Either I'm posting in the wrong forum or there really aren't as many Chemistry fans as I thought. Anyways, moving on to some JRock. Here's TH6's first album. I really like the first and last 4 tracks in this one, since the middle ones sound kinda generic.

I was pleasantly surprised when I first heard her stuff a little while back. Now, I've only listened to Heavenly and I like the pop/rock stuff. February is more straight forward pop, right?

Yes^^ February had more of an 80's-pop style... This side of Tomoko-chan is the "cooler," edgier rock-type of her persona^^
Personally, I prefer Heavenly (though I like both! :inlove:) Her first album was awesome, straight through, and you know how rare it is to find an album where ALL the songs are good! :heart: :heart: :heart:

Last.fm (http://www.last.fm/user/seanas/charts/?charttype=overall&subtype=album) tells me i've listened to her first album more this year than any other album: it's an excellent album. i'm not really a fan of her february6 stuff, but the heavenly6 (including the new single) is all great.

Yeah, it definitely is time!!^^ If she is going to release another single December 6, then there will probably be an album release sometime in early 2007... Maybe on February 6, for her b-day^^ LOL :heart:

Lately it seems Heavenly's image is getting a little more "creepier"... Her latest PV's tend to be along the same lines as the one for +Gothic Pink+, which was a great song^^ I don't mind the creepiness, though... Adds to her charm! :inlove:

Me, too!!^^ I didn't really like the Avril comparisons... Tommy is so much more unique and innovative than Avril, it seems unfair to me XD

Heavenly's image and sound is a lot cooler than February's... at least in my opinion^^ But I do like February, too... Her sound had to grow on me, though, whereas when I first heard Heavenly, I immediately fell in love^^ :heart: :heart: :heart:

Tommy is awesome, February's PV are nearly always funny, so I prefer her persona a bit more & songs :)
Tomiko herself is really quite professional in person, like in interviews, Heavenly & February are her on stage "characters"

Does anyone still hear `Lollipop Candy♥BAD♥girl' even after halloween? I know that it should considered like a seasonal thing but I still play it.
I can't help it! The song is still etched in my head!! :)
BTW, does anyone know where I get get the complete english translation to this song? I did do some searches but I only came across the original lyrics which is more or less half english and half japanese.
I was actually hoping, more like expecting, someone to sub the PV but noone did :( And I am still waiting........ this would have helped also.

I think I prefer TF6 to TH6 from what I've heard so far - Every Day at the Bus Stop is poppy and mournful at the same time in a way that I just love, but I'll have to investigate both further.

Strangely, I had visited Cori's page when the song was first released but at that time there was only the original translation. I never thought about going back there to re-check the page :doh:
Though after watching the PV, I kinda knew that the song was about the conflict between both her personalities - one side bad the other good and which one would dominate (hence the reference to Prince's Gemini character).
Of course, Tommy heavenly6 had abit of an edge... It's her video :)

I like how she's incorporating her February personality into the PV's for Heavenly :heart: I really miss February! :ksad: I thought for sure Tomoko would keep up both personalities when she released Lonely in Gorgeous back in 2005, but that seemed to be the last of February until her "reappearance" in Heavenly's recent PV's

Everything she has released since her last album has been great IMO. Even better than her first few singles. Thats already five singles since Heavenly6's debut album. A new album next. Yes! And i think she looks hotter than before too.

I've been excitedly awaiting her next album for awhile. I hope her next album has all of the singles shes released since I'm Gonna SCREAM+ plus alot of new songs.

i've had a chance today to listen to this (on repeat all day and now all night) and i can say a: there are no glitches on the rip; b: i'll be pre-ordering it asap; and c: it's fucking fantastic. her self-titled album was my favourite album of last year; i think Heavy Starry Heavenly is better.

I wish Tomoko would bring February back too, actually... She was so much fun (the flask XD LOL) I kind of thought she would when February was making those 'cameo' appearances in the Heavenly PV's, but so far no single or anything XD
Oh, and Heavenly's new album 'Heavy Starry Heavenly' was only so-so to me... I personally think her first one was better!

It's been ten years since the brilliant green debuted this year, and almost five years since they've done any activities/made any music together!

I have a lot of affection for the 'feburary 6' persona, but I didn't really think we would see her back again.
This decision makes a lot of sense. Ryo is a wonderful guitarist - he has the ability to use the instrument in a delicate understated way. Shunsaku, as musician and composer is second to none and Tomoko is a unique talent who intrigues and delights in equal measure. This announcement could well be the start of something good ...

My favorite song is Heavy Starry Chain.. and there are some kick-ass guitar parts in I Wanna Scream. I was a bit disappointed with the latest album.. it didn't have any catchy hooks.
