What's your favorite movie franchise?
-
Jurassic Park, on account of dinosaurs.
-
Growing up, I loved Indiana Jones. I even watched the TV series. Oh snap, I forgot about Star Wars...
-
Gawd, it's hard to choose just one. @_@
I'll have to go with Star Wars, though.
-
I chose LOTR  All 3 movies are ace and even at its peak, I never got sick of the LOTR mania - probably because it's a beautiful world and they managed to cast such lovely, down-to-earth and good-looking people HAHAH. I still think about the LOTR world almost daily, even if I haven't read the books in many years.
I suppose I could've also voted Batman because I thought many of the films were awesome (Tim Burton's and now Nolan's). But as much as I liked them I never really was fanatic over them the same way I was over LOTR  I guess I don't feel for Bruce as much as I feel for those little hobbitses and elfies and stuffs.
Star Wars has most childhood memory value, but I had no real interest in the newer films.
AND DAT'S DAT
-
Star Wars, bitches!
-
honestly...HONESTLY. Harry Potter. FUCK YEAH
-
Star Trek, in a close call over Star Wars and Bond.
The trilogy of II, III, and IV have provided some of the best entertainment ever. And none of it was digitally warped for re-release.
-
second would have to be Bond. fucken love bond (nohomo)
-
Star Wars, if we forget the fucking garbage prequels.
-
Between Batman and Indiana Jones its so hard to choose.
-
Rocky is one of the favorites for me

Star Wars and The Godfather. I can't choose just one. But I guess I can for the poll.
The original Jurassic Park was my favorite movie as a little kid but I never saw the sequels. :sweatdrop:
-
It's really a tie for me between Spider-Man and Harry Potter, but I went with HP anyways
-
Star Wars of course, but then I thought about it a second, and eventhough the original trilogy is so great, the newer movies are really spoiling the franchise.
LOTR would have been my second choice, but I don't like the movies as much as I like the books.
So, Indiana Jones, I choose you!
-
Lord Of The Ring, best trilogy ever :yossi:
-
Back to the Future XD
-
The Lord Of The Rings. I grew up loving the Star Wars movies and was entertained by the new ones. But Episodes 1-3 lacked a little something that LOTR has:
-
Making me pick between LOTR and Star Wars? Unfair. LOTR is quality through and through, and I have a big thing for the books and world of Tolkien in general. Love Star Wars, but Episodes 1-3 make it iffy. Star Wars does put out quality in books and games (KOTOR :jerk:), though.
Star Trek is still top tier for me, but I prefer the shows, books, and games over the movies by far.
-
Star Trek, I have some models of the ships and many of the books incl. two special editions.
I grew up with the series. The sourroundings of that series was special. Own history, technical explanations...just its own universe.
-
I Like both LoTR and Star Wars ... but if you insist, I prefer Star Wars than LoTR ... :D
-
Matrix Beyond imagination
-
Would be Harry Potter but then they made the Goblet of Fire and it went rubbish. I voted for Star Trek. Could have voted other. The Back to the Future trilogy is the best!
-
TLOTR Return Of the King is a masterpiece, and the two towers Fight was amazing...
-
LOTR is a true masterpiece....good storyline and visual effects...
-
Didn't expect the Matrix to get so little votes
-
^ I've never seen the Matrix films, but I know some people resent it because they think Dark City deserved the fame more. Maybe that played a part.
-
Batman
