I wonder what's the reaction of Mark Cuban?

Suprised I ain't seen too much of him since game 1 where he look pissed as hell! He prolly gon talk about selling the team just like when he lost to miami, then not sell it and try again next year.

Alba believes!

dont count out the Mavs yet.....but hopefully we can finish this one off tomorrow

we need monta to get going again..and anything from Harrington would be nice....Nelson said it may be a 6 man rotation and
that may drain out everyone for the next round....MP came up huge last night and got the game ball from Nelson.

anyways GO DUBS!!!!

btw if anyone waht to DL on BT game 4 ...im seeding it now here

Alba ftmfw! I mean damn how can you not try your best when she's watching??

If Mavs lose, I say goodbye to MVP for Dirk

Yeah one of the espn columnists were talking about him being the first MVP to have to fly back from vacation to get his award, I wonder if this would happen, if they get beat tonight aint it possible? Cuz aren't all the votes already in?

nice 3-pointer by robert horry, now where have i seen that before

i'm pretty sure dirk will get the mvp award, its based on what you do in the regular season.  thats why they have a seperate mvp award for the playoffs right? and yeah, it will be a little weird to see him accept the trophy while him and his team is out of the playoffs

Let's go, Warriors, hopefully they'll pull it out tonight and close out the series against the Mavs.
Pulling for the Warriors to pull that 8th seed upsets 1st seed in a 7 games series, first time ever.

MVP is supposed to be for statistics of regular season. But  I think the votes of sportswriters are not in yet until later the playoffs

MVP gets awarded in the second round of the playoffs so there's a chance the first round performances of the players may influence it.

anything that happens in the playoffs does not affect the MVP for the season as
the votes are all in before the playoff starts.

I'm from San Antonio but will never like the Spurs, since most are bandwagon fans after the Tim Duncan acquisition.  That and I did work for the Spurs in their legal counsel.

OH HELL YEAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!

Spurs have done it, win their 1st round series 4-1, deja vu against the Nuggets from 2 years ago.
Now they wait and see who their 2nd round opponent will be.

Dirk was quite magical last time around. 9 points down and he made back to back 3's

If the warriors had kept their composure and hadn't put up so many 3's near the end of the game, they would've won. I don't see the series returning to Dallas. Warriors in 6.

Yeah 0-8 with 5 3pt attempts, yeah that was a lil too much 3pt attempts. Kinda pissed they actually got shutout like that after such a great game, I'm hoping they can take it back at home but what Nowitzki did eerily reminded me of what Wade did last year in game 3 of the finals. The heat were down just like the mavs and then their all-star brings em back to win and that swung all the momentum back to the team that was down, I hope that doesn't happen here.

Close it out Baron!

Warriors gotta play smart and close it out tonight.
They can do it, and if the Warriors have a good lead in the last 3 minutes, they should not start jacking up shots, but instead use better time management, run the clock down and not give the Mavs any help with ill advised 3's that lead to long rebounds and potential fast-breaks for the Mavs.

Come on, Warriors, close it out and complete the upset tonight.

Exactly, they need to manage their time which they are just about to do. As of this writing it's 5 minutes left, Jason Richardson just scored 5 points within damn 15 seconds to push the lead to 24, sorry but there's no way Mavs are coming back...........

Congratulations Warriors on advancing to the second round!!!!

They were just the perfect matchup against the Mavs just like the Bulls were for the Heat. Let's hope my Rockets take it when they get back to Houston.
