I think those events she's holding are open to everyone ...
For the handshake, you probably need to buy the single or something ...
and they might only let a certain numbers of people in ..

That mini concert, probably no DVD ... I'll be content if there's a fanrecord later on

dreams do come true!! i actually just went to one of those handshake events today and got to meet Fujimoto Miki in person face to face and shake her hand!!
