I did regularly it for a while back, and it's fun, mostly because it's almost like tennis which is one of my most favorite sports. And since I'm not re-taking tennis yet, I still do badminton from time to time, since there's a club for it just near my house.

i dont know why...but i also join in play badminton because it is very easy sport for me......

yep it popular in my country too , i even have a badminton field right in front my house :D it was a routine sport for the adult in my neighborhood , sometimes if i play too against those adults if i have spare time

yeahh.. same here..... just a basic game in my country... and i used to play it alot.. but nowdays....i hardly find the times to play it again....

They have several badminton clubs here now in Vancouver.  I started playing badminton too months ago.  It's a sports for all age groups.

It is TOTALLY different from tennis
Badminton requires faster reaction and speed. Even know that you run in a smaller court, but 0.2 second of unfocus willl lead to losing a point.
Also, jumping and smashing are very important since they are the keys of winning a game. In tennis, you barely have to jump and smash.
Further more, drop shots can be done PERFECTLY in badminton(touching the net). Unlike tennis, drop shot needs spins and slow.
