AKB48の柏木由紀が、13日から全国放送をスタートするフジテレビ系ドラマ『タガーリン』(毎週土曜深夜1:35～1:42)に、婦人警官役で出演することが5日、明らかになった。

同作は、15日スタートの福山雅治主演ドラマ『ガリレオ』のスピンオフ作品。お笑いコンビ･ハライチの澤部佑と柏木由紀がダブル主演を務めている。柏木が演じるのは、貝塚北署の交通課勤務の婦警･江島千尋。江島は表沙汰にはできない事件を捜査する秘密部隊の一員というもう1つの顔があり、澤部佑演じる同僚の太田川稔と共に、事件解決へと挑んでいく。

初の婦人警官役に柏木は、「制服を着ると気が引き締まります! 行動も心なしかシャキッとするような気がします」と気に入っているようで、役柄について「私の演じる江島千尋は、とにかく仕事熱心で、やる気を出したり落ち込んだりと、自分でも付いていくのに必死です!」と説明していた。

共演の澤部に関しては、「澤部さんが、劇中で食べるシーンが多いのですが、本番が終わってからも食べています。いつか私も食べようと狙っています(笑)」とのエピソードを披露し、「雰囲気を楽しく和やかにしてくださいます」と好印象。視聴者に向けて、「ぜひ本編と合わせて見ていただきたいです」とメッセージを送りつつ、「そしてドラマでは熱血で熱心な役ですが、選挙も熱く! 気合入れて臨みたいです。ドラマも選挙も頑張ります!」と第5回AKB48選抜総選挙に向けての意気込みを語っていた。
