The chocobo from FFV. Seriously, that is one fun bird.

Edgar from FFVI. Womanizing inventor/emperor FTW.

The supporting cast of mages, clerics and cross knights in Bahamut Lagoon. The main characters annoyed me but the rest of them were hilarious. Especially the super gay old summoner, Sendak

Leliana from Dragon Age Origins. I would date that girl. Lol. Oh Morrigan and Wynne were awesome too! All the girls are awesome in DA:O. Including Shale. Especially Shale. Lmfao.
