Best Friend

Part I

   I, Takahashi Minami also known as Takamina to my friends and I have a beautiful best friend Maeda Atsuko and I called her Acchan. We’re been friends since birth, I guess because our parents are closed so their daughters become also close not that close but very close to each other. We’re also been friend for almost five and a half years and today is our 6th anniversary for being together as BEST FRIEND as capital BEST FRIEND. You think that I am sarcastic here?! Yeah! That’s right  because I’ve been waiting for her almost two hours! What the hell?! This is the first time Atsuko did to me! But I am also worried to her what if she could be in danger? What will I am going to do? I am in panicked state right now and suddenly my phone ring and I get it from my pocket of my jacket. ”Moshi! Moshi! Takamina” The other line said. What the Hell Yuko!. ”Ui ! Don’t shout at my Nyan-nyan !”. S-sorry Haruna, I thought your Yuko. ”It’s okay Minami” Haruna said and I know if my friends call me Minami, there’s something wrong or bad will happened to me. What is it Haruna? I asked. “A-ano, Minami, I-. . .” What Haruna? I raised my tone and suddenly Yuko interrupted our conversation. “We see your beloved Acchan date a guy” the squirrel shout to me. What? Are you making fun of me again?! I shouted back to them. “See it for yourself Minami, We are here in AKB48 Romance Fine Dining Restaurant. Our table is located at the back where Acchan and the guy seat not a far from our table”.  Haruna said calmly and the call ended.  I Froze at where  I stand. I am confused on what Yuko and Haruna said to me about Acchan date a guy. Is my friend telling the truth? Or not? Or should I go to see it for myself? In the end, I decided to go to that damn restaurant.

After the long run from the park at this damn AKB48 Restaurant. I feel exhausted due to marathon and I am not an athlete so my legs are trembling and my body is full of sweat and the good thing I smell nice although my body is full of sweat. Before I enter the main door I fixed my jacket and I walk and there’s a lady who greet me. “Good Evening Sir! May I help you?” the waiter said. I guess I have a table because my friend invited me here. “okay Sir” the waiter bowed to me. I walk and I surprised on what I see. Atsuko holding hand to a guy and it seem very happy and sweet. I- I feel my heart is going to exploded due to heart break. My legs also trembling and I feel my tears are flowing in my cheeks but I managed to say.
A-acchan??? “M-Minami?”

Part II

   Atsuko seemed surprised to see me in this restaurant and her face is filled with guilt that I caught  dating with this stupid guy?! (what the hell?!) I screamed in my mind. “M-Minami, what are you do—I interrupted her by slapping his cheek. What I am doing here?! What the hell?! Atsuko!! I’ve been waiting for you to the park because it’s our 6th anniversary of being a BEST FRIEND and yet I see you dating this stupid guy and I punched him right at his face and he fell down. As I try to attack one more time, Atsuko shield her body to protect this stupid guy. (What is this? Why is she protecting that guy? I am very confused) “Why did you do that Minami?!” Atsuko shout and her eyes form a tears and I feel guilty but my heart and my mind screamed. Why you dating this stupid guy? I is not enough to make you happy? Atsuko? Why you betrayed me? I thought you love me more than a BEST FRIEND? I said it while my eyes is form also a tears but Atsuko seems mad and she said that my whole body, heart and soul totally breaks with her sudden confession. “I love you Minami as a friend but not that kind of love that you think. I am not a gay and I don’t want a friend “L” and this day our friendship ends and I just want to tell you that I and Sato Takeru are officially in a relationship”. “What are you doing this Atsuko?” Haruna asked and Yuko support my body not to collapsed and the patrons of that restaurant gaze on our spot. “You hear it Haruna what I said I hate “L’s”
Just like you and Yuko” Atsuko smirked to us. ‘it’s really disgusting that my friends are like that”. Yuko will attack Atsuko but I hold her hand in a firm grip and I said, Let’s Go guys, we don’t have to waste our time to that bitch. I smiled to them to assure that I am fine but in reality it really hurts that I want to die right now. After a few minutes, we leave this hell, I mean this damn restaurant.
This is the last time that I will see my beloved Atsuko whom I really love and I will miss her very much. Our closeness seems to end our wonderful memories will be forgotten. I said it while I crying so hard in the corner of our secret place.
