So I finally got to see this yesterday~ It's out on blu-ray now, and I had to get it. And, I mean... I didn't exactly have low expectations to this film, but I was still completely shocked at how entertaining and tongue in cheek it was.

I also enjoyed that the violence was cartoony and not too gory. Like, for instance Planet of Terror is great, but I can't sit down and watch it whenever I feel like it.. it takes a certain kind of mood and preparation, it's a bit too much... but Machete? Pure entertainment through, and through. I don't understand how this kept getting bland/bad reviews.

WERD! it's like a complete cartoon leave it at your door eh!! Wonder if they will really pull off the sequel.

Jessica Alba was just jaw dropping gorgeous.

I watched this last night. I honestly had no idea about the plot, cast, genre, etc, so I went in completely blank...

I f'ing loved this movie  Pure brainless entertainment with action, humor and boobs.
