Kashiwagi blogged that she sang “Yokaze no Shiwaza” and that all of the fans in Kagoshima cheered so loud that she wasn’t even able to hear her own voice, making her feel extremely moved.

She wrote, “It’s been 4 and a half years since I moved to Tokyo for AKB. This was my first time singing a song in my hometown of Kagoshima!! … Singing in Kagoshima was a dream of mine x_X <3 <3 I was really moved to be able to achieve that dream today T_T T_T”.

Even if you don't like B5 that much, Yukirin and Mayuyu act completely ridiculous during the "talk" at the end.

Saw the clip posted on S48 so watch it while it lasts!

Nice full page spread today about Yuki in today's Daily Yomiuri- main story plus sidebar. One quite large picture of her royal cuteness plus two smallers pics.
Main title: "Revealing her true self- AKB48's Yuki Kashiwagi found her rhythm" and sidebar: "Homecoming queen"Writer Mutsumi Morita was very complimentary to Yuki, and there is mention of Yuki's love of idols:
"When pop group Morning Musume and idol Aya Matsuura, who is nicknamed "Ayaya", held a concert in Kagoshima, Kashiwagi's birthplace, she attended with her mother. She was a big fan of the grouup, and posters of Morning Musume adorned her bedroom- especially ones feauturing member Rika Ishikawa."

Post #2000 is dedicated to Yukirin!~

Yukirin is the main reason I like AKB48. Temo Demo no Namida is still my fave AKB song.

And seeing Infinity on stage was what really got me into AKB48. I consider myself really lucky to be there when those two lovebirds started their eternal romance nearly 2 years ago.

And she's having such a great year. Getting more chances to be in the spotlight, and letting more people get to know her.
3rd in Senbatsu. A main member in Flying Get. Acting in HanaKimi. And, of course, continue being the weather girl.
All pretty big achievements even on their own.

And French Kiss celebrating a fantastic and successful 1st Anniversary.

Honestly, I don't think you can top that.
But no matter what happens. I hope more fans continue supporting Yukirin, and also check out Team B more.

P.S. And damnit. Someone make that Yukirin + Rika meet-up happen.
