After sniper girl/under peace, I wanted to write a MM fic but I had a thought and why not incorporate Berryz and C-ute as a fic and use a rare starting character Chisato, so maybe something interesting on my part :lol:
Chapter 1
Waiting in the rain, Chisato looked outside as she sees the downpour becoming strong by the minute. Feeling a hand behind her, her neighbor with her umbrella greeted her with a smile.
“Chisa~ go home, since you are here, let's go.” Her high-pitched voice always makes her laugh.
“Thanks, Momo-senpai.” She stood up and lifted her umbrella over her head and walked with her off the school's campus.
Chisato always felt thankful having such a great friend in Momo but her challenge came when a month ago a girl came to the door. Seeing from her window that night, she felt her body become weak as she was kissing the unknown girl. She closed her blinds and began to cry as she began to realize that from her admiration it had become a crush and leaving it out there was no option. From that day, she would try to get closer, when she had the opportunity.
“Ah, senpai, you... have... a .. girlfriend?” Chisato asked the gleeful Momo.
“No.... why do you ask?” Chisato shocked by the answer bit on her lip and stepped into a deep puddle.
“Chisa.... let me help you out.” She pulled her out of the water and got to an overhead shelter for the time being.
“So, Chisa, you have a girlfriend? I know a person who likes you.” Chisato hoped it was Momo but her wishful thinking began to evade her mind as she tried to think of the person.
“No, I don't but you are so popular in school that any girl will take you.” Momo giggled at the comment.
“That is so cute.” Momo patted her on the head. “I think you might be more popular than me.”
Chisato sat down on the bench as the people inside were walking around doing their business as she felt a finger poking her and turned around to find her enemy, Hagiwara Mai staring at her. Chisa turned away to avoid confronting her. Momo walked over to the bathroom giving an opportunity for Mai to have a seat.
“So, Chisa.... your friend gonna protect you from me.” Mai smiled as she poked Chisa in the back.
“No, I just don't like you and why don't you bother somebody else?” Chisa scooted toward the edge as Mai followed her.
“Well, there is nobody and you look cute in the rain.” Chisa looked back around and Mai gives a wink before Momo came back.
Chisato felt her heart stop as she never had anyone try to flirt with her and especially her longtime enemy, she felt it was just a ploy to get into her head but usually its physical not mental. Momo looked outside to still see the overcast skies and both went back outside to brave the conditions.
“Chisa, you look pale, I hope you didn't catch a cold.” Momo's concerned look warm up her heart.
“I only wish you knew how much I adore you.” Chisa thought to herself.

thnx abok, it has a lot dealing with the fact that you can withstand pain even if you feel you are okay with it, well on to chapter 2
Chapter 2
The duo walked into the street and Chisa waved goodbye as she entered the house with her mother's warm smile. Chisa dropped her bag and threw herself onto the couch as she saw her mother above her.
“How was school?” Her mother asked as she took off her apron.
“It was good, I just have a lot to study.” Chisa smiled but in the back of her mind was Momo and Mai.
“That's nice, anyways I have dinner ready and I'll see you tomorrow after work.” She got her purse and walked out the door as Chisato laid down and looked at the ceiling.
As she gazed at the white, milky wall she began to feel unsure about what she wanted now, even if Momo did ask her, she had to wonder if all the time she was competing with her was just a way to get closer to her. The hours went by and realized the time and ran upstairs to the bath as she looked outside to see a tall girl next to Momo, she stared out through the window as they both hugged and the tall girl waved goodbye.
Momo turned to see Chisa staring out the window and frozen in her tracks Chisa decided to walk back down to meet Momo by the fence. Her heart beat faster as Momo didn't look angry but the feeling of fear came upon Chisa.
“Chisa.... have you been looking into my room?” Chisa wanted to nod but shook her head instead.
“Tell me the truth!” Chisa nodded and Momo put her hands on her shoulders.
“Well, I can't describe this but... she thought that you and I were a couple.” Chisa tilted her head to the side.
“We are not one, we are just neighbors.” Chisa responded.
“Anyways she confessed her love and I had to calmly reject it, I know another person who does like her but I felt something wrong and I told her that we should at least go out one time.” Chisa felt her heart go to her stomach but it wasn't as heavy as she thought and understood Momo's compromise.
“So, I want to say that she isn't my girlfriend but we are going out tomorrow night and since you don't have a mate to take...”
“I have someone...” Chisa interrupted.
“You do?” Momo glowed as she could double date.
“Yeah, but I don't have any of her contact stuff so hopefully I can get back to you on that....” Momo hugged Chisa as she ran back to the house but it was rather a small victory but she wanted her all to herself but if it is to be with her, it was worth a little to try.
Chisa ran upstairs to the bathroom to get her shower ready and felt lightheaded as the steam almost knocked her out but a thought came into mind as Momo ran off, I want her to be happy no matter what, even if it is not with me, but I want to be happy for just knowing that Momo can be a dear friend and protect me from everything.

The tall girl shall be explained later but we shall move on....
Chapter 3
After drying her hair, she down on her bed looking toward the wall as she tries to compose herself before going back downstairs for dinner. She heard a feint voice from her window as Momo waved her down with her gleeful voice. Chisato waved back and signaled back to her about dinner and Chisato ventured downstairs to the kitchen as she saw the container of meat and the rice in the pot. She scooped out the warm rice and placed it on her plate and grabbed the pieces of meat with her chopsticks. She placed her plate down and heard the phone rang.
“Okai residence, Chisato speaking.”
“Hello, this is Hagiwara Mai.” Chisato's jaw dropped as she had no idea that she had her phone number.
“How did you get my number?” Chisa asked.
“I got it from the directory at school. Sorry.” Chisa bit on her lower lip as she never felt violated but might as well take advantage of the situation.
“It's not right for you to do that but I wanted to ask if you are available tomorrow night.” Chisa heard a pause in Mai's breath.
“Suuuuuure.” Her answer made Chisato happy but still the weird feeling made her cautious.
“Can you meet me at the school?” Mai asked.
“Okay, I'll be there with two other people.” Chisa answered.
“Two other people? Okay, I'll be there.” Mai hung up and Chisa went back to her meal.
Chisa sat down in the quiet room with the dim lights as she cut the tough piece of meat with her knife and started to chew on it. The thoughts of the night was just about how to prepare for tomorrow as she seemed to avoid school for the moment and after getting through the last piece, she dumped her dishes into the sink and started on her homework.
“Chisatoooooooooo.” Momo yelled from her window.
“Yes, Momo.” Chisato answered with her back toward her.
“Can you talk for a bit?” Her voice softened as Chisato turned and stepped toward the window.
“Go ahead.”
“Chisa, I feel nervous, are you?” Chisa nodded.
“I guess you should be but you know we should have something we can all enjoy, so how about a movie?” Momo proposed.
“Sure, but no scary movies, you know how much you hate them and especially I think your girlfriend doesn't want to see you scared.” Chisa laughed as Momo pouted as she closed her blinds and Chisa went back to her homework.
“I love how Momo pouts.” She said to herself before striking her pencil onto her paper.

