Yeah, it was a commercial song, but I'm not sure what for, I found a few company names inside the CD, but not familiar with the names. I'm pretty sure the b-side was a commercial song for a hair-cutting/salon business in Japan :D

I have found two videos of Phong Chi speaking in Vietnamese :

I can translate what she said in Vietnamese from 0:09 to 0:13 :
" My name is Phong Chi. I'm Vietnamese. I'm 19 years old. My parents come from Vietnam. "

I didn't understand very well what she said from 0:34 to 0:39.
She prononounce some words in South Vietnamese and others words in North Vietnamese.
I understand something like : " Come to visit the 2010 Vietnamese festival "
I think that she means the 2010 Vietnamese festival in Japan.

I can translate what she said in Vietnamese from 0:08 to 0:11.
She said : "Are you going to work ? Have go to work. "

If somebody can translate her Japanese part please so it would be fine to understand everything.

And for those who don't know, she has also a Youtube Channel called Viet Nam TV or locofactory : http://www.youtube.com/user/locofactory/videos
Phong Chi's official Twitter : https://twitter.com/Fonchi1216
Phong Chi's official blog : http://ameblo.jp/fonchi1216/

Phong Chi is known as a hardcore gamer, more specifically, a hardcore PS3 player.
One time she played Demon's Souls in her room and couldn't stop playing it for about 20 hours straight, resulting in skipping an appearance on the Idoling show.
She is also a wrestling fan, specifically a Dragon Gate fan and has several wrestling game titles.
She said her computer model in this video :

You can see Phong Chi breaking the glass with only two fingers at 1:47 and you can see her face again at 2:27 in the folowing music video :
Idoling : Don't think Feel!!! ( it is also the official song of the anime Fairy Tail ending 8 )

Phong Chi breaking the glass with only two fingers at 1:47

Phongchi graduated from Idoling in December 2011 to start a career in acting, alongside "Idoling No. 7" Erika Yazawa who would later become a comedienne.
I found some trailers of her upcoming movies :
code:nine/コードナイン <THE PILOT> SPECIAL予告編

フォンチー、黒田有彩、ヒガリノ主演 映画「Trick or Treat」予告編

She also does glamour modeling as a gravure idol for those who don't know.
Here are some sneak peek of her DVDs :

So what do you think about it ?

Fonchi san appeared in autumn 2020 in episode 5 of MIU404, a police drama starring Gen Hoshino and Go Ayano

Go Ayano, Fonchi, and Gen Hoshino

Daichi Watanabe & Fonchi

The episode dealt with the very real plight of foreign workers in Japan from Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries, who are legally brought in to take part in training / work programs, but end up being taken advantage of by employers and labor supply companies.

She now has a role in the main cast of a big TV drama called "Tokyo MER", a mobile emergency room.
