so, this seems like a good place to ask: can anybody think of any other gravure idols with a body shape similar to ai's? most are a bit too skinny for my tastes.

yoko matsugane from a few years ago was thick like ai, hitomi kitamura, rio natsume, hitomi aizawa, MEGUMI (retired now

So what is Megumi doing now? Is she still acting? I saw her in one television series "Last Christmas" with Yuji Oda and Akiko Yada, and Megumi did really well in a supporting role. Of course that drama was from 2004- so I hope she is still acting

I would say that Harumi and Yoko are idols who are the closer to Ai's look (old Yoko anyways), maybe Nonami would be considered "non skinny" during most of her career, but looks too thin in these last few previews... another oldie (and closer to Ai's age) is Ayano Yoshikawa, from the newer idols, Anna Itoh, Hana Haruna (now doing AV), Rui Kiriyama and Minami Narusawa, although the later two talk constantly about dieting and doing workout to loose weight...

I'd suggest Sayaka Isoyama and Yoko Mitsuya are also in the same class of body shape as Ai Shinozaki.
