ZG is pretty aight, but Hana Kimi 2011 not so much. Acchan makes a pretty dude, at least. Halfway through Jin 1 now, and starting Karei naru Spy now.

Finished Jin 1, was nice.
ZG is still top this season. Enjoying IS & Conan, too. Haven't watched the last two Hana Kimi.. :sweatdrop: Karei Naru Spy is great, but I've give up on BOSS and CHANGE :cathappy:

Finiished up Zettai Kareshi, which was quite sappy and fluffy but it was a real fun watch. Gonna try to watch two at once, unsure of what the second one will be but doing a rewatch of the 1996 drama Oishii Kankei, really think the late 90's and early 2000's were the best for dramas. :)

Anyone else keeping an eye on all the danso dramas this season?

I've been watching Hana-Kimi w/ Acchan and Ikemen desu ne w/ Kojiharu. Both of them have a super enthusiastic female lead! Neither of them seems to be doing that great though in terms of ratings.

I've also been somewhat watching IS and Hi wa mata noboru

I just finished watching Long Vacation (1996) and Love Generation (1997), two very good J-dorama, starring Takuya Kimura and Matsu Takako.

Sotsu Uta ended up being a nice watch, especially Kie's and Masami's episodes.
Just started this, up to episode 3, from 2000 Namida wo Fuite.

I enjoyed Zettai Kareshi as well - it was fun. Saki Aibu and  Mokomichi Hayami, who played Tenjo Knight, worked really well together.

Hayami's role reminded me of Dick Gautier, who played a Robot named Hymie  in the old "Get Smart" series

I have watched the first 8 episodes of タンブリング (Tumbling), the 2010 drama with Yusuke Yamamoto, Koji Seto and a great ensemble cast. Yusuke plays an all around bad boy trouble maker, but then he meets the character played by Azusa Okamoto, who is on the girls' rhythm gymnastics team, and next thing you know, Yusuke is on the boys tumbling team. As I said earlier, it has a great ensemble cast, including Rei Okamoto, who is also on the girls' team. (Why do I mention Rei? Just because she should be cast in every show possible.) The plot has the standard "misfits who make good" theme, but touches on a lot of deeper issues as the show progresses, with a different character highlighting that particular issue (and therefore the actor gets a chance to shine).
Worth a watch!
YouTube poster BluexBird1245 has put togther a great tribute clip:

^You mean Shimokita Sundays, right? :)

Catched up to Ikemen Desu ne and Meitantei Conan (ep 7-8 now).
And watching IS, with it's more serious story balancing it out.

Still haven't checked out Zenkai Girl yet. Need to do that.

Finished up Shota no Sushi, at 17 episodes that was one long drama but it was a solid watch, last 2 episodes were among the most intense ones ever in a drama. :O
Think up next will be this one, Toubousha, looks like an interesting plot plus a really good cast. :)

Watched a few episodes of Arakawa Under the Bridge. It's weird. ;)
I'm just surprised they have such a crazy good cast doing something like this.

Finished up Boku no Imoto, fairly solid drama, intense except for a fluffy last episode but overall I'd recommend it. :)
Just started on this, so far so good.
