They weren't the videos I was referring to originally, but yes I saw the Giant Bomb videos as well. Brad has no sense of direction at all

I liked how he kept looking back while Ryan told him not to look back and keep running. Did you see him play Uncharted 2? Oh the way he died was so awesome

Can't get it to register. Aside from some of the stupid crazy throws, it's the only move I can't pull off.

I am no SF expert, but I find that you have to do it on one fluid motion. The speed in which you do a fireball in one quick action, that same discipline is used for any of the moves. And remember, practice mode is your friend.

I'm looking for a specific PC game...doesn't have to be a game, even a software or program...

I'm looking for something that I can use to build a house of my design.  now I don't want a complex game/software, just something easy, simple and fun to do.  and I don't need to create a city or people and have them live their virtual life like the Sims or SimCity games.  out of all the Sims games, which one can I use to just build houses to my own taste without other complications?

I beat CoD- Modern Warfare 2.  Slightly confusing yet good storyline.  The end was EPIC!

hahaha! You mean the ways he died were awesome. RPG to the face lmao. I always look forward when I see Brad at a Quick Look because I wonder just how he will die and how quickly. You could almost do a drinking game around it

I thought the storyline was good, you obviously need to take some huge leaps of faith to accept certain things happening but it kept me wanting to play more. The ending was incredibly epic.

Well with the help of a guide (http://www.eventhubs.com/guides/2009/may/04/shortcut-motions-shoryukens-dragon-punches-street-fighter-4/) I managed to figure it out doing the offensive crouch method. Now I can pull off all of Ryu's moves consistently. Just need to get it into muscle memory now.

I got one of these controller adapters for playing shooting games on console
http://gizmodo.com/349652/xfps-mouse-and-keyboard-adapter-now-available-for-ps3

It's a bit buggy and laggy but if you're not used to using the thumbsticks to aim this is a lot better cause you can at least use your mouse and keyboard it just needs some tweaking to get the sensitivity and stuff right. Also it doesn't work well with non-standard dpi mice. So try and use like a standard old ~400dpi mouse for best control.

I hate those beginner shortcuts so f'ing much
For someone who knows how to do the moves and has been playing for 15 years or more, messing up perfectly executed moves time and time again just because they added shortcut motions for other moves, over and over, ESPECIALLY when if you play any other SF game they come out just fine, is really.. really aggrivating, especially online when it can cause you to lose.

I haven't gamed much over the holidays, but I did manage to finish the first play through of Radiata Stories.  Now I'm going through again and aligning with the other side.  I'm probably half-way through and it still doesn't change the fact the main character is an idiot ^_^;  Ah well, the levels are coming quickly with the Training Device so I should be finished it "soon".

On the topic of SFIV - I'd love to see Darkstalkers IV as well. I was just playing some Darkstalkers Chronicles on the PSP, and the characters are much more interesting and likeable and the fighting styles much more varied. (Though to be honest I much prefer the Soul Calibur series anyway.)

Anyway, mixed thoughts on whether to get Bayonetta due to the PS3 performance issues and the squick-factor of some of the torture-porn scenes. Oddly, the game gotten me more interested in trying Heavenly Sword - being roughly similar but with a visual style more in tune with my tastes. I won't be getting either until I finish Uncharted 2 and Assassin's Creed 2 though.

Asmo needs a job first. ;)

I don't think I play enough video games to justify having 3 consoles though.

You'll help the economy.  By buying a new console, you spend money, and spending money stimulates the economy!
