don't know a lot about Korean dramas (what I have seen, I like very much) so I don't have the context that goes with this clip,
but the song is "Winter Child", the singer is Suzy, from the band "Ms a"

If I have any of the facts wrong, or if I have omitted anything important, please step in and let me know....but it is a beautiful song and voice....

The group's name is miss A and the context of that clip is from Dream High, in which Suzy has a role. Miss A has a thread here
