She's had more posts in 2 hours than she's had in the last 2 years.

Mirei had a new drama that started last night, Hunter, which is about a team of female bounty hunters.

Kiritani Mirei as Motomura Jun
Isaka Rei’s junior. She has an unusual appetite for stimulus and always mutters about feeling good during takeoffs and landings. She joins the ranks of bounty hunters to seek excitement. Her greatest weapon is the vast network of contacts she has cultivated in the sky.

Was talking about her and Emi being friends, here they are at a Seventeen magazine event in August where Mirei has graduated from the mag.

Kiritani Mirei graduates from “Seventeen” magazine
On August 30th, model/actress Kiritani Mirei (21) appeared at the ‘Seventeen Natsu no Gakuensai 2011’ event at Pacifico Yokohama, where she formally graduated from fashion magazine “Seventeen”.

Kiritani will be seen for last time on “Seventeen” magazine’s December issue, which will be released on November 1st. She plans to expand her activities as an actress from now on.

During this event, model/actress Takei Emi (17) delivered her farewell speech to Kiritani, saying, “To me, she is an important older sister. It would be great if you could still be an older sister to me from now on. Thank you for giving strength to ‘Seventeen’.”

Kiritani then began to cry, as she expressed, “To me, this magazine was like my family. I was able to get so far because of those who warmly supported me. I would like to give back the favor to my supporters.” She continued, “I would like to gradually take acting roles, and I hope to be a cool actress.”

At this “Seventeen” event, they announced four new models who were chosen out of 7,157 applications. Aside from Kiritani and Takei, Sato Arisa (22), AAA, D☆DATE, and Tano Shingo participated in this event as well.

Long limbs and a Mount Fuji mouth (her mouth has a peak shape???).....anyway, as a Seventeen model for five years, she has a huge fan base among teenage girls and young women who have followed her- couple that with all the guys slobbering over her, I think she has a big career ahead of her iin dramas and films.
