WHY AM I NOT SURPRISED once again?  Mayu is sure a fail when it comes to throwing things, remember the time when she had her solo live and she had to throw those balls with her siggy? FAIL. and even with the baseball bat itself... FAIL. Also, the time when she had to throw posters during her international promo? FAIL. even an airplane which naturally was invented to FLY....still FAIL. 

but what matters most is the aftermath. LOOK AT THAT ADORABLE REACTION  cute. And yeah..

I actually noticed she has this habit of saying sorry or even bowing on silly things, LOL even the time on Mecha Ike when they found out Yukirin and Tomo's pictures got scribbled on allegedly by Mayu.. she said gomenasai with a dead serious face.

Watanabe Mayu (19) and Shimazaki Haruka (19) are attending their coming of age ceremony on the 13th of this month. They are both turning 20 years old in March.  A part of within yourself where you think “I’ve become an adult”?

Mayuyu: Recently, I’ve properly been able to put into words the things that I’m thinking about. I wonder if I’ve grown little by little.

Paruru: I have been able to ward of things. My heart has gotten wider. I think I’ve gotten stronger. No matter what people say I don’t get hurt (laughs). I’ve gotten to think that it’s fine whatever people say.

 The part where Watanabe-san feels Shimazaki-san’s adultness?

Mayuyu: She’s fashionable.

Paruru: Today is amazing (bitter laugh)

Mayuyu: Short sleeves…(laughs). But, I always see your fashion and think you’re fashionable.

 The part where Shimazaki-san feels Watanabe-san’s adultness?

Paruru: Everything. Even in this interview, it doesn’t seem like we’re the same age, isn’t she level-headed!? Mayu-san is cute and as an idol she’s perfect!

Mayuyu: No no….(Blushes and laughs)

Paruru: We don’t see each other in private! I don’t know what Mayu-san does on her days off.

 Conversely, what childish aspect do you feel within yourself?

Mayuyu: My eating habits. I have a lot of likes and dislikes, and ever since I was small I couldn’t eat vegetables. When I become an adult, I think that I have to fix my eating habits.

Paruru: I have a lot of childish aspects, but I don’t want to fix them.

 What aspects?

Paruru: My attitude comes out right away. If I dislike it, I dislike it, and if I’m tired, I’m tired (bitter laugh). (TN: Pretty much means that it shows when she feels a certain way)

 Shimazaki-san has become more of an adult lately!?

Paruru: Is that so!? I’ve certainly been able to answer the questions compared to before (laughs)

 Your vocabulary increased than before!?

Paruru: Vocabulary…? Ah, that’s right! When I become an adult, I want to remember more words (laughs)

 From now on as an adult, what role would you carry on in AKB?

Mayuyu: Since long ago, AKB is a place where its good qualities and importance are conveyed to the girls who are newly joined, so I’d like for that to be properly conveyed.

 It’s surely an adult role!?

Mayuyu: Since before, the seniors who supported AKB are graduating one after the other which feels dangerous, that awareness has sprouted.

 What about Shimazaki-san?

Paruru: I’m bad at handshake events…No matter how hard I try it’s impossible so I’ll just leave it alone (bitter smile)

Mayuyu: You’ll leave it alone!? (laughs)

Paruru: I’ll try my best at other things. For example, when I appear solo on magazines, people learn about me, and it’d be great if people who aren’t interested in AKB become interested. Anything is fine, but I’d like to look for a new position.
