I was wondering... maybe that's how people show that they don't approve of her graduation... I mean, Atsuko left on her peak and really, the group was really strong... now it kinda is going downhill..unless this shuffle proves us wrong and the group thrives again... I mean, look, they even are accepting babas into the group now... I am just saying...Yuko leaving this group now, at these hard times, is a huge blow... (not that I do not support her decision, she is my Kami oshi and I think she is one of the best actresses in the whole Japan). That might be just my two cents though...

Yes, AKB48 has been going downhill. I think we all feel that in some way or other.
It's inherent to the structure of an idol group. Old gens make the group great and the newer gens can never fill that legacy in a shorter time-frame.
On the plus side, this structure also mean no single girl can bring down AKB48. Not Acchan, not Yuko, not Miki.

This single is their 15th consecutive million seller. What are we even talking about.
The sales are still good, the girls are still cute and entertaining, they still release tons of merch we want, plenty of fun TV shows...

Damn negativity lately. That's not the jph!p way!
