Amber Kuo is a Taiwanese pop singer. I blame Ping for making me hooked on her cuteness, thus this thread 

Kuo started her career most notable for starring in the music video for Tank's "When We Were Young", from the latter's debut album, Fighting, The Law of Surviving. She was also featured in Stefanie Sun 孫燕姿's music video 雨天(Rainy day) and F.I.R阿沁's music video 其實還愛你.

She featured in the song 'This Is Love (就是愛)' on Nicholas Teo's album: The Moment Of Silence (沉默的瞬間).

She won the 2010 Taipei International Film Festival's "Best New Talent" Award for her role in Au Revoir Taipei (一頁台北). (source: wiki)