Chapter 4
Homework has always been easy for her but thinking about the next day caused a lot more problems than usual, as she looked through the pages, she noticed the mistakes and with time being short before her bed time, she powered right through it. She hastily put every thing into her bag and left her bag on top of the table before changing into her pajamas. She turned toward the mirror and straightened out her top before sliding underneath the sheets. She heard the door closed from downstairs and walked out to see her mother returning from work before going back into her bed and sleep.
She woke up the next morning with her mother busily cooking breakfast for her before school starts, however today, when she arrived downstairs, Momo waved hi and ran back up to change into her school attire before coming back down again.
“You have cute pajamas.” Momo poked at her cheek as Chisa's face grew red.
“Thank you.” Chisa laughing nervously as their plates arrived at the table.
Chisa watched as Momo quickly cleaned up her plate as she would usually take her time, but following her friend's pace gave her a stomach ache and felt uneasy to leave the table. She began walking and felt a gassy feeling in her stomach as it rose up to her mouth and trying to hold it back desperately she ran over to the corner to belch. Momo sneaked right behind her and scared Chisa into the wall.
“Sorry, it so cute, that you run away to belch, I usually would just turn away.” Momo gleamed again in Chisa's sight.
“It was a big one.”Chisa replied.
“Well I guess if it would shake a whole house then you would find shelter, right?” Momo joked as Chisa grabbed her bag.
“Let's go.” Chisa said in a low tone as she waved bye to her mother.
They both walked down the street to the corner convenience store in which the usual young women would be cashiering and serving breakfast for the people. Momo and Chisa looked around until they saw another girl enter the store with the same uniform as theirs but in her eyes she seemed lost so Momo approached her with her usual smile.
“Are you new in town?” Momo asked.
“Yes, my name is Tokunaga Chinami, I transferred from Kanagawa and today is my first day.” She introduced herself as Chisa joined Momo.
“I see, you want some riceballs? They have the best in this neighborhood.” Momo asked.
“No thank you.” Momo interrupted.
“Let me treat you one since you are a new student.” Momo walked up and picked up plastic covered rice ball and gave it to Chinami.
“Thank you, I'll pay you back later, so let's go to school before we are late.” Chinami pointed at the clock and the two got their orders before blitzing out of the store and passing through the gates before it closes.

Hmm, so Chisa like's Momo but has never been brave enough to tell her, It's funny how Chisa tends to spy on Momo trough her window, it's actually quite cute :wub: I wonder who it is that Momo likes however.....
Why is Mai Chisa's eneny, did she just used to bullu Chisa or something or is it deeper than that, why do I get the feeling that Mai may have other feelings toward Chisa than just bullying her?
Chii is also introduced as the new girl in school :twothumbs I wonder how she will be involved in the story?

Chapter 5
Momo and Chinami went toward the upperclassmen part of the campus as Chisato venture to the sophomore classrooms. As she turned the corner, Mai popped out and grabbed her into the bathroom.
“I'm going to be late.” Chisa starting to panic as Mai's smile grew.
“Don't worry, in 3... 2.... 1...” The fire alarm rang as the sprinklers went off in the hallway.
“Follow me to the roof.” Mai grabbed Chisa's hand and fought against the traffic up the stairs to the roof where the morning sun seemed to warm up the mood.
“Why do you cause trouble? Every time I come with something good? You come with something better and...” Mai started to look over the ledge.
“I just couldn't stand you being perfect, I wanted to find a flaw, but to me you make everything better and I wanted you to notice that.” Chisa bit her lip as she went closer to Mai.
“So, you like me? For 2 years you were trying to get me to listen to your confession, so you went far enough to get close to me and make my academic career a living hell?” Chisa had her hands ready to choke her as Mai felt the space getting smaller.
“Yes, I admit to that.” Chisa put down her hands as Mai leaned in to hug her.
“Why?” Chisa whispered.
“Because you are chasing the wrong girl, I know this because I would never let you get tired chasing me.” Chisa paused as the thoughts ran into her head about how Momo never noticed the moves she would do to get her attention.
As their embrace started to wear off, Mai pointed out the tall girl by the stairs, she was quite soaked from the sprinklers and seemingly nervous to approach the two. Chisa remembered her face from yesterday and quickly pointed it out as she ran toward her. Before Chisa could say a word, she bowed in front of them as a gesture for greeting them.
“You must be Momo's friend....” She said in a ssoft voice.
“Yes, I am and you were the girl from yesterday and that day...” She covered up Chisa's mouth.
“Yes, I was and I am sorry for that but I have a problem.” Chisa tilted her head.
“I know Momo wanted to have a double date but I seem to misplace my tickets at home, so if you don't mind buying four tickets to the horror movie, I would pay you back.” She nervously smiled.
“Fine, you seem to be honest and I expect it soon.” Chisa said as she grabbed Mai with a smile.
“Is tomorrow fine?” Chisa's jaw dropped as Mai tried to struggle out of her grip.
“How do I get to know people who are rich?” She said to herself.
“Before I forget, my name is Kumai Yurina, and it was a pleasure to meet you Okai-san.” She walked back downstairs as the two enjoyed drying off in the morning sun.

Ha ha Mai set off the srinklers to get some time alone with Chisa, good effort :lol:
Aww see Mai only did all those things to Chisa to try and get her attention, she loved her all along :shy1: and she did it because she saw hom much Chisa went after Momo and didn't want to get in the way, so sweet! :luvluv1:
So Chisa has to get all the tickets :angry: poor her!

@memory: Mai was trying to be romantic but in a way it fails
@abok: Chisa has a very tough battle in her head, she respects Mai for being up front but still knows Momo will protect her and hopefully gets to see what she has presenting for a while although the realization is long road ahead
Chapter 6
Minutes later, the alarms stop their loud ring and from the roof they saw the students walking back into the building and they went by one of the air vents where no one except the sky could see them. As they sat on the rubble, Mai leaned onto the vent and smiled as Chisa turned the other way with her back facing Mai.
“What's wrong?” Mai asked as Chisa put her head down.
“She looks rather attractive.....” Mai put her arms around her body.
“She does, but if you think about it, isn't Momo your height?” Chisa smiled at the comment but deeply she felt that threat.
“Yeah, so let's back to class.” Mai took out her cell phone before exiting the roof.
“Nakky-san, can you do me a favor? May I order four tickets to the horror movie?” She asked as the reply was perfect. As she closed the phone, her rage started to come out as Chisa was only thinking about Momo and not her.
“She'll understand, one day.” She said to herself before walking down from the roof.
Chisa walked into the classroom where a new teacher was starting up her lesson as she sat down in her seat in the middle of the room as she is ready to introduce herself but the sudden urge that the teacher had to fix herself in front of the class made her laugh.
“Okay, settle down, my name is Mrs. Fujimoto, I am your guys new homeroom teacher and subbing for Mr. Ishida for the rest of the year for history.” Everyone clapped and a hand raised from the crowd.
“I think that's quite inappropriate for a lady to fix herself in front of the class.” The girl said as Fujimoto raised her eyebrow.
“Well unfortunately, all the boys didn't mine...” Everyone dropped out of their seats with that comment as she sat back down with an embarrassed face.
“Anyways, settle down, I only have one announcement to make, dance is next week and if you guys can be nice to me and the other teachers, we are going to have an informal dress code, that's it and off you guys go.” She swung her arms toward the exit as they got to their other classes as she took Chisa to the side.
“What were you doing on the roof?” Mrs. Fujimoto asked as Chisa put down her head.
“I thought that was the exit outside and I followed a person to there.” Mrs. Fujimoto took a deep breath and let out a sigh.
“Okay, please don't do that again and also if you are going to chase after a girl please let them know before hand.” She winked as Chisa left to go to her next class.
She began to think about her words and it seemed weird to even her that she knew what Chisa was doing or it was a ploy for her to her mind wrapped around it. She could never figure it out until walking pass by her in the hall after lunch that she tried to pick up a conversation but the woman's quick reply caught her again.
“I know because I saw you run up with her and a tall girl followed.” She waved bye as she left the school for the day.
“Geez, I can never win against her wits.” She said to herself walking to her last class for the day.

