Feels like an odd twist on Majisuka. That boys school classrooms look like they could have come right out of a Majisuka ep. But certainly interesting that they've made the girls school a complete opposite.
Well, I haven't watched the whole first ep yet, just part of it. I'll watch the rest tomorrow.
My thoughts so far are.
I like the fact that the guys are the yankii school because the fights are a lot more dynamic than those in Majisuka (that was the only thing I didn't like about Majisuka, I could rarely take the fights very seriously).
I like the contrasting peace and serenity of the girls school.
There are quite a few girls in here that I'm fast becoming big fans of (Esp Paruru who I started to really like a few months back).
The only downside is that the whole yankii thing really doesn't do anything for me. It was kinda fun in Majisuka because I was emotionally invested in the girls and it let me see them behaving very differently to how they usually are. But in this show I can see those segments potentially putting me off.
I can definitely see myself watching at least the first few episodes if anything because I'm really intrigued to see how they involve the 2 schools with each other. I think I'll probably have to wait for subs though cause I'm a bit lost with the plot right now.
