What store should I visit?
Or it has to be an anime and manga store?

Not sure, just know it can be had at Japanfiles.com...possibly ORDER it and have them send it to the hotel/place your staying??? Me and KT did that when we ordered JPH!P Bracelets.

There was no Heyx3 on that date. It's probably the 2002.02.11/18 show?
