I like how it was pretty much a video montage, heh. I guess it documents AKB48's rise from another perspective, that's not really seen unless you're a fan enough to follow their activities outside of mainstream music shows. I think it's quite refreshing, moving from the usual pop sound we've gotten used to hearing when it comes to AKB48 (SnS not included, obviously), but maybe I'm just a sucker for songs like this. There weren't tears or anything, some dust just got into my eyes, dammit!
Apparently, AKB48 became really popular through the use of delicious idol tears.
