Ensign Ebata Kisaki's bond with her naval academy classmate, Ensign Yofu Runo will always withstand the test of time.
At the end of this range exercise where she partnered with Runo for Pride Bright, Kisaki told the audience that this will be what it looks like in a reality where they are both in Team Juice. One could've well taken this as Kisaki's heartfelt plea to the Admiralty to transfer her buddy to her own unit. Runo may well be gifted enough to join Special Warfare, but Tsubaki will need her more than she realize.
