KameShige & TakaGaki, I'm not sure who is closer, but there's no doubt that KameShige are probably the loudest and most obvious about the fact that they're the best of friends. The two of them are the CUTEST together! :mon lovelaff:

Sayu shared a really sweet and emotional story on Konusapi last week. Thought I'll share it.
In a recent interview, SayuEri mentioned about spending a night exchanging long mails. Sayu went into details and was really honest about her feelings on her radioshow to the point that she was crying. During the Seishun Collection period, Sayu's grandfather fell sick but she wasn't able to leave work and Sayu kept it to herself. At that time it has only been a while since Sayu started her blog and she tried to maintain a balance between socialising with the members and blogging. Because of the encouraging comments and grabbing GREE's #1 spot, Sayu was obsessed with blogging just to keep the #1 spot even though she knows that isn't healthy.
At that time, Reina got herself a blog too and had the #1 spot on Ameba. Sayu was happy for Reina but there was also a part of her that doesn't want to lose out to her fellow rokkie that only contributed to her obsession. Gradually most of the members got blogs and they had the #1 spot on Ameba at some point of time. When Sayu had #1 spot, she didn't get as much encouragement from people around her so she felt a little jealous when she saw how other members were getting all the comments.
Sayu's non-stop blogging habit pretty much caused her to overlook Eri's feelings. Eri tried to talk to Sayu but Sayu wouldn't really pay attention to Eri because she's busy blogging, again. In her mind, she thought Eri would understand and Sayu just kind of started to stop talking to Eri as much as they did in the past 8 years.
Sayu then recalled when she was starting to go on variety shows, she would do anything the show may need her to do like being covered in lotion..which isn't common for idols to be treated that way. Whenever people ask her what else does she want to do, she'd say she wants to have a blog. (If there's anyone who wanted a blog most badly, I'd have to say its Sayu. She has been asking for one since 2007) She wanted an outlet for her to express herself and show everyone the real her (Her TV acid-tongue is just a character. Sayu is already crying pretty hard by now.) She finally got the blog she has been asking for. At that point, she knew that if one works hard for what she wants, she will be able to get it then BAM! Reina, Gaki-san, JJ, LL and Aichan got themselves a blog each too. Sayu obviously didn't feel good about it (She has every reason to.). Upon realising she phrased it as though the other members were feeding off her hardwork, the kind Sayu quickly added in good words for the other members saying that they did ask for blogs again and again too. The fact that the rest of the girls got way more congrats messages for grabbing the #1 spot on their respective host sites made Sayu really jealous (She is aware that she should be happy for them and not act like an idiot). Apart from this whole blogging stuff, she had her grandfather to worry about (FYI, Sayu is very close to her grandparents. Her grandfather is like her biggest fan.) She didn't tell anyone about what was happening in her mind and the pressure just kind of added on.
Even though all the problems started with the blog, when she went home, she continued blogging (._.) Sayu then received a long touching mail from Eri (She didn't share the details) which opened her up to share her problems with Eri. She then realised she should have told Eri everything right from the start because Eri would have tried her best to make Sayu feel better and give her good advice. After Sayu told Eri about the blog troubles, Eri told her "Sayu ga suki na hito wa, chanto mitekureteru yo" (If you know Japanese, understand it in the Jap way. My translation will only destroy the meaningfulness of this message. "Those people who like you will be reading" She's trying to tell Sayu that she doesn't have to fight to be the first. Her fans will still be reading even if she wasn't the first.) Sayu gets really emotional talking about how Eri made her realise all the jealousy was unnecessary. She started off the blog with the intention of expressing herself but she ended up being competitive.
Even though Sayu did not tell anyone about it, Eri's natural SayuEri-love instinct kicked in and Eri was very understanding and nice to her. Sayu stopped the 11.5minutes long topic with "No, she's gonna graduate...I really don't want her to..."
Well, both of them have always been there for one another and I'm really glad that Sayu shared the story on her show.

Amped posted this video in the Onna to Otoko no Lullaby Game single thread, and there was an hilarious Eri part in this video that I had to share!
Since the 3 members are graduating, the show will focus on them. The first part is where the other 5 members reveal secrets of the other 3. Eri's secret is submitted by none other than Sayu! And the secret? Eri hung up her underwear on the towel racks in the hotel! XD Embarrassed, Eri whacks Sayu on the head and they all have a riot at Eri's expense. But Sayu said the manager OKed it and goes on to explain that during their stay in Okinawa for work (for the 6th gen pb, no doubt), she and Eri decided to take a bath together (!!!). The mood was like "this feels so good, let's do our best tomorrow too." Sayu gets out of the bath first and suddenly sees underwear dangling where the towels would normally be! XD In the end, Eri says she put it away properly and promises she won't hang them out anywhere anymore. XD
I guess, Ahokame will always be Ahokame, even after graduation, ne? XD Sloppy Kame too <3

That letter was so cute, they really are close and care for each other very much and that's what I like about them. Sayu's letter was the cutest and really long O.O Then when I saw Eri's I laughed at the length of it, but at the same time I enjoyed it too and found it so cute as well. I really hope they continue to hang out even when Eri leaves Morning Musume.

The staff guys from UsaPi said “You should write a letter”
so I just casually agreed but what to write, I honestly have no idea.
My hand keeps coming to a stop. I mean, everything I want to say
to you Eri… well I can’t think of anything now but I know there is a lot
but I don’t know what to say… (lol)
And it’s not something as simple as just a “I’ll miss you”
What should I do? Well I guess I’ll just end the letter then.
Instead I’ll write about what parts of you I like.
Your face (especially your mouth and nose). Your silky hair. Your thighs.
Your voice. The way you act like a baby.
The way you sing. The way you dance. The way you laugh. The way you cry.
How you’re always sleepy. How you can laugh randomly out of nowhere.
How you seem like such an idiot. Such a silly person and so random.
Yet you can be very serious at the same time. How you think too much about things.
How strongly you hold your opinions. How you share them. How you don’t give in with them.
How you’re more attentive than anyone else i know. How you’re more kind than anyone else I know.
How you’re always together with me. How you always call me “Sayu”. How you’re such a good friend to me.

