I don't exactly know what it is I like about Maasa so much. I don't think that I would say it's because she stands out, because Yurina and Saki satnd out just as much because of how they look. For some reason, I get this feeling from her that whenever she smiles, she really seems happy, and is not just doing it for the camera. Maybe it's just me, I don't know.

What I like about Maasa? She's entertaining. Like I said before, she's a great tsukkomi to Momo's boke. And she isn't shy around her senpais or tv hosts. Did you see her with Shiba-chan on HPH? That was awesome. And if you go back to  Berryz on Utaban (1st single), Maasa and Momo were the only one who actually said something. Plus, she can be really pretty sometimes (see huggum's post above me).

For those who are interested, I was really moved by the way she draws in her posters. Her kanji and her writing stands out of all the other Berryz and you can see that she's a very organized person. I love that.

I was very curious about the meaning of Maasa's name, and actually... it has a very pretty meaning.

Maasa's kanji is this one ----> 茉麻

The first kanji [[ 茉 ]] stand for "ma", which means "jasmine".

The second kanji [[ 麻 ]] stand for "asa", which means "linen"; also flax and hemp.

So! Maasa's name means "jasmine & linen", "linen & jasmine", whatever you want to name it.

Jasmine and Linen are two GORGEUS white, little flowers that look very delicate. Google it. I wonder if Maasa's personality is as those two little flowers. At least the pictures say it.

I think we should start like some project "JH!P project to find out H!P princess's names!". Sounds funny.
