I voted for Nono's because it's the version I listen to most.  I happen to really like her voice(if you couldn't tell lol) so I like how it sounds ^_^

Because Yuko didn't have a PV for it I think... ahah, and not to mention Kusumi had one to.

Hehe Kusumi's was horrible but it deserves to be mentioned.. Yuko's was extremely slow but I liked that, I would have voted for Yuko if on the poll.

Edit: Voted for Mari, surprised that I was the first.. Dunno something about it being in a classroom, reminiscing the past I liked that.

Yeah, i never heard yuko's or Kusumi's versions before.

Yuko's had BY FAR the best arrangement.

I liked Yuko's the best... but since she's not there, then I picked Risa's~

And Koharu's and Yossi's wouldn't count because they were actually singing them right there whereas the others were recorded. There's also a version done by Ichii Sayaka & Nakazawa Yuko on the Folks Songs album~ I like that one just as much as Yuko's! :heart:

My fav two versions are not on the list they would be Yuko Nakazawa and the duet of Furusato by Yuko Nakazawa and Ichhi Sayaka.

Furusato is, was, and is still considered to be Nacchi's song. She sang the whole thing in MM's version (the other girls were just backup), she has her solo version on her first album, and she sang it as her graduation song at her Sotsugyou Concert.

I vote for Nacchi (aka MM version).

I like Risa's the most. It suits her voice very nicely <3

Morning Musume's version is good, but Nacchi wasn't as good singer as later in that so I didn't wanna rank it as number one. Plus I like Gaki-san's version more. :D

Niigaki's version. Everything was wonderful. Loved her voice, wardrobe and the pv was great. The brolly was a nice touch :)

^ o.0 the morning musume version is the original single with Nacchi as lead XD

While many of the solos have been good, I can never be convinced that someone could sing it better than Nacchi~ :heart:

It has to be Nacchi singing in the Morning Musume version. Fantastic voice and she really gets the emotion across.

My favorite is Takahashi's, but I must admit I've never heard Yossi's version that was mentioned earlier.  Risa and Mari's versions are also good.

Tsuji's version... She's not like the Furusato's character, a woman talking about how she misses her hometown and how hurted by love she was, but I like the "children-look" that she had given to it. And in the PV, it looked like she was really into the song, with that sad expression.

Mine was a choice between Risa's and Tsuji's. I love how original Tsuji's voice sounds, but Risa's is just so... *_* It's wonderful. So I voted for Risa's.

I love Takahashi's voice I think her is the best version, followed by Risa's.

I like Risa's version. Takahashi's is a close second. I like Nono's and Mari's too, but I have a thing for deeper voices, especially in songs that are slow like "Furusato."