Chapter 7
Chisato sat through the last class waiting for it to be over, she could only anticipate every minute passing by, luckily it was a class with a teacher with bad bladder, which usually means they would sit around for a while before she comes back but a girl came in with an envelope came to the front and her head peeked above the group to find someone in the room. She quickly approached the sitting Chisa and smiled with her delivery.
“Who are you?” Chisa asked as she placed the package on her desk.
“The name is Nakky, it was your order from this morning, thank you for your purchase.” She walked away as she opened the package to find four tickets in her possession.
“Mai gotta be crazy for me if she does this for me.” Chisa shook her head as the teacher came back and the bell rang for the end of class. Chisa got out and waited in the normal spot for Momo as usual but seeing Mai in the corner, she walked right over and grinned.
“It came on time!” She exclaimed as she gave a hug but Chisa gently push her back as she tried to get her thought in.
“Yes, it did but it is not good if I am spoiled by you, I want to at least support you for something.” Mai titled her head.
“Reason for food.....” Chisa sighed as Momo waved the duo down.
“Ah this must be your stalker.” Momo joked as Mai smiled toward her.
“You are quite petite for a senior....” Mai answered back as the two started to feel the flames between them.
“Okay, let it go you two, Mai, I'll pick you up and we will go to the theater at 7ish.” Chisa compromised the deal and took Momo out of the school grounds and took her back to the store.
The two looked around the store as they heard the boorbell rang and saw Chii dragging in a girl with sunglasses and curly hair. For her smile, looks like she found someone to be with but the other girl seemed less interested and seemingly she followed Chii around the store as she saw the cashier and walked up to her. Chii stared at the sweets as Momo approached her and Chisa walked up to counter to order her afternoon snack. She began to notice that the curly haired girl and the cashier were friends in high school but the cashier graduated and works in the store to make her money. As Chisa quickly grabbed it, she yanked Chii to the side.
“What was that for?” Chisa pointed at the two.
“That curly-haired girl is no good for you, she plays around with a lot of people and she will do the same.” Chii nodded as she paced herself toward the cashier as the duo walked out with their food.
“Momo, you okay? I hope Mai wasn't that discourteous to you.”
“No, she has her opinions, but since she is with you, I can handle that.” Chisa swallowed the big piece and kept her mouth closed for the rest of the trip.

Chapter 8
Momo waved bye as she entered her house but the aura around Momo was starting to dull as she felt the pain of Mai's words. She dropped off her bag and noticed that her parents weren't home, so she grabbed her juice and pour out a glass as she laid back on her couch. As she emptied her mind, she had a fear, she never felt the chance to be intimate as she always kept to herself and Chisa was just like her. She sat up as she took another sip and looked outside to the overcast skies and decided to walk over to Chisa's house. As she exited her house, she saw Chisa underneath the awning, and sat down by her with her usual smile.
“Sorry about earlier, it usually doesn't bother me, but...” Chisa interrupted as she smiled and saw the birds fluttering in a group.
“It doesn't matter to me you are short, it makes you cuter.....” Chisa said quietly as Momo leaned over to Chisa.
“Are you trying to catch my attention? Or is my cuteness making you say that?” Momo giggled as Chisa turned and stuck out her tongue.
“You are cute, don't deny that, Mai is just jealous...” Momo's smile became of concern as she felt the awkward feeling come over her. She invited Chisa into her house as Momo poured another glass of juice for her friend.
“Momo are you okay? Is there something you need?” Momo handed her cup as she slowly drank from it.
“I know you got horror movie tickets, but since it is with Yurina, I wouldn't mind but I want to ask about how you feel?” Chisa tilted her head to the side.
“I feel perfectly fine, but if you don't mind, I want to say something.....” Momo leaned in.
“I like you....” Momo sat back and laughed as Chisa bit down on her lip.
“I mean I really like you.” Momo nodded.
“I knew that for a while, but if you are serious, kiss me.” Chisa felt her chest getting tight as she received an open invitation to kiss her.
Chisa began to think about everything she had worked herself toward, and she finally faced the realization that if she could pursue this, what will happen. She walked toward Momo as she cornered her onto the couch, breathing hard, she swallowed everything and closed in on her target. Slowly, Momo held out her lips and felt a contact on there and both opened their eyes at the same time seeing their eyes inches from each other. Chisa pulled back and retreated to her side of the couch.
“Chisa.... why have you kept back the feelings though?” Momo asked.
“If I told you, we would not be friends anymore.” Chisa waved bye as she left the house and ran back into hers as she grabbed onto a pillow and cried herself to sleep.

who is the curly-haired girl in this episode? I still kinda wondering where Chii is going to fit in aswell.... Possible Chii/Yurina???
So Chisa finnaly told Momo how she felt about her, I wonder if having Mai aroud prompted Chisa to tell Momo?

“If I told you, we would not be friends anymore.” Chisa waved bye as she left the house and ran back into hers as she grabbed onto a pillow and cried herself to sleep.
So there is a reson why Chisa held her feelings back, why would it make her and Momo not be freinds anymore however?

Chapter 9
Chisa woke up to Momo caressing her head as she saw her face, she rolled off the couch and before she could say a word, Momo told her to be quiet. Yurina came out of the kitchen and with a smile she put down her snacks and took off her apron as she saw the cookies on the plate.
“Ah, Yurina, why are you here so early?” Chisa sat up and tried to keep her living room tidy but with all the items scattered, she picked it up before Momo stopped her.
“Momo told me to come over and I saw you sleeping so I wondered if you wanted a snack and Momo was telling me about how you got the tickets and me being irresponsible....” Momo patted her on the head and she smiled but in Chisa's mind came the blaring realization of “did she tell?”
“I see, you seem to be in a good mood for our double date.” Yurina nodded as she ran upstairs to the bathroom.
“Momo-chan.... you didn't tell her?” Momo shook her head.
“I did, but Yurina just wanted to ask me about the new girl.” Chisa tried to think about the new girl and suddenly thought of Chii.
“But Chii is following that girl, how can we get her to realize that Yurina is wanting her.” Chisa whispered as Yurina walked down the stairs.
“Ah, I have a question, who is with her?” Yurina asked the two friends.
“Natsuyaki Miyabi, sergeant to the local gang, she has her connection with the people, but I would not consider she would convert her.” Momo explained as Yurina had a determined look.
“She doesn't scare me, she may look tough but for Chii, I will show my will.” All three started to laugh as Yurina put down her fist and her mind cleared about the date.
All three cleared up the table as they got ready to go out and meet up with Mai at the theater, Yurina went ahead as the other two locked Chisa's house and saw Miyabi across the street. They started to walk toward the theater as Miya walked faster toward them and looked around before taking them to a dark corner.
“You two, I need help, this girl is following me and I can't get rid of her, she is ruining my reputation, please help me let her down.” Miya went down to her knees as she started to beg and they looked at each other as they picked her off the ground.
“Miyabi-san, you have to give us one favor.” Miya nodded.
“That girl you are chasing, we can give you a good word, and buy us fried breads for a week.” Momo proposed the idea as she bit down on her bottom lip and looked around before agreeing to the deal.
“You guys are wonderful, and don't say I asked for your help.” She ran into the back door of the store as they went back out onto the main street. The theater came upon their vision and seeing the tall girl waved at them, they ran over to the two.
Mai linked onto Chisa and Yurina grabbed Momo's hand as her masked expression really showed the true side to not being with Momo. They entered the theater with their tickets and walked into the room as Momo and Chisa went to get their refreshments. They stood in line waiting for cashier and the woman looked at the two and put out four drinks and 4 small popcorns.
“Thank you.....” Momo looked away as Chisa took out her wallet.
“No worries, I saw you guys had premium tickets so take it and enjoy the movie.” She bowed to them as they walked with their items.
They walk in seeing the two seats between Yurina and Mai, they took a deep breath as Chisa went inside before Momo as they handed off the drinks to the other two and sat down with their dates. As the lights dimmed, Momo quickly slouched down as she closed her eyes. Minutes later, she opened her eyes to the movie and saw a scary point and jumped toward Chisa as she grabbed her hand. Chisa looked over and froze.
“Momo, let's go outside....” Chisa suggested as they both ran out of the room.

