Incidentally, did anyone here happen to notice something weird with Ep. 23? When I played it on MPC and VLC it suddenly went extra-wide after the opening flash screen (which made everything look wider/flatter). Now it's an easy enough thing to fix, and in the long run not that big of a deal, but if the rest of the eps continue this trend, it's just going to be annoying, you know?

So according to the rumors I've heard, a few of TV-Nihon's subbing staff have quit. No idea who specifically left, or the reasons why they left, but it looks like it's serious enough that TVN has started a recruitment drive for new staff.

I DO know that the people that left played big roles in subbing Gekiranger, which could explain why last week's ep still hasn't been released. Looks like the days of subbing the shows within the same week is behind us now (though to be honest, I was surprised that they were able to keep that up for this long).

Best of luck to TVN in their efforts to rebuild.
