Ethanol turned into food-grade alcohol

Now that ethanol has become common in gas tanks, two Iowa State University professors are working to get it into martini glasses.

How the hell did these guys get to be professors? Ethanol was present in drinking vessels a loong time before it got into gas tanks! Duh! :doh:

i dont know much about ethanol or whatnot.. but i prefer not to drink stuff thats also used to fuel my car..

I assume you never drink alcoholic beverages then? The alcohol in those is  ethanol you know...