So Yurina is intrested in Chii, I suppose that leaves a strait battle for Chisa between Mai and Momo! :panic:
So Chii is stalking Miya :lol: but it seems as though Miya has someone else on her mind (Saki???), I suppose that's all good for Yurina :twothumbs
Poor Momo afraid of the movie, but she jumps towards Chisa for protection and then Chisa suggests they leave together, poor Mai :cry: and poor Yurina aswell :smhid

Chapter 10
“Momo, we can't show Mai that we have feelings, its too early.” Momo shook her as she wrapped her arms around her.
“I have to tell her the truth, even if she does hate me, it will only make up the time we should have been together.” Chisa closed her eyes and took a deep breath as she went back in to see the seat next to hers was gone and suddenly ran back out to see Mai just coming back in.
“I have to say something....” Chisa dragged her toward the restrooms.
“Is it with Momo? If it is, I would like to hear it.” Mai sat down as Chisa put her hand on her shoulder.
“I really like Momo, ever since we were kids, I liked her a lot but every time she would protect me I felt more than friends with her, in a way, I wasn't expecting it to happen so soon.” Mai interrupted aas she nodded.
“Wa ka ri ma shita.” Mai gave Chisa a hug as she began to walk away from her.
“Wait, don't be like this, I just realized this.” Mai shook her head.
“I had a feeling, but I knew a weakness and I used it, however, if I wasn't going to win, I had a backup plan.” She handed over a note and opening up to a few words: Thank you for being honest.
“I'll see you in school tomorrow, and I will continue my competition towards you.” Mai stuck out her tongue.
Chisa sat outside the room waiting for the movie to be over and watching a frightened Momo come out was hilarious to her eyes, she gave her a hug as Yurina looked over the two seeing the gang member walking in with her candy bar. Miya looked up seeing Yurina walking towards her and she stuck the bar into her pocket and closed her fist.
“First off, don't touch me, my gang will surround you guys quick and second, it isn't my fault that she likes me.” Miya explained as Yurina let her fist go.
“I want you to tell me, what she sees in you.” Yurina said in a soft voice.
“I don't know, is it my looks, my power, or just I have a soft side for dolls.” Yurina gave a confused face as she mentioned the last part.
“I keep dolls in my locker for good luck, they help me become more confident in the gang and just something I cherish. She isn't that complicated, she just has beauty to her, anyways I need to watch my movie, see ya later.” Miya waved as the three left the theater.
The three walked back to Momo's house for late snacks before Yurina had to go home, Momo sat next to Chisa as they played with each other leaving Yurina alone and picking at the food. Without notice, Momo placed her lips on top of Chisa's, Yurina paused as they were close enough to make her feel uncomfortable, they both looked at her as she excused herself from the house. Momo got off of Chisa and placed her hands on her lap.
“I hope we can solve this soon, Yurina looked angry....” Chisa mentioned.
“Tomorrow, we shall make a plan to get them together. Ready?” Both cheered as Chisa left to take her bath and go to sleep for a long day tomorrow.

Poor Mai, Chisa asked her not to be upset but I suppose it must be hard for Mai who has been chasing Chisa for a while without her even noticing, at least she has a back up plan but I worry slightly at what it could be!
Miya Yurina confrontation, Miya was kinda cool about it all though, she is right, it's not her fault Chii likes her, Miya keeping dolls is kinda :lol: I think that Miya may not be all the big gang member she seems to be.
Chisa and Mai were a bit insencitive at the end of this chapter too, being all loving when Yurina is alone with them is kinda harsh, especially as she is angst over the girl she is after likes someone else...

Chapter 11
The next morning was quite a gloomy day, the rain came down hard with the streets being flooded, they grabbed their boots and carried their shoes to school. Chisa and Momo had their umbrellas up with very little communication between them as the streets were more dangerous when the storms came around. As they got to their stop, Yurina was ready to leave as Chinami came in with her usual smile and Yurina's hands felt numb as she was ready to go for her. Realizing Miya was there, Yurina took a deep breath and went toward Chii. Miya turned and noticed the tall girl walking towards them, she went to the side as Chinami became the open target.
“Sumi...masen... Are you available tomorrow night?” Yurina asked as Miya smiled and Chinami was taken aback.
“Sure.... I need to ask my parents first, but what shall we do?” Chinami tilted her head to the side.
“I'm not sure, but we can always go for some noodles, if we are hungry, or maybe some Chinese food ?” Yurina looked around before giving her options.
“Sure, I need some break from studying.” Both laughed as Chinami got her food and followed Yurina out of the door.
Chisa and Momo looked at each other in confusion as their elaborate plan wasn't put into action but they guessed if there was anything, it was going to happen anyway. Walking in, Miya was still talking to the cashier and going to the other cashier for their order, Chisa managed to interrupt their discussion.
“So, Miya how you been doing?” Chisa asked with a smile on her face.
“Please let me ask her out....” Miya said under her breath.
“She looks pretty, what is your name?” Chisa's smile grew bigger.
“Her name is Shimizu Saki, she is a first-year college student and she is interested in dance.” Miya said out loud as Chisa moved in closer.
“So Shimizu-san, you like Miya.” Miya stopped as she looked back at Saki.
“Yes, I do, she looks rather nice in her clothes today.” Miya started to blush at the compliment.
“I wonder if Miya should ask you out....” Chisa elbowed Miya as she tried to fight it off.
“Ah, you like to karaoke, Miya-chan?” Saki asked.
“Yeah.... although I am not very good, my friend is much better....” Miya blushed again at the proposition.
“No worries, just us two tonight, ok?” Miya nodded and ran back outside without her umbrella and danced in the rain, Chisa and Momo picked up their morning meal and ran off to school as fast as they could away from the rain.
As they reached the gates, the teacher appeared in front of Chisa and Mrs. Fujimoto seemed to be in a bad mood. Chisa didn't know what the problem was but followed her to her office.
“Okai-san, I need your help.” Chisa nodded.
“The school nurse has been my long-time friend since I have been hired here and in return I have 10,000 yen.” Chisa's eyes widened to the deal. “First, you have to ask her about tonight's dinner with my husband, can she make the reservation for her and I?” Chisa nodded and ran over to the nurse's office.
Chisa anxiously walked over to the nurse's office as she always had a smile and sang a tune when she was busy. As she knocked on the door, she turned around to see a girl at the door and told her to come in.
“So, are you sick or injured.” She asked.
“No, Fujimoto-sensei asked if you could changed the reservation?” She knitted her eyebrows to the girl's request.
“Okay, Miki-tan sure likes using her students, like how she likes me around a lot, well thanks for the heads up and here's a piece of candy for your trouble.” Chisa walked out with a hard candy and ran back to the office.
“Success.” Chisa said as she gave her reward.
“Quiet though, I only do this to people like women.” She winked as she went into her first class.

Aww so Chii make like Yurina as well :wub:, it's nice that Miya stood back and let Yurina get on with asking Chii.
Looks like Miya had her eyes on Saki anyway, Chisa getting involved on getting them out on a date was pretty cool, and Miya danging in the rain with joy was :lol:
Hmm I wonder quite what Miki is up too, she seems to be up to some trouble, and she may be using Chisa, the scholl nurse hinted as much!

Chapter 12
The day slowly went by with the assembly at the end of the day, Chisa sat back in her class looking at the board and gave a yawn to the dry subject. She began to notice the teacher becoming anxious as she quickly wrote out the assignment and turned to them.
“Sorry, the teachers have a meeting for lunch and I need to get my food so it is an extended lunch for everybody.” As she said that, everyone heard a commotion outside and everyone ran out to the crowd.
“What's happening?” Chisa asked her fellow classmate.
“Two girls are fighting., looks like one is Mai.” Chisa ran through the crowd and saw Mai with a bloody lip and the other girl sprawled out on the ground.
“What are you doing, Mai?” Chisa asked as she tried to calm down her.
“This is for you.....” She walked toward the head master's office with a teacher and saw the girl sit up on the ground.
“Get the nurse.” Chisa called as she saw the woman running down the hallway as she got up and dusted herself up. She looked to the right and saw a student with a smile on her face but noticing her emblem, she was not from this school. Chisa walked by her and she tailed her until Chisa got to the water fountain and she went to her side.
“So, you like stopping fights?” She said as Chisa became startled at her appearance.
“Not really, just that she was involved and I am watching out for her.” She nodded as another girl with the same uniform appeared but she was more gentle on the face.
She watched the two walk out of the building as the bell for lunch rang and tried to look for Momo on the upper campus. As she turned she saw Momo with her tray filled with food and Chisa manage to get a few snacks for their meal together. Momo brought her over to the table with Yurina and Chinami as they were smiling as usual.
“Momo, you got her over here, hooray.” Chinami cheered as Chisa couldn't contain the cuteness of Chinami's cheer.
“Yeah, Chisa is so cool, she is willing to come here and become like one of us, although the food on the lower end is better.” Chisa and Yurina giggled as Chinami had a questioned look.
The four spent the lunch hour talking about each other as they never were together from before and they learned about Chinami being a cheerleader in her former school. Yurina liked reading her suspense novels and was the middle blocker on the volleyball team. Chisa and Momo felt a little better about putting them together as they got to learn a little more and becoming closer to new friends. The final lunch bell rang and everyone evacuated the cafeteria as they went back to class but Momo held Chisa back.
“Meet me near the entrance before the assembly starts.” She gave a wink before going back to their respective classrooms.