These are just some of the parts I love about you.

When you said you were graduating from Morning Musume, to be honest it never really hit me.

When I think back about the time we went to yakiniku all day, played with some gyaru make up

i like the way sayu showering eri with her affection, lots of mentioning of eri in her blogs, radio, and other places. she could always find a reason to speak about eri
eri, in other hand...shows a different way to show her affection, like when sayu is having a problem and throwing herself into blogging and kinda neglect eri a little, eri shows her concern through her late night message...this, i thought is showing that she cares about sayu a lot
sometimes, sayu said that she always rely on eri
eri also said a similar thing, that she always rely on sayu
the way i see it, they are trusting and needing each other the most..but i may be wrong...^^'
i cant share anything related to kameshige except for words because i dont have much of their picture and such ^^'

Wow! Didn't know this thread existed. I lurvve it. Not to brag but I think I was one of the first people to really support this pair. (I think I probably even coined the name KameShige :roll: lol) Everyone back then thought they were an unlikely pair, they thought Reina and Eri were a better pair. But being a 6th gen fan, I always noticed more interactions between Eri and Sayu. Sure they were seem opposite but their personalities are more alike than I thought. I used to call them Dumb and Dumber, and Sayu's the smarter of the two. XD My favorite moments is that one H!M episode when half the of the group went to the north and the other went south, and KameShige were separated. Then they talked on the phone and Sayu was all pouty saying "Last night I was so lonely" and Eri's like "Me too" and everyone else was like "Kimoi!" XD Ooh, and the Eric Kamezou + Princess Sayu "Passion Dance"! :wub: Wow, I feel like digging up some old school KameShige pics, this thread could use some. And I need to catch up on the latest KameShige love. But aww, it's sad that they're apart now. I'm sure they see each other off work.

^ Yes, I had to make this thread since they're my favorite pairing. I've liked them since I first got into the MM fandom, which was...two years ago. lol I'm still new. I'm looking back to older clips or trying to and I do see that Sayu and Eri interact more and even in the recent videos. Their interactions are so cute!! XD Dumb and Dumber I like to think that Sayu hides her smarts to make Eri feel good about herself and feel more comfortable around Sayu.

yesterday, i watch eri's graduation dvd and got all teary eyed, i smiled and cry at the same time. at sayu's part, her message is long :lol: eri's laughing at her message, she said something like sayu sounds like she's depending on eri a lot while, according to eri, sayu will be just fine without her. but, the moment sayu entered the scene, eri is instantly crying and sayu's quickly asking whether she's hurt or something. that, for some reason is funny yet sad and warm at the same time. then, they're having an actually good time together. at 23:13 or so, sayu said that eri is a good part- a good companion, i thought she may want to say partner instead of companion. eh...i cant explain it but, it is funny that she changed it to companion instead. and eh...she ended it with 'loving you forever' :oops:
ah, besides that one, i also watch the graduation concert at the graduation message part. sayu's graduation message to junjun and linlin is quite long. and this girl, who leader-san said is a genius in talking, she cant say anything to eri when it's her time to say her message. she said something like,'i dont know what to say' eri, for some reason, didn't look at sayu, i mean, she's looking at her but she isnt looking at her. she's like facing other way at first. oh, and near the end, she's like teasing sayu when sayu said that she will say something that she always say to eri. 'eh, what...what..what is it?' eri's like asking that and lean to sayu to hear her words clear, sayu said 'i love you'
when it's time to say her graduation message, it may be sunk into her mind, that eri's really going to graduate, the reality may have hit her, so that her mind went blank at that moment and at the end, she cant really say anything.

days ago, i watched hello morning x mas special. for some reason, sayu kept being chosen to ride the attraction lol. if it's counted, she's taking 5 rides in total.
ah..she's taking the first ride with eri, what is it called...um..something with mai-hime something.... they're told to answer a question while taking that ride. at first, she kept saying, i'm scared..i'm scared..lol.., but as soon as the ride started to move, she's the one that answering the question and because eri is not in the right condition to say anything except for scream, she said something like, 'it's okay, you dont have to say anything, i'll answer it all' >_<

i notice that eri....for some reason, likes to cling on sayu whenever the situation needed her to. i mean...at that fun show, she actually could hold someone else, she's sitting in the middle, but she always hold sayu's. in that okajo special, she's running away with sayu too.
and whenever the situations are like that, sayu will say something like,'everything's going to be alright, dont worry eri. i'm here..so it's okay' and calm her down. eh...i cant seem to explain it clearly...i mean, if..i was in that sort of situation, i will cling into my friend too, let's say that i saw a scary dog walking to me and my friends, i will by some reason, hold the one that's the closest to me, that..what is it..umm..that i felt like that person will be able to protect me, that i feel safe with that person..something like that. eri and sayu may feel something like that too, that's why they like to hold into each other that much >_< eh...but, it's only my over thinking things lol, not sure if that's really the reason ^^;

I actually didn't like Sayu at first cause of her "I'm the cutest" act, but after seeing more backstage footage or her off-guard during shows, she grew on me a lot.
Then I found out about the SayuEri combo which is pure win xD They're both just pure and cute girls haha wish Eri didn't have to graduate I wanna see more of them :cry: They always made each other shine whenever they were together. SayuEri Forever :heart:
