I did an unnecessary(?) job and counted your comments one by one (excluding my posts and comments). It's 217. A big thank you for that.

16. Truth About Vampires IIAh, I am here again? What's with the cameraman? Is he shivering because of me? He should shiver out of cold. He really is not my type to begin with. And it's past my dinner time. Also, I only have a certain type of dessert, so he should just stop shivering. I want to look good on camera. So, for those seeing me for the first time, I am Kashiwagi Yuki, better known as Black, a vampire. All the information I revealed last time, I won't say any of it today. If you missed it, it's your problem. If you want to know what you missed, well, find your ways to watch it.
Um, what should I talk about this time... ah, okay. I know a lot of people are probably wondering about Gekikara and what is my relation to her. Well, we are cousins. We share the same mother, but our fathers are different. See, for humans if one parents is the same, you are called half siblings. In vampire society, it's a bit different. You can be called half siblings ONLY if your father is the same and mothers different. If your mother is the same, but fathers are different, you automatically become cousins. See, in our society it is a very common thing for a male vampire to have a lot of females throughout his reign. I am not saying it is a good thing, no one does. But the laws are like that since a very old time and no one is willing to change it. You are then probably asking what about two mothers that have a child. Well, this becomes a bit more complicated. There are times when one of the females takes another female's last name. Then the one who's last name is shared between the two of them automatically becomes the 'dad' or authoritative figure. Now, if this doesn't happen, there's another way to find out. A ritual must be performed in order to determine who gave birth to the child. Now this is only done when we talk about two vampire females. I guess I should talk first about giving birth as a vampire.
Unlike human females, vampire females don't carry the baby inside them for nine months. They produce tiny eggs inside them, and after a very complicated process during the love making - which I won't explain to you since this is a very long scientific and biological matter - the eggs turn into this palm-sized cocoon. It is then kept in the coldest and darkest part of the house - not the freezer or fridge, for god's sake - until it hatches and the baby cries. Since the cocoon has a lot of eggs in it and only one of them was the one that brought the baby to life, it usually is very hard to determine who's egg was it made from, if both parents are females. Thus the ritual process. Once again, it is another long boring explanation thus I am not going to explain to you the whole complicity of it. So yeah, now you know how to determine who's a 'daddy'.
When we talk about a vampire female and human female, whoa re parents of the child. It's obvious that the 'dad' is a vampire female, because human females don't produce such kind of eggs. Once again, the process of how vampire female's eggs mix and do the magic with the human female's eggs is very long and complicated and biological and what not. So all you must know, is that the human female does carry the vampire baby inside her, but not for nine months. Usually it's around the length of the vampire baby's cocoon hatching process, which is approximately two months. Now, let's change the boring talk to something more fun.
So, me and Gekikara are cousins and we are very close. but there are times when I am not so sure if I wanna be cousins with her. Her mental levels are below low. Seriously. She can be clever only when talking about her prey. That's about it. She's like a little child one has to take care of, or madness would ensue. Sometimes it's fun, but sometimes it can get on one's nerves. And usually I am a very calm person. You know, just last week she went with Atsuko to this mission; I talked about the police deals last time. And she returned from it completely soaked in blood, like, seriously, soaked in it. Usually I don't mind, but we, vampires, also can get cold - which means we get fever, and that is never a good sign for cold blooded creatures like us. It was very cold outside that night and she looked like she swam in a pool of blood and human parts. I could smell some animal blood from her too and it really was a sight that made me worry. You know what she replied to me when I asked her what happened? She giggled and went to sleep. Not even washing herself up. You have no idea how much work the maids had the next day. Happenings like that make me think sometimes about what was her dad like that she turned out this way. And what was our mom thinking, being with a man like that. Our mother is certainly very clever and lady-like. Ugh, I am scared to think what Gekikara's kids will be like.
You know, one thing I am very happy and glad about is Atsuko. She was my classmate in the Royal Academy for Vampires in Venice. We had top grades and it was fun times. And now she is in love. completely in love. Madly in love. With a human. And I am really happy for her. The only thing I worry about is that the human she fell for is more manly(?) than she is. Usually a vampire is the 'dad' for the kid when we talk about both female mothers, right? But in this case.... To me, Takamina seems more fitting to be the 'head' of the family. I cannot imagine her giving birth for some reason, I don't know why. Like I said, she just has so many man-like features.
She, compared to my mate.... Uhm... You...you didn't hear my last sentence, right?... Ah, you did... Well, yeah, I have a mate now... Compared to last time, when I was mate-less, now I am very lucky to have one. And it's the one I have been wanting and craving for ages... Okay, ages doesn't really fit in this case but... I am not sure if I wanna reveal any details... I guess since you heard what I said, I should disclose at least a bit...
My cute adorable doll-like cyborg. I am seriously so in love with her, so infatuated and compelled. She is everything and even more than I could have ever wanted. Her porcelain white skin looks so beautiful in the moonlight and when I sink my teeth into it, it's so soft and tender. And her blood is the most delicious thing I have ever tasted in my entire life. It's so smooth and sweet and slightly spiced and I just cannot get enough of it. She's so perfect. The way she talks and thinks is unlike anyone else. She is a model student in her class and her IQ is extremely high. I never hid from her my identity, I knew she would figure it out very soon if I did and then I would lose a chance to get close to her.
Back then I didn't know she was my mate, but I was extremely drawn to her and apparently she was too. Only after she let me taste her blood that I discovered she was my mate. Blood unlike anyone else's. Super sweet, smooth with slight spiciness to it. Exactly what a mate's blood should be like. A taste you won't get anywhere else. And then each of them also have their own aftertaste. Hers is buttercup honey and it's just the best thing ever. And she always smells so nice and when we cuddle... And the way she arches her back or moa.... Ughkfhbdkgbreg... CHANGE OF TOPIC.
I realized us vampires and you humans can get along pretty well and live alongside each other. Obviously, there always gonna be those trying to do the wrong thing, trying to go against the law, there never gonna be a day when we don't see crime. But I feel like working together we can lessen it and make our lives so much better. Until I meet you guys next time, please stay safe and be good to the ones you love. Take care fo them and yourselves. Until next time (hopefully not).
TO BE CONTINUED(?).