Mai in a fight, is it becasue she is upset with the whole Chisa/Momo thing, who was she fighting? is it important? Why did Mai say she was fighting for Chisa, is she protecting her from something.
Who are these girls from the other school? and what where they doing in Chisa's school? Had they set the girl that Mai was fighting to disrupt things in the other school, do they have something to do with Mai or are their other reasons?....
Nice to see Yurina and Chii getting closer together anyway :wub:

Chapter 13
Chisa saw Fujimoto-sensei in the hallway as she smiled and waved hello to her as she entered into the classroom. She quickly sat in her seat and looked over to find Mai next to her with gum in her mouth and grabbed her out of the classroom without Fujimoto noticing as she wrote out her agenda on the blackboard.
“Chisa.... I have a favor....” Chisa looked around before listening in.
“Here's 10,000 yen, can you please hire me someone to protect me?” Mai fell to her knees as she begged in front of her friend.
“What if she wants more?” Mai gave her a piece of paper.
“Tell her to give me a call and we can discuss the details, ok?” Chisa nodded with the money in her pocket and went back into the classroom.
She began to think who would be willing to protect a girl and suddenly remembered Miya who was in the gang but to do so in front of Saki. Chisa began to sit back and thought of a plan to help out Mai but she also thought about how Mai would feel about her if she didn't pull through on it. In her dilemma, she looked around for a distraction to get it off her mind, luckily Fujimoto has a short attention span. Chisa threw a piece of chalk from the side board to Fujimoto's head and quickly turned to the class.
“Who threw that?” She walked over to the middle of the room and dragged the boy out of the classroom as Chisa sneaked out.
She walked out into the hallway and onto the corner where the gangs usually hung out and saw the leader walked by her. As she saw Miya in the corner and motioned her to the room to make a deal, Miya followed her in, and presented the money in front of her.
“Chisa, what is this? You are not in trouble right?” Chisa shook her head.
“Okay, what's the name?” Miya asked with her book of names.
“Hagiwara Mai.” Chisa responded as Miya's eyes widened.
“She sure picked the wrong group to deal with, these girls are hardcore, and Reina has deals with them.” Miya opened the door and called Reina in.
“Who is she and why is she here?” Miya whispered the information into her ear and Reina started to grit her teeth.
“Your friend has a problem, right? Okay you have her info?” Chisa handed over the piece of paper and took out her phone to call her. After a lengthy conversation, she hung up and called another number. Her expression was quite calm until she hung up and slammed her fist into the table.
“Is it good?” Reina shook her head.
“Go to the assembly, I have a person with her right now, she will protect her for the time being, I need to stop this from happening.” Reina ran toward the auditorium as Miya and Chisa followed behind.
“Chisa, your friend is going to be toast with the people she is dealing with, let's hope Reina can help.” Miya whispered as Chisa saw Momo outside the door.

What on earth has Mai gotten herself into, and where did she get all that money from.
Hmm it seems like Miya and Reina now who Mai seems to have gotten on the wrong side of and are worried for her, I wonder what it was that Mai has done to piss them off.
I wonder how Chisa will explain all of this to Momo, she and Mai don't really see eye to eye and if Momo thinks that Mai is mixing with the wrong people then she may want Chisa not to see her!

Chapter 14
“What you were doing with Miya? Are you in trouble?” Momo asked as she grew concerned over her friend.
“No, its Mai, I saw two girls from another school walking around and they seem to have a grudge against her.” Chisa explained as they got into the auditorium seeing Chinami and Yurina sitting in the bleachers.
They patiently waited for the assembly to start and Chisa heard her phone ring and picked up to hear Mai on the other side.
“Thanks for helping me, now I need to explain something, the two people you saw are a rival gang to Miya, they had asked if I could gather info on the group but I got so distracted in trying to go out with you that I made a mistake and they were bombarded by a trap they set up for them, so I needed Miya's help but going up to them for help is quite hard especially that they have a truce with each other. So, it gave me sometime to run away for a while, so I'll be back one day.” Before Chisa could answer, Mai hung up and slipped the phone back into her pocket as she saw the assembly starting with the usual stuff to cheer up the crowd.
However, the message did haunt her a bit even though Mai was going to let things settle down but the two girls could be anywhere to sabotage the assembly or if they knew, they could always track her down and before anything else, she felt the vibration of a text sent by Miya.
Those two girls you saw, they know you are behind this, but I told them the back story and they decided to give you a pass for now.
Chisa gave out a sigh of relief but she felt something rumbling underneath her and she acted calm until an explosion was heard from the school building and everyone evacuated out of the auditorium as the smoke began to rise to the air.
“Did someone blew up the chemistry lab?” Yurina looked over at everyone.
“I don't know but from the looks of things we might be having people pranking.” Momo said as she remembered a time where the pranks got out of control that school had to be canceled to clean up all the mess.
“I'm not sure, but I feel quite afraid if they are attacking our school but I have a plan to reach out to them but we all need to work together, it may have to involve Miya....” The three others grasped at the name.
“Natsuyaki, would never help us, well for you Chisa, there is an exception but if there is a way to solve this quietly, she is not the one to do it.” Momo explained but Chisa knew that it would be the way to at least stop the violence for now.
“Okay, Chisa, I want you to know that I will support you even though it is wrong in my heart to do so, but there is something.” Momo handed over 10,000 yen for security and Chisa went on her way to the corner.

So Mai's gone on the run from these girls from the other school, I wonder when she will return? Seems as though Chisa may be more involved then she wants to be, at least she has Miya who seems as though she will back her up, even if Momo, Chii and Yurina arn't that keen to get involved with Miya!

