It's based on your computer's internal time, not the current time in Japan. You can just adjust by increments of 1 minute and save each picture.

I think Universus's batch on the H!O tracker was ripped from youtube. These were not reencoded but I did change the file extension from .f4v to .mp4.

So if you wanted to see this Moeno picture, the link would be http://www.bijint.com/jp/img/clk/1804.jpg. However this only works if your computer clock is this exact time or you use some sort of referrer control like RefControl with which you can view any time between 0000-2359.

Did anyone check out the screensavers from the website? I've been trying to look up how to extract the data but not even Google knows. I wanted the pictures of the girls that were used in screensaver B. They scale with desktop resolution, so I wanted the images in their biggest sizes and original DPIs. Since I couldn't figure it out, I had to set my resolution to its max(2048x1536) and printscreen each girl as she popped up in the screensaver animation. I ended up putting this huge image together from the captures:

Maybe someone here can figure out how to extract the original images. Or maybe someone with a higher desktop resolution can screencap larger pictures.
