It’s a New Page!
Just watched “Cheer Dance” (aka ‘Let’s Go, Jets’),
which starred Suzu Hirose and Ayami Nakajo - and really
enjoyed the performance of Yurina san.
Her role was the ‘bad guy’ - in this case she played a talented dancer
who was a key member of the struggling team. But her character looked
down upon the members who were newer to dance than her, and then quit the team,
telling them they had no chance to win the All Japan contest, let alone compete in the U.S.
Her character told her former team mates that she was going to make it big in ballet, and that they
were to end up in loser-ville.....
Well we all know how that will end....
From a scene in the film, Yurina’s character getting
in the face of Hirona Yamazaki’s character (a loner hip hop
Dancer), while unsure captain (Ayami Nakajo) looks on.
But these pictures of the cast show that Yurina was well
loved by her cast mates...

More recently Yurina starred in a play, and received some congratulation
flowers from the magazines in which she regularly appears