Chapter 15
After meeting up with Miya, Chisa felt a chill down her spine as she didn't want to know what her plan was but to not let Saki know of her girlfriend's plot was harder said than done. Luckily, Saki worked in the afternoon on school days so it would give some time for Miya to work her magic, however peeking their head in, they noticed the one cashier there and felt a person poking from behind.
“Hey, is Miya around?” Saki asked as she had her apron rolled up in her hands.
“We haven't seen her today, Saki.” Momo lied on purpose and Saki went into the store and greeted her fellow co-workers.
The four entered into the store to get their usual after school snack but the feeling of the cloud over their heads started to make them nervous about Miya's plan and a false move could cost them more dearly. They patiently looked through the glass to see the food presented and each got themselves a meat bun before heading out the door. At the second, they left the store, Chisa's phone rang and the fear grew among the group.
“Hello.”
“Miya here, I have set them up into a trap, would you be interested in a show?” Chisa paused as she tried to figure out what she was talking about and turned toward Momo as she munched through her snack.
“Chisa.... what is it?” Momo asked as Chisa covered the speaker part of the phone.
“Miya is inviting us to a show, but I feel it might be more harm than good.” Chisa's inner thoughts were getting clouded by her feelings of hatred and disappointment.
“We gotta go home.” Chinami grabbed Yurina's hand and both waved good bye to their friends as Momo and Chisa began to get curious about Miya's plan.
“Where is it, Miya?” Chisa asked.
“Reina's place by the store....” Chisa's mouth glued shut as she tried to think about it more but Momo came in and answered the phone.
“Miya, thanks for the offer but we shall pass on it.” Momo hanged up the phone and noticed a figure in front of her as she tried to step away but couldn't.
Momo felt the woman grabbing her arm as she tried to break away but Chisa stood there as she figured out what was going on. Chisa whispered into woman's ear and let them by with Miya in front of the door to the performance and through the mirror, it was two girls tied to a chair, and both struggling to get out. Chisa noticed the two girls were the ones after the fight was broken up that they lingered before escaping the property. Momo and Chisa sat down as Miya took the tape off of one of the girl's mouth and began to tease her with her fingers running across her face while her partner continued to fight until she fell to the ground.
Momo turned away as Chisa began to see the teasing continued on the girl and Miya stood over the fallen girl as she gave her a kiss on the lips. The girl on the ground struggled as the one sitting up was in shock and Chisa decided to turn on the audio in their room.
“Riichan.... you liked me before right?” She nodded as Miya kicked the girl on the ground.
“Airiin, you know why I am doing this? Risako had feelings for me but I had to reject her because I knew you liked her and Rii was doing her best not trying to make me leave.” Her explanation was cut short as Airi began to cry.
“Rii, is that true? I did liked you for a long time and I felt jealous, but I did the right thing, bitch.” Miya gave her another kick to the midsection as Rii stood there and watch the abuse.
“I know Miya for a long while and looked up to her since I met her and she always treated me respect and kindness, even if it was illegal, I always trusted her with my heart. However, since you did rat out Miya, I hated you so much that I had to get closer to Miya and when it struck, I had it all set up for you to suffer.” Rii sat up straight as Airi paused her crying.
“I understand, please let me go.” Airi's chair was set upright and Miya untied her from the chair. “Rii I knew you would never approved but I needed a partner and Miya stuck with Reina, so I dragged you along and with all the anger, I felt my pain, I am going to leave you alone and if you want me to leave you forever, say so.”
Rii took a deep breath and paused before her response and feeling Miya taking care of her at the moment, she stood still.
“I want you in my life but not now....” Miya untied both of them and Airi left the chamber while Risako stayed in.
“Miya.... I still have those feelings.” Miya quieted her with a blow to the midsection.
“Sorry, you are too late.” Miya said as she let Rii go and entered into the car as she was taken to the hospital.

I get the feeling that Miya may be involved with theser other girls aswell, perhaps more so that Mai is.....

@oddy Miya is quite a badass and her character is the one that reflects to what she really is, so it changes over time
Chapter 16
Saki looked outside to see a car speeding by and a calm Miya walking towards her, Miya smiled as Saki waved her down and not noticing the stains on her clothing she walked up and felt the sweat roll down her head.
“Hey, you seem to be working hard.” Saki joked as Miya gave her hug.
“Yeah, its quite fun doing my job.” Miya faked a smile as she gave her a peck on Saki's cheek.
“Well, my break is almost over, too bad you can't hang around for long, the other co-workers like to take their breaks every hour and on special days they are away for most of the day.” Saki waved goodbye as Chisa and Momo walked out startled.
They walked past the backdoor and onto the main street as Miya began to look around and dialed up Reina's number to confirm the job but she hung up before the call went through. She looked back at the duo and shook her head.
“What's wrong?” Momo asked as Miya pondered her move.
“I just realized something, Risako wanted to hang around Airi to protect her but Rii once told me about her friend at the school they go to had been elected president by bribing the students and she has a lot of power in that gang that was originally there.....” Miya said to herself and dialed another number.
“Maasa, I need you to come down to the local store and you can enjoy your evening with me.” Miya hung up and sat at the corner with her head in her hands.\
Chisa and Momo looked at each other as Miya began to mumble to herself and walking down the street was a tall girl with a big smile on her face and looked inside the store. She looked back toward the group on the corner and walked into the store as she bowed her head toward Saki and Momo began to notice how they were interacting with each other. Miya looked inside and shrugged her shoulders as she went back to her thinking.
“Momo, I think Miya doesn't know that she bodyguard is flirting with her girlfriend.” Chisa whispered and Miya stood up.
“Saki seems to like Maasa a lot, she feels that Maasa has more boy qualities than I do, she hasn't said it herself but the feeling that she never wants to be with me is sometimes obvious.” Momo slapped her across her face.
“Miya, she is not going to sway if she is your girlfriend, she likes to have conversations, so Maasa is a very good fit for her style, but she really loves you and even without her saying it, she will confide in you.” After Momo tried to get Miya back together, Maasa stood behind them with a few croquettes and gave one to each of them and tilted her head to her side, noticing Miya sad expression.
“Miya! Stop crying, you are a strong leader, no one has your power over me, and Saki told me that she has a wonderful girlfriend.” Miya wiped away her tears.
“Really?” Miya quivered as Maasa rubbed her dirty hand into Miya's scalp.
“She talks about you every time and she had asked about you liked and I gave her hints.” Miya took a huge bite and pranced around to the entertainment of Chisa and Momo. Maasa had a great laugh as she took another bite of her croquette.
The four sat on the corner as the sunset went behind the buildings and the street lights turned on with the few people still on the streets looking for their meals at the store. Then, a girl walked by them as she looked down and Miya looked at her and stood up as she felt the chill down her spine.
“Miya, what's wrong?” Maasa asked as she moved closer to Miya.
“Maimi, you knew about Airi and Risako right?” She nodded as the other stood up and Maimi looked at Maasa and looked down at the two.
“Airi is fine, she never listened to me, so she got beat up, not my problem, but that Mai girl, she has been on my mind, do you know where she is?” Maimi looked at Chisa and she shook her head.
“If you find her, please give me a call, Miya knows that I would take care of this, reason why she would protect her, because she feels easily sorry. Kamei is not happy at Reina but since Reina has been giving her gifts, its been all good.” Maimi went in and the four split apart to go back home.
Chisa and Momo walked back with their hands clasped and giggling every step of the way as they closed the day with a kiss good bye. Chisa walked in to see her mother still home and with her hands on her hips. She handed her a note and behind the table was Mai eating curry.
“Mai.... Why are you here?” Chisa asked as she sat across the table.
“I'll explain later.....” Mai went back to eating as her mother left the house.

So Miya is a bit jealous of Saki and Maa :angry: seems as though Saki only has eyes for Miya however :wub:
Hmm so Maimi seems to be the one in charge of the other people who are trying to find Mai, also Miya seemed a bit scared of her, almost worried that Maimi would get revenge for Airi and Rii!!!

