with her.
Also worth checking out for a good intro to her - LoveCen28Jun04.mpg - June 28th 2004 episode of the show Pooh, Love Century part of V6's segment. Had her as a guest since she's friends with some of the members. There was a lengthy segment with her running around her house with a video camera showing off all her neat stuff, plus where she makes clothes and where she makes music.

Added her 3rd and 4th(half of it-it's all I have) albums. She only did 4 albums. I'll up the singles next - I don't have full singles, but I have quite a few tracks that aren't on the albums.

You can buy it from iTunes JP. Says Jan 8th, 2006 for the release date. January 2006 is what I'm seeing elsewhere, so that date is as good as any. The yearly 人にやさしいコンサート is where they sold physical discs. They're performing at this year's one as ZuTTO on 4/08, so probably around April last year for the physical disc.
So, anyone have an itunes JP gift card want to grab it and strip the DRM? It's 300en for the two songs. I just finished watching a whole number of Tomoe youtube videos and you're right she really did mature a little. I watched the Tokyo Flash live performances and I like the heavier electronica sound of her music.
But... I can tell she still has that crazy personality, which is great ;)
