Q: Sweet. Some kind of special glow sticks. I'll make sure to pick some up.
JAPANFILES: They're not special glow sticks, it's the promotion that's special. We've mentioned it already -- we have a complete set of the member cards from the PLATINUM 9 DISC release (all 9 members + 1 group card). Everyone who buys $10 in glow sticks on Th/Fr/Sa will be entered into the drawing.
Q:Does this mean that Japanfiles and Jpophouse will each have 150 tickets of MM and 75 of H&A autograph sessions? If so, how will they keep track of who got the ticket from Japanfiles and who got them from Jpophouse.
JAPANFILES:Yes, the tickets will be divided evenly between the two booths.
If you buy merchandise from JapanFiles and then buy merchandise frm JPopHouse, you can get two tickets. But you must give one of those tickets to a friend. Customers with multiple tickets will not be allowed multiple autographs during the exhibition hall events.
Q:Just to clarify, if I come to the JapanFiles booth and buy the H&A cd and the MM SYO cd (meeting the minimum purchase requirement), I will get one ticket to the Hangry signing and one ticket to the Morning Musume signing correct?
JAPANFILES:Correct.
Q:will it need to be official merchandise? I have a fanmade Morning musume shirt but I'm not sure if they'd sign it
JAPANFILES:Yes, it needs to be official merchandise. But the members will probably enjoy seeing your fan-made shirt if you wear it.
Q:thanks for the Exhibit Hall map. Those locations are definite and not subject to change?
JAPANFILES:These booth locations will not change. All companies book these in advance so we know where to set up on Wednesday. We chose this location near the entrance so it's easier for fans to find.
Q:Odd question I know but, can we provide the pen they use?
JAPANFILES:No, but we usually provide them with silver and black Sharpies, so they have options on dark or light materials. Another thing to remember is that they are PROS when it comes to autographs, so they will make sure your autograph is visible.
Q:so you guys are gonna be selling Glow Stick right if so what colors will you have available and how much will they cost?
JAPANFILES:We will have 6" sticks (the thick kind; 15mm), 8" bracelets (you can wear them single or join them); and 22" necklaces. Prices are $1.00 - $3.00. Colors are Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Red, White, Yellow (we tried to get matching colors for each members, but it wasn't possible from our supplier.) Q:Do we get entered multiple times if we buy more than $10 in glow sticks?
JAPANFILES:There is no limit for that promotion. For each $10 you spend on glow sticks you get one entry in the drawing.

REMINDER about the "no blocking the aisles" rule.
For all of us, the Morning Musume appearance at Anime Expo is the highlight of the event.
However, we are sharing Anime Expo with other artists, guests, and vendors.
We have to show respect and consideration for everyone.
Also, the fire marshall will shut down the event if fans are not following the line procedures.
They have already warned us that they are concerned about the massive number of fans, so we want to make sure everything goes smooth.