Chapter 17
Chisa walked up to the table and scooped her rice and stew onto her plate across from Mai as she finished up her plate. Chisa stared at her for a bit before scooping up the first bite, Mai placed her dish in the sink, and sat back down in her original seat. Chisa swallowed her food and put her spoon down.
“Explain.” Mai took a deep breath and smiled.
“I came back after I heard about Rii and Airi getting interrogated by Miya...” Mai bit down on her lip as Chisa nodded.
“Maimi sent me to break apart Rii and Airi but I had to be a student at your school to work, since I wasn't known to many people, I got accustomed to the school and I met you. As I found out who Miya was, I gave Maimi a call every day on a paid phone. Eventually, Rii noticed something fishy about me entering their hideout every week that she found that I was a spy sent by Miya. So, she threatened me by giving her money but that ran out quickly and it came on the day of the fight, her drones came after me and attacked me during the break.” Mai paused as she drank from her cup.
“But Miya didn't know you were actually a spy for Maimi and you found that Miya was in love with Saki so you basically told Maimi about that right?” Mai nodded.
“Maimi was angered by that revelation and she wanted to plan out how to eliminate Saki, but I pleaded that it would make no sense to do so and it was too late to really got a plan together.” Mai took another sip with Chisa taking another bite.
“But Maimi has been looking for you...” Mai choked on the water as she heard that.
“Yeah, she heard about the fight and told me not to worry but Miya got to them first.” Chisa swallowed the food wholly as she dug in for another bite.
“However, I am on my way to the airport and I shall give her a call from there to say I am off the case.” Mai dumped the water into the sink and washed her hands.
“You are leaving?”
“Going to Okinawa to meet up with my father and living with him until I am eighteen.” Mai smiled as Chisa stood up to hug her.
“Congrads, well I hope to see you around sometime.” Chisa's cold voice stung Mai but she knew the reason.
“Same here, well I have everything in Okinawa, so see ya later!” Mai walked out to the taxi waiting for her and drove off to the airport.
Chisa finished up her plate and placed everything in the soapy water to soak as she walked over to Momo's house to see her. Halfway to her house, she noticed a person moving through the bushes by her house and decided to hide out behind the tree. She keenly look to see the figure lurking toward the window, she slowly crept up, and saw the head peep up toward the light and notice it was Miya looking inside. She took couple seconds to look and duck back down into the bushes. Chisa walked toward the door and the figure came towards her and snag her from behind.
“Why are you here?” She whispered.
“I wanted to visit.” Chisa replied quietly.
“Oh, I thought this was your house.” Miya let go of her and got dragged back to Chisa's house.
“Why were you trying to find my house for?” Chisa asked.
“I wanted to ask about dating.....” Chisa laughed.
“What about it?” Chisa opened her door as Miya took off her shoes and sat on the kitchen chair.
“Well, Saki has been bugging me about where I was going to take her on our first date and I cannot seem to decide on movies or dinner or something else.” Miya put her face into her hands in frustration.
“Have you talked to her about her favorite things?”
“Yes and she is willing to do anything with me but I cannot show my true face.” Chisa rubbed her chin as she thought about it.
“Maybe dinner and see how it goes from there.” Chisa suggested and Miya jumped up in excitement.
“I like that idea, it gives me more time, oh thank you.” Miya hugged her as she hastily put on her shoes and ran out as Momo was by the stairs.
“I wanted to say you are a good friend....” Momo quickly smiled as she walked away.
“You are better because you know how much I cared and you still kept me as a little sister.” Momo nodded in agreement before walking up the stairs to her house.
Chisa got herself clean before doing homework and eventually going to sleep. All she could think about was Momo and the great times there were having together.

Ah the return of Mai! :w00t: if only for a little bit :cry: lets hope that going to Okinawa may get Maimi of her back anyway, but, till she's 18 :O and Chisa being all cold to her was just so :on speedy: I wonder though if Chisa may miss Mai more than she ever thought she would bringing on the :gyaaah:

Chapter 18
Chisa woke up the next morning with a note on her desk about school, she looked at it closely and quickly got herself into school clothing as she saw Momo in the living room. She looked in the kitchen for her mother but she was not in there as Momo looked up and greeted her friend.
“Momo, where's my mother?” Chisa asked as she went to the window to see if she was outside.
“All of our parents had to go to an emergency meeting about the school, so it has been canceled today.” Chisa nodded and picked up her bag.
“I just said we had no school, we can hang out here....” Momo felt her hand in Chisa's as they went out of the door and onto the sidewalk.
Chisa locked the door to the house and walked over to the store where they get their breakfast snacks. Chisa went up to the counter to see the owner and her friend sighing in the back, she called them out, and she had a smile on her face knowing the owner's friend knew the gossip of the block. The owner invited Chisa and Momo to the back as she looked around before taking them into the back room.
“You two are in big trouble, you know Natsuyaki is bad news but you guys decided to help her cause.” Chisa and Momo looked at each other in confusion.
“Miya has only asked us about Saki and that's about it.” Chisa bit down on her lip.
“Well the school is having a meeting about the explosion yesterday, the principal has found out that Miya tortured the two people responsible and a threat has been spread about retaliation. So, to be safe, you have to avoid Natsuyaki and her boss for a while.” She slid a card over to them.
It had a number to call and the friend winked at them as they came out of the backroom. They walked out the front entrance to the empty street as they started to realize why Miya had been hiding last night. Chisa looked at the card and stuck it in her pocket as she looked over at Momo with a concerned look.
“Well, I think we better lay low for a while, Miya is going to be looking for familiar people and if we get involved, we are going to be left with the stains so let's go back home.” As they started to walk, Maimi bumped into them.
“Oh, you two, I guess you heard the news, the big bosses want Miya grounded for interrupting my plans.” Maimi rubbed her hands together.
“What do you mean by grounded?” Chisa asked.
“Take her out, like dead.” Maimi threatened them with a knife.
“What does it relate to us?” Chisa asked as the quivering became stronger in her voice.
“Money, there is a reward if you do catch her.” Momo and Chisa nodded as they looked at the amount and their jaws dropped.
“Surprised? Don't be because if you hide her, we will find you guys too and follow suit, so do get in contact with us.” Maimi handed them a piece of paper with a phone number written on it.
“Okay, we'll try to contact you if we have any information.” The duo walked quickly back to their house and plopped onto the couch as they closed their eyes.
Chisa could only imagine where she would be but to track her down would be going against the owner but Maimi would kill them if they knew so they took a chance to call the number on the card and a familiar voice was on the other side.
“Where are you?” Chisa asked.
“I'm in Osaka, if you want to join come along, since school will be closed today, might as well enjoy your freedom.” Miya laughed with another voice in the back.
“No thank you, I don't want to be a burden.” Chisa hung up the phone and laid on her side as Momo ran through her hair. She looked up at Momo as her usual happy self had turned into a gloomy person and the thoughts were similar but it came down to another call.

A short chapter about the importance of friendship
Chapter 19
Chisa placed the paper on the table as she looked at Momo with a serious look on her face, Momo grasped the phone in her hand, and handed it over to Chisa, who put it back down on the table. She looked up at the ceiling and picked up the phone to call Miya. The phone rang twice and Miya answered with a happy tone in her voice.
“Miya, we have to tell you something.” Chisa quietly held it to her ear as Momo sat back.
“Maimi is after me and the school was shut down just in case, Rii and Airi decide to get back at me, right?” Chisa paused for a moment before sitting up.
“How did you know?” Chisa asked.
“It's never quiet when there is someone always talking, also Maimi has something coming her way, that would reconsider her choice. I figured she got you guys in somehow so I'll let you in on the secret, Maimi has a property in the area, she has been stocking up goods for her group but what she doesn't know is that Airi has been stealing from it every day.” Chisa nodded as she hung up on Miya and dialed the phone number provided by Maimi. Maimi answered with a concerned tone as she tried to keep her voice away from the phone down.
“Okay, I solved a particular problem and I screwed up on this but if you do hear from Miya, please don't hesitate to call.” Maimi hung up and looked over at Airi.
“Maimi-chan, I was going to pay you back.” Maimi turned and scoffed at her.
“It doesn't matter now, you go out and find Miya, we need to talk. Also, call Reina, I'll go talk to her right away.” Maimi commanded with Rii still in the room.
Rii looked into Maimi's eyes and began to feel a rage in her as she kept her hands in the back and staring down the gun on her hip. Maimi removed the gun and laid it on the table as they were both left in the room and Risako closed the door. Risako sat in the chair while watching Maimi put another piece of candy into her mouth.
“Airi told me what happened, so you are not at fault, but being Miya's friend, you are on leave from today on, Airi can take care of this but I am going to let you decide on this move, I will not kill you for whatever you decide but since it is worth your time, you get the pleasure to take on what you need.” Risako walked out of her door and onto the pavement as she looked around before taking out her cell and pondered about calling Miya. After a few minutes, she put it back into her pocket and Risako decided to walk back home.

Yay Chisa and Momo didn't betray Miya in the end but infact kinda half sorted out the problem, Mind you, if Mai though she had problems she should look at Miya, she seems totally in trouble!

