Although the magazine doesn’t state that Nakanishi Rina is Yamaguchi Riko, it does say “Nude Ex-AKB48 member” on the magazine.

A fan of Nakanishi Rina said, “I’m shocked and I can’t say a word. I want to know why she went this far, and what happened to her.”

Nakanishi Rina made a blog entry on June 6th, saying she will retire from the entertainment industry and go back to her hometown. That “hometown” seems to be the Adult entertainment industry.
