No further info but it's listed under "J-Pop instrumentals" so I'm guessing it's the Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra performing AKB48 songs...

Nice! I've always loved what Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra did with AKB48 songs. Will be buying this album for sure.
Here are samples of their AKB48 covers on Youtube :thumbsup

Interesting. The samples from what you linked sound really good, but I hope they pick better songs that suit an orchestral arrangement. For example, I really don't think an orchestra should do Beginner

I really don't think an orchestra should do Beginner
After hearing the audio samples, I actually like what they've done with Beginner. It still packs a punch like the original song. Also, Oogoe Diamond should be a blast to listen to live :twothumbs
Kaze wa Fuiteiru sounds rather weak and different initially but it's one of my favourite AKB48 songs so I'm still intrigued and itching to hear the full orchestra version of it. On the other hand, Sakura no Ki ni Narou is simply beautiful.