Chapter 20
Momo and Chisa snuggled up together on the couch with nothing else on the television box, they decided to have their fun being the envious couple. Their lips made contact for a brief moment before the phone rang and Momo answered it to find Chii on the other side.
“Something is wrong, why is Yurina acting weird?” Chii's tne gave a chill down her spine.
“What do you mean? How is she acting?” Momo asked as Chii looked over to see her pacing back and forth.
“She is just pacing and I don't what is on her mind, please help me.” Momo hung up the phone and dragged Chisa from under the blanket out to the porch. Chisa pouted at Momo for ruining a perfect moment, but running over to Yurina's house, they saw a person at the front door. They hid behind the tree as they looked closely at the girl, it was Airi. Both look each other in fear as Airi turned to see the two hiding. She ran over to the couple and slammed them into the tree with a gun into their faces.
“Where's Miya?” Airi demanded.
“We don't know....” Momo answered and was slapped across the face.
“Airi, please stop, Miya is not here.” Airi put the gun down and sighed.
Airi squatted over the gun as the tears flowed out of her, she never felt out of place before and the timing was perfect for anyone to destroy a friendship. Airi stood back up and leaned against the tree as she unwrapped a new package of bubble gum.
“Maimi was my best friend since I was little, she would always stand up to bullies, and punch anyone who teased about my teeth. I know I am not perfect but she would always try to put a smile on face and always would tell me that she would one day fix them.” Airi laughed as the duo nervously giggled.
“But, Risako came from a rich family and she flashed the cash I needed for the procedure and looking at Maimi, I never felt so lost in my life, however I hated Miyabi because Risako liked her a lot and needed the money so I took her in and Maimi seemed happy but later on I learned that she had the money that she had worked for and Risako held the money against me as she knew about me hating Miya, so I wanted to get rid of her.” Momo and Chisa felt their throats drying up as they couldn't rat out Miya for Airi's sake.
“Airi, why don't you ask Maimi for forgiveness?” Chisa asked and Airi quickly swallowed her gum.
“That is what I am afraid of.... Maimi trusted me with being a good friend and I turned my back at her because of hatred. How do you think Maimi feels?”
“She's hurt but she understands.” Momo stood up to Airi.
“But...” Momo put her finger on her lips.
“Don't you ever think she would throw away the money she saved up for you. She may have felt betrayed but she will never give up on you for bad decisions. Miya will come back to face her but she has her own issues to resolve and let her do so and you can do what you have to do.” Momo started to breathe hard after her speech and Airi stood there absorbing her words that were like arrows piercing her body.
“Momo.... thank you for that, Miya will be back because Reina is with Maimi and she has to come back if Reina has to talk about the situation. For now, I will wait and also tell that tall girl to stop worrying, I wanted my answer and I guess you guys gave me it in the obvious way.” Airi snuck the gun back into her pocket as Momo and Chisa walked over to Chii's house.
“So... is Airi going to find Miya?” Chii asked.
“She'll wait, and Yurina don't worry eh?” Yurina stopped and looked at Momo.
“Yeah... stop... I'll think about it more.” Yurina landed back on the couch and closed her eyes as they left the house but in the middle of the street was Miyabi looking at the moon glowing over her. She started to walk over to the warehouse where the meeting was located and Momo and Chisa watched outside as the lights go brighter and waiting for the action to start.

Hmm, Airi seems a bit unstable at the moment dosn't she, perhaps she will calm down if Maimi forgives her? at least Chisa and Momo managed to talk her out of doing something stupid right away....
So Miya has gone to meet with the other members of the gang, I hope she will be ok :cry:

Chapter 21
Miya pushed open the doors as the light hit her body and seeing the glaring lights she entered the room with Reina and Maimi waiting at a table. Miya sat down as she saw the glass of water for her and sipped a bit before their business was going to be conducted.
“Natsuyaki-san, nice to finally meet you.” Maimi extended her hand to Miya.
“Same here....” Miyabi turned away as Reina grabbed her by the shirt.
“She is a personal friend of mines, so please show her respect.” Miya pulled away from Reina's grasp and Maimi began to smirk at her.
“I would wonder how you would feel about Saki knowing your profession.” Miya hand closed into a fist and quickly turned to Maimi's attention. Miya sat back down again to Maimi's amusement as she laid out a contract in front of her.
“Reina and I have been talking about letting you go without any cost, however you are to remain a silent partner.” Miya felt her phone rang and quickly went to the corner of the room as she looked back at Maimi. She kept the phone close to her ear as she heard all the details:
1) A person was outside the warehouse
2) She had a suitcase filled with money
3) The caller was a debtor.
Miya hung up the phone and went back to the table as she saw the rules she had to abide by and took the pen to sign it. She looked over to them and folded the paper in her hand as she began to think about her. As she walked away, Airi came into the room and held up a knife to her, Reina stood up to protect Miya but Maimi instructed everyone to calm down. Airi walked closer as Miya began to step backwards toward the table.
“Airi, ENOUGH! You don't have to do this.” Maimi went closer to Airi and she began to swing the knife at her.
“Rii... Rii... She was my girlfriend... How could you break us apart???” Her eyes began to slant as she only concentrated at her. Airi lunged toward Miya and Miya caught her with an elbow and fell to the ground. Miya kicked the knife toward Maimi as Miya began to walk toward the door and bowed to Reina and Maimi before walking out. Airi stood up in front of Maimi as she began to cry in front of her.
“Stand up, not in front of Reina, she is less tolerable about emotions.” Maimi instructed Airi as Reina began to walk out the door and Chisato came running into the room.
“Why are you in here? Get out, this area is dangerous...” Before Maimi could finish Mai came in with the suitcase filled with money. Maimi popped open the suitcase filled with the money Mai owed, Maimi closed the suitcase, and nodded her head.
“You two, out, I accept this and we will end this issue right now.” Chisa and Mai walked out of the building with Mai leaning on Chisa. Momo, Yurina, and Chinami stood outside with Saki as Miya ran over to her. Chisa ran back to Momo's arms and hugged her as Mai stood alone across from them. Chisa turned and signaled her to come over.
“Chisa-chan, thank you for being confident in me and made me realize that I needed to pay this off.” Mai wrapped her arms around her as Momo patted her on the head and took her hand back to her house as Mai walked to the bus depot alone. Saki walked back over to the store as Miya followed her until she got to the back entrance.
“Miya, why didn't you tell me about your past earlier?” Saki turned to see Miya looked away from her.
“If I told you, I thought you would break off anything to deal with me, but I wanted to get out when I started to talk to you and....” Saki pecked her on the cheek.
“I would never do that... I am a sucker for bad girls.” Saki stuck out her tongue as Miya gave her a kiss before Saki's shift.
Chisa and Momo sat together as they shared a soda together and began to laugh at the current adventure, Chisa leaned on Momo as she looked into her eyes. Chisa leaned in with her lips and Momo blocked with a pillow.
“Hey....” Momo bonked her on the head and started to roll over onto her stomach.
“You are so cute, I'll give you a kiss and you'll enjoy it.” Momo pressed her body on top of hers and kissed her on the lips as they lived up to moment for the first time and when Momo pulled back, Chisa smiled to her friend, and just stayed in her arms for the night and maybe for the future.

Well nice too see that it all worked out O.K. in the end, plus Miya Kicked Airi's ass :lol:
I do feel sorry for Mai however, I was :cry: when you wrote about her walking to the bus depot alone.....
So Saki likes bad girls does she :lol: Nice to she she and Miya will be O.K.
As will Chisa and Momo, perhaps they will get some time to themselves now.....

to wrap it up, it was not suppose to get back into what i did for sniper girl but I guess Miya's character had to develop something of a gang girl trying to go good for the girl but I wanted to concentrate on how Chisa and Momo made everyone better off, although in a very minuscule way :nervous
Thanks for everyone to replying and reading the story, I am currently looking forward to something back into the kids later on in the month as a one-shot a hint is a song that I really liked but for the coupling it might be an old-school couple or the ones that are set in general along with an OG pairing for another one-shot, so I am trying to make it selective so everyone has a chance to read or reply especially the ones who keep it to a certain couple or theme :nervous
